I purchased the food and hung out near the register leaning against the counter. I finally decided to go into my theater around 910. I try to stand longer sometimes despite my severe diabetic neuropathy that make my feet ache. I decided I would come back later. The follow up is a nicer story. Joshua graciously found me in my theater seated and brought me my hot dog. I was so taken aback by his graciousness. He has always been sensitive to my disability and engaging in conversation about current movies and trends. Really nice and professional usher. read more

Regal San Jacinto is a favorite in the community but I think they need better cooling/heating and upholstery. The theater certainly needs a few updates to keep it on par with other locations. First, I walked in recently and the lobby was extra hot upon arrival. Additionally, some of the seats looked ripped and damaged. Maybe more ushers are needed to ensure accountability? Either way, something needs a tweak. Don't get me wrong, this is a reliable and comfy Regal. I just think there needs to be some kind of evolution. There's an empty lot behind the theater, maybe we can expand? An IMAX screen would be nice since we don't currently have one. Concessions are good, pricey but satisfying. I've never been to this movie theatre, but I decided to watch the last Downton Abbey movie at this location. It's not at my usual movie theatre but it served its purpose. There were a good amount of older patrons. I was able to check in at the food counter and order my food. Then I was able to go back, up the ramp towards my theatre. The door was closed which made it difficult to get in with all my munchies. Inside, the theatre looked clean. The seats were okay, but the plus was that there were little tray tables for all my munchies. Not sure if I'll return, mostly because it's out of my way, but I saw the movie and got out of there. read more

This theater can have some great experiences. First time we went they had large luxury loungers and some even had tray tables. However, the next time we went, our seats were extremely small and cramped. It seems like the theater is in different stages of renovations. As far as I can tell I think there are two or three different seat types. After being disappointed with such a difference in quality I asked an employee about which theaters have the same small seats and was told is only the theater I'm currently in which was not true. There's no way that the smaller seats should cost the same as the luxury seats especially for an already expensive theater. Would appreciate an owner response. read more

Love going here because you will practically have the theater all to yourself. I have gone 6 times and this has been the case. It was like a private screening. Once I went to a later show and they waited til late for the movie to end. I was the last and only person to leave. I don't like crowds so I love it. The only grumble I have is that you have to go in the find out what is playing if you don't have a phone. I haven't been here for some time; there was a movie I wanted to see that I think was going to end soon. I registered online and it was showing at 1 p.m. The reason I say this is because I went to the women bathroom after the movie which ended at 3 p.m. (lots of previews and Regal ads) : the bathroom stank. I told the young girl who had just walked in that 'it wasn't me'. I don't know how often employees check the bathrooms. The seats were soft; I like the high seat, but I am less that 5 feet tall and my feet dangled-I got uncomfortable. The snack trays were great and useful. During the movie the air-conditioning was on and I was cold even with a light sweater. The employees were courteous. I learned that you can schedule company meetings at a Regal Theater. great idea! read more

New seats are nice with the tray to hold all of your snacks. Seats are comfy while you enjoy the show. Fast service up front gets you through the line quickly. Honestly I tried to enjoy it but it was impossible. They are horribly understaffed and the little staff they do have are overworked. To the employees trying to do their best I am sorry your management has failed you. Not enough food prepped for the concessions the popcorn was cold and stale. For the amount they charged I expected better. As far as the auditorium it must be confused for a freezer there is no way it should be this cold. Very old school theatre look let's start with the positive. The entry is automatically into the concession stand, which moves pretty rapidly so that's a nice touch. Bathrooms were decently cleaned and service was friendly. now the negative the movie theater is so outdated any low tone or quiet moment in your movie, you can hear the movie next-door playing The seats are recliner like, but dont recline very outdated, ripping and faded also pretty dirty like they need to clean the theaters a lot better before the next movie starts read more

Pretty basic theater with oversized comfy seats. They don't decline but they rock slightly. Staff is super friendly. Popcorn is always fresh. Highly recommend the monthly membership! Usually no more than 10-12 people in the theater when I go during the week. read more

This is the nastiest theater I've ever been to. Every single trash can overflowing, theater 4 is full of cracked leather seats, sticky soda in the cup holders, popcorn in the sides of the seats, and ice cream on the food trays and on the seat which got onto my pants (I felt like I was going to need to wash my clothes anyway so I guess it works out!). No AC. Workers are slow and majority rude and it's been like this for a bit over a year - the reason I canceled my unlimited membership, I would rather drive a half hour to a different theater. read more

We wanted to get a refund on the tickets to watch Terrifier 3 and it was the WORST customer service experience!!!!! The manager had a TERRIBLE attitude towards us wanting the refund and was VERY disrespectful. He continued to act as if we were stupid and being rough with our phones and card when doing the refund. We asked for a pass to one of the tickets (since we did not have the card on hand that paid for that specific ticket) and he said no and tossed the phone back to us with an attitude RIGHT AFTER he had JUST offered to give us a pass for that same ticket!!!!! Overall ALL of the staff needs WAAYYYY more training on customer service, learning how to control their emotions, and not take out their stress and anger on innocent customers!!! read more

The nasty floors first of all! As soon as you walk in literally the only dreaded thing you see, an apparent issues with the "cleaning staff", the stale popcorn, and no effort to fill the 4 napkin dispensers but instead let's leave a roll of napkins, the dingy smell and halls I can only imagine what a black light would show! Now the seats are upgraded (great) but let's talk about the trays attached that my 5 year old granddaughter can't reach correctly, nice try tho, Come on guys it's the summer a little effort! We came to this movie theater today to watch Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. It was pretty good. But let's focus on the theater itself. We came on the $5.00 Tuesday, the 2:40pm showing. The theater was clean. The employees were very nice and informative (although they should have told us about the free movie package). We bought our tickets at the concessions counter per the huge sign in the front. We ordered popcorn, and when I tried to order Dr. Pepper or Mr. Pibb, they were not options. Just Pepsi. I don't like Pepsi. The hallways were clean as well as the bathrooms. The plumbing isn't very strong, so when I went to flush, I had to push the handle, holding it with my foot for it to flush the TP down. I think it's great that management put feminine products in the ladies' room. The seats in the theater are comfortable black leather with food trays and drink holders. I wished they had reclined just a little bit, but I love how no one can put their feet on the backs of others. I am a bit sad they didn't have the movie posters up of Black Panther for photo opportunities. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and will be back again. read more

With these prices, you'd think the screens would be Pristine. ($10 for medium popcorn?) Our screen - #4 - has a big hunk of dirt, or whatever, top middle. It was disgusting and distracting throughout the whole movie. The floor was dirty and you could feel the grime on the trays. This is sad since this theater is now the only game in town. FOR THE OWNER: get your business in order. Your staff is below par in attitude and dressed like street people. They are bored and just not nice to customers. Not a fan, everything is dirty, concession stand counters, floors, seats in theatre, and bathroom. There was mosquitos flying around. Seats do not recline where your legs go up, they lean back very little with no leg support. To top it off young children screaming so not the best experience.
