I used to go to this place back in the day when it first opened. I was there twice a month for a long time and then I sadly stopped going. I became a Massage Therapist and felt I couldn't get anything done anymore. Then I made the bad decision to try other places. All I can say is that was always a mistake and I always come back here. Lynn is the best and sweetest person! She owns the place. She still remembers me from the first time I went and that was around 2002 2003. She has always put me in great hands. She introduced me to Twee who has been my man ever since. He is just so friendly and he knows what he is doing. I get the pink and white and it is beautiful every time! He also is very fast at it. That's always a bonus in my book. I went this past weekend and I decided, Screw it! I am treating myself today!! I went and I got a mani and a pedi. Lynn actually did my pedicure and it was wonderful! Very relaxing and she was asking me about stuff that happened years ago THAT SHE REMEMBERED!! She has an amazing memory! She also remembered that I love glitter and suggested to add another layer of glitter on my toes to make it pop and of course I said YES! After that was finished I went over to Twee to have my nails done. It was very relaxing as well and he was asking how I have been and what has been going on. It amazed me that they both remember a lot of my past and still care to ask. They have a punch card system now which I think is a very wonderful idea. They keep the place clean and sanitized which is always a bonus! Everyone else there is very nice, yet when I find someone I like I make sure I stay with them and am loyal to them. It doesn't smell like chemicals there either and when you are getting a pedi you actually can listen to nice music and look up and see palm leaves on the lights. I say keep up the good work Lynn!! I will always continue to send people over to you when they ask of a good place to get their nails done. You have always been a pleasure and always remember the good things in life. I was getting ready for a wedding and had the vip treatment. When I walked out I was so relaxed I wanted to take a nap. The vibe was relaxing with the music and tv aquarium. I also like noticing the shoppers walk by while I am blissful receiving a chair massage. read more

Nope! Don't recommend. I went there for a quick regular manicure and eyebrow waxing. The lady who did my eyebrows did a good job, no complaint there; however, the older man who did my Manicure was rude, cold and cut me when. He was cutting my cuticles. This is something I fear because of the probable cause of getting infection or fungus. I told him that he cut me and all he said was sorry. The other thing I didn't like was that when I was choosing the nail polish color i wanted from the swatches, because I was taking long, he took the swatches away from me and said, no more, you already know what color you wanted. Always go with your first choice. Ok, I agree but he didn't have to rush me or treat me like a child. Shame on me for not telling him off right there. Never again will I go this mail place. Horrible experience! Again, this was my experience and no one should come at me saying otherwise. read more

Did my (3rd set of nails which was a) 2nd fill, (previous fill was in Las Vegas on my trip which lasted me for a WHOLE month which was amazing, my set before that which was a fresh new set I did here at Regal with a guy don't know his name but it wasn't to bad I couldn't complain lasted for over 3 weeks with no lifts) So I went in on a Friday today is Wednesday & they are lifting!! I won't be going back again. So sorry to even say but sloppy work.. she(Misa) was sweet don't get me wrong but the quality of work is a no for me. I already have lifting nailS, 1 cracked off nail, & 1 that had a crack from before my fill that she did not fix. Did gel paint and it was not fully covered with polish. I've never been the kind of person took who the time to pay to get my nails done until recently, over the last 7 months since I moved here I treated myself and paid for a gel manicure which I kept up with and filled as needed. I've never had an issues with this salon doing a good job with my manicures but on my last visit the man that works here asked me what I wanted done and I explained to him that I wanted a gel manicure with Crome polish. He quickly explained to me that he was not trained on applying chrome nail polish, but would do a manicure and have another technician finish the polish that was trained in this type of nail polish application and it would cost more. In the past whenever I've had this type of polish applied it looked great but when I got home my nails looked like it had bubbles in the polish it looked awful. I am literally never one to complain but I went back to request a redo and was thankful that they agreed to fix my manicure but it was not only rushed and caused me to bleed but made my nails so weak that they literally broke off everyday. read more
