I have been going to Regal Tire for the past 28 years. I keep going back to Regal Tire because it is a family-owned business where they show they really care about their customers. Recently, I went to Regal with a spare tire on my car because the normal tire was really flat. There was no fixing that tire so Kevin offered to put on a good used tire at a good price. Or I could buy two new tires for the front. Christy researched what would work best for my car that I could have installed right away. I chose to go with two new Summit tires and had them installed that same day. Regal tire always takes really good care of me, and I recommend them to everyone I know. They were honest and very fair priced. I can see where some people don't like sarcasm but I am the same way so I guess that is why we got along fine. I never felt like she was being rude or anything like that. She came out after they looked at my car and gave me detailed pricing so no issues at all with that either. I knew what I needed before i walked in the door but our usual guy keeps raising prices so I thought I would give this place a chance. I never told them what I needed to see how they were going to price it and how honest they were going to be. (That is my test with a new place.) They were honest- It was exactly what I knew needed to be done and nothing more. They saved me a bundle. My only grip was it took forever. I was thinking it would be 1 1/2 or maybe 2 at most but 4.75 hours later I walked out. I would have never waited there if I knew that. On the bright side I got to read my entire book, do paper work, and play games on my phone while watching every judge show known to man. Sue and Christy are always very good to work with and want to make the customers happy. Unfortunately people don't always like their answers, and leave angry. Just saying what I witnessed while waiting for my car to be done. They don't do geri rigged work, they only do work they will stand behind and most people want the cheapest, fastest "fix". Baught new tires from Regal Tires, ok first of all,,, Their a good ole boy tire company,,,,, they don't understand todays technology. Newer cars have rims that have a sensor attached to it,, REGAL TIRE'S have installation techs that don't know this so they just do their job and put tire's on rims and don't check to see if they go back on the side and location they belong. Plus wheel weights go on the outside. Don't expect them to do it right or professionally. read more

Never ever go here. Rude. Bought our tires there 8 Months ago. Was told tires have an issue because, they have bad sensors. This was according to one, of the owners. They, would not test the sensors. (strange) Tire kept loosing 7-10 pounds every four days. Every time, (over 4 Months) they would say you need new sensors. So last visit, they ordered a sensor. Took vehicle in, the mechanic filled tires, said sensor went off. The mechanic, said sensors are good. So no sensor needed, but yet got told that I should pay for sensor. Lol. Why? Every time I have been to this place, they have been rude, rude, rude. Will never go back. Rude!!! If you want to be ripped off, this is your place!!! read more

Best place to go for honest pricing and straight to the point service. Hands down. If you're looking for someone to hold your hand through the purchase, or a warm fuzzy feeling from the exchange, go spend a few hundred more somewhere else. Management here takes a no nonsense (and maybe a tad sarcastic) approach to service but they will give you the facts andwhat they would do if it were there personal vehicle all while nit trying to sell you something you dont need. If I could post a lower grade review I'd be doing that now. The lady at the front desk was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I walked in there and asked some guy if he worked there (he did not). Then the lady at the front desk, who was on the phone, put the call on hold, then came up to me and had the biggest F'N attitude I've come across. She made some smart ass remark about me asking the guy if he worked there. I was there for two minutes to have that lady get an attitude. SHE IS SO RUDE!! Avoid this place if possible, good customer service does not exist there! HORRIBLE!!!! read more

Reading the other reviews I can honestly say that rude doesn't begin to cover how badly I was treated by the older lady behind the counter. Even listening to her talk to a customer on the phone I was in utter shock at how she treated the customers. In this day and age when shops are closing daily you especially need to realize that it's great customer service that gets the repeat customers and it's the word of mouth referrals that keeps a business running. Regal Tire is a family owned business that always beats all the competitors as far as price and quality of service.

All I can do is warn you....DO NOT get work done at this joint. I got ripped off...waited around for 4 hours and got lies lies lies. The woman behind the counter is brash without reason, and her cute little wall plauque that says 'lack of planning on your part, doesn't mean an emergency on my part" just proves my point all the better. I went here to get some 'new' used tires for the car, and get an alignment because I was way overdue for both. My car is is a 2003 model, and they conveniently told me that they didn't have any used tires...(while all their signs boasted of such) Beforehand I asked the lady how much it would be, because I only had a certain amount to work with and be able to eat basically. In her words 'i'll ball park it at $270 maybe even less" I can work with that I thought and then proceded to wait 4 horrific hours listening to her cackle at the Tyra show. Finally my car was done, and she comes up with $403 as the total. I begin to argue with her about it, and she points to her cute little sign saying 'i'm sorry the work has already been done!" WTF?!?!?!?! wow. All I can say is please do not give this place business...a nightmare really....just rude customer service and lies all the way around. I probably woulda been better off going to belle tire, where I'm sure I wouldn't have to deal scummy sarcasm. The place is a con job. Avoid it at all costs. read more

One word for this business: Scammers! They sell "off brand" 2nd rate tires at premium prices! I took my car in to have the tires changed and they STOLE my full size spare tire from the trunk and replaced it with a "doughnut" (temporary) tire!! When I complained they just denied it. My tire was repaired here and a week later I was having trouble with it again. Turns out it was not sealed correctly so I still was experiencing a leak in my tire. I was charged an enviormental fee, which I 've never heard of that. I will never return to this shop again. read more

I had a coupon for a front end alignment for $30.00. When the mechanic looked at the car, he said before he would to it I needed some front end parts. Unfortunately for him I had that done REAL recently that's why I came in for the alignment. I took it took my regular mechanic, he put it up. Low and behold one of the caliper bolts had recently been struck hard and bent. (not a spot of rust on it) . Avoid this place like the plague, yes the woman who works the is EXTREMELY rude. Sue is such a nasty person. I had a flat and they are right around the corner so I took my wheel there. Sue came up front after the repair was done and said she shouldn't have fixed it because of where the puncture was. Told me to give her $15, I get no receipt and was never there. Then her tech insisted on putting the wheel back on my car and let the jack down with the spare leaning on the bumper... Sue sent me to a collision shop saying she would pay for the damage which came to $180 at her friend's shop. Sue told me she would give me $50, that wasn't her fault. Being a local business you would figure this company would be appreciative of local patronage. WRONG !!!!! Don't believe all the warm fuzzy reviews on these folks. I witnessed extremely rude and aggressive treatment by the person behind their service counter. Because a young lady drove an older car that had special requirements that they where even informed of, I witnessed this clerk belittle this young lady in front of other customers as well as my self, calling the vehicle junk and how they shouldn't except crap like that, that you people bring in here !! Neither here nor their, they had the opportunity to not except the vehicle for service if it was that questionable. However they obviously accepted the vehicle knowing the special attention this girls car needed, caused damaged to the vehicle, then refused to take responsibility for their actions that resulted in what ever damage they created !!!!??? This poor girl drives in, gets belittled, damaged her car and sent away with a broken car she couldn't even drive back out and all this clerk offered were insults poor treatment and a display of how not to treat a customer. I will not go back to this business and I highly recommend to stay away from this place especially if you drive anything less than a new car or are apparently an average working person ! I have been a repeat customer of Regal tire fore more than 25 years. If you go there and they don't have them in stock they can get them in a couple days. They are very reasonable with tires, brakes, alignments. I drive on Cooper Tires and this is a good place to get them. They have other brands as well. The people behind the counter have to deal with all types of attitudes and traits of human nature. Give them the respect that you would expect to be shown. If you are just getting used tires, just ask what size u need for your vehicle, and go check their rack to see for sure. If you are not sure of the condition of your front end, just ask if they can check the condition of the parts prior to an alignment. read more

I wanted to get a new set of tires for my wife's 07 Chevy Cobalt, so I started calling around. As I generally shop for tires in the area, I hit the net and checked all the local companies. At 11 mile, there's Discount Tire, and then south of 10 mile there's a Belle Tire and a google search turned up Regal Tire as well. So I call all 3 up: Note, I prefer not to buy 45,000 mile tires, when I can buy a tire that will last longer. (60k, 70k or 80k) I read the numbers off my tires to the guys on each end and ask what they can sell me and how much it'd cost. FIRST RULE OF TIRES: CALL AROUND! I'd gone to Belle Tire for my Wife's last set of tires, so they were first on the list. These guys are solid, and have always been honest with me. If I'm getting my tires rotated, I can ask them to re-balance them if it's been a while and they're always happy to oblige. Long story short, they're worth the call. So the numbers come back and I'm looking at a set of Cooper tires for 457 (might have been 452?) out the door. These were 80,000 mile tires, which blew away the other ranges (50, 60 etc.). Best of all Cooper is offering a special where they give you a $50 prepaid gift card. Double win. Tires for 405ish when all is said and done. Next I call Discount. I've gone to these guys in the past, they have free flat repair, and they get the job done. My friend used to work there, and they've always taken care of me as well. Their tires came in higher off the first quote, an average of $50 more per set for what I felt was a similar tire at Belle Tire. Their top end set was pushing something like $575 for the set, with a discount that'd bring it to the $525 range. SECOND RULE OF TIRES: GET OUT-THE-DOOR QUOTES ON SEVERAL DIFFERENT OPTIONS FOR YOUR CAR (if they exist) Finally I call Regal Tire. I read a good review on google and figured "hey, why not?" Long story short, their numbers are roughly the same. But they had the Cooper Tires for 417. Not a bad deal at all. Then I got the $50 discount on top of that. The woman behind the desk says she can have her son run out to get the tires so they'd be there the same day. First I'm thinking... the price is clearly better, and this woman will send her kid out to get the tires so they can get my business. Clearly these people wanted me to buy from them. Plus, it sounded like more of a family thing. This is not a knock to the guys at Belle, or the (more :( expensive) crew at Discount, it just came across as less corporate, more family, and more hustle for my buck. THIRD RULE OF TIRES: CALL BACK AND GET VENDORS TO LOWER THEIR QUOTES TO COMPETE FOR YOUR BUSINESS. I did this once with Belle Tire and Discount (without knowing it). My wife had a Cavalier which needed special (read: Expensive) tires that only came in a freaky size (I think 16.5?). Anyways, I got a quote for 450 for the set from one, then I call the other guy to make sure I had the best price and said the first guys are at $450. So #2 says to me we'll do it for $440 out the door. Cool. So I call #1 to say I won't be make it, #2 offered me $440. #1 says.. hold on, we'll do $430 out the door. So I called #2 back and it dropped to like $420 .. on the phone with #1 and I'm like, this is getting tiring, if you can do $410 I'm in. POOF, sold. Moral of the story, DON'T BE AFRAID TO CALL BACK. The worst they can do for you is say they can't beat the price. So back to reality. I liked the hustle, I liked that this person would send her own family out to make sure she got my business. I decide I'm going with them. I call Belle back and talk Alignments (they have a snazzy computer, and I've used them before) and mention I'm getting the tires for $417 he quickly offers to match it. I could have had him go lower, but I passed. I thanked the courteous and straightforward guy at Belle, but I still went to Regal Tire, place was empty (it was a saturday around 2:00). I got in, got my tires, poof. The tech even found a bend in my rim, and straightened things out (free). The rep behind the desk even went out of her way to recommend some places I could go to buy a used rim, and explained that we likely wouldn't feel any vibration, but it was an option if I wanted a completely balanced rim My experiences, summarized: Good price, worked for my business, straight up and honest with me, got me out the door in well under an hour. Best of all I got to buy American Made tires for a good deal, and support a local business in doing so. WINNING! read more

This is the only place I will go for my tire needs. I have gone there twice, the first time I went I thought I needed a wheel berring and two tires. The mechanic looked at it and said the I did not need the wheel berring and fixed what was really wrong with the car. Yesterday, I went back cause I just bought a car and the spare tire on my Jeep looked bad to me. Sue came out and told me that I did not need a new spare tire. They could have sold me one, but since I did not need it I did not get one. I will be back in 5,000 miles to get mt tires rotated. Thanks again, Sue! read more

The questions they ask may irritate you but in the long run they save you a ton of money. I don't go there to be pampered I want honest and fair work and they go above and beyond. i called for a an alignment and the lady (my rear end!) said nothing till noon. so i went to drop the car off at 10:30. there were 3 firemen there (why when they were on the clock who knows) one had a bent rim (2012 chrysler 200) and they told him they COULDN"T fix it he would have to buy a new rim (cause it was too new to get a used one) so i call my welder (who fixes these all the time) and he says take the tire off and bring it. 15-20 bucks. then the lady calls someone and tells the guy she has a place for $100 bucks. shoves my keys at me and says we don't have time for your alignment today. CAUSE I WAS TRYING TO HELP A FIREMAN YOU WERE TRYING TO SCREW OVER!!!!!! and to think i just sent one of my employees there last week for tires and alignment. just another reason not to support a small local business. talk about poor (CRAPPY) customer service. my and everyone i know will never spend another dime trying to help YOUR business succeed. if you doon't mind getting UPSOLD and conned this place is for you.
