Just purchased a set of tires for my car, and it could not have gone more smoothly. Josh gave me a quote on the tires I wanted, and I arrived the next day; they were installed on my car within 30 minutes! Friendly people , and they DIDN'T TRY TO SELL ME SOMETHING ELSE! Unless my tires fly off my car , I will recommend this business to others. (9/11) Had to make a visit back to the store; Front right tire losing air! I purchased wheels and tires in August. I drove my car up north on I75. When I stopped for gas I noticed the cap on my wheel ripped off. it was clearly defective. of course it was because I hit something. My tires have no scrapes anywhere. needless to say I left out of there with nothing. I have approximately 400 miles on these wheels. STAY AWAY FROM HERE! They have a horrible warranty and their workers are worse. So now I have to purchase a cap to the tune of $70.00. Thanks for nothing!!! read more

I've never wrote a review. But this place.... Unprofessional. Terrible. Lack of customer services. They will take you're money and leave you unsatisfied. They halfass there job. They put a tire on my car that doesn't even sit on the rim properly. And kept saying it's okay for me to drive on it, Michigan is known to have a lot of potholes, which would of lead to my rim getting bent. The staff is just clueless! Pictures provided below! I THOUGHT THESE WERE FINANCED NOT RENTED!!!! This complaint involves two establishments working as one 1.Great customer service-Yes-AT the store- Not ACIMA 2. Purchased wheels & tires 3. Deceiving on Financial parties 4. Did not disclose all "Matter of Fact" 5.Use some financial company called "Acima" 6. They had the incorrect e-mail address on file for me essentially causing a fatality for all parties involved. Now I'm dealing with; Closing accts moving money having to contact all my Bills that ACH my acct. monthly, No access to my funds, my money is froze. My Rent is now late(First time ever) Interfering with work Having to have more Hard Hits on my Credit having to find a place who finances & sells rims find the time to sit there for a couple hrs. to have it done again then return these tires I have spent at least two hrs. a day trying to find information on these people and where to trust next. Every since they put these tires on the Tire pressure gauge is n constantly, when I took back to Us Wheels & Tires they told me that the lite would shut off. (It has not) 7. There was to be a Contractual agreement "Same as 90 day's Cash". 8. I was never mailed any documentation that my 90 day was nearing the end or had ended. (Email they had on file I don't know where it came from) 9. Unaware that they were TAKING $74.81 WKLY. 10. I did not go in my bank often- Budget 11. Lost my Debit card, I swiped that card with US "Wheel & Tires", this is how I found out my 90 days same as cash was over, what they had been taking out & were going to continue taking out of my acct. 12. TAKING $74.81 WKLY. I asked how can this be legal, you pp.l have been going into my act . and I had no idea? I thought it was monthly, I planned on paying it off day W/in the 90 day. "I'm single, work 60 plus hrs. a wk. On call 24/7, I don't have time to go to the" US wheel & Tire" and other shops. You expected your payments but did not disclose all the facts rushed me out the door becuz it was closing time. Had me sign a little box w a pin pad Customer service gave me an e-mail I had never heard, (for my contact info) so first call I had to update to the correct information . One CSR told me, they knew to date, I have not opened the contract Via-Email??? I refuse to deal with this FRAUDULANT COMPANY SALES IS THE FRONT LINE, OF WHOS USED FOR FINANCING. its their duty to be honest & fourth coming to a consumer. Charging in excess of $3000.00.Needles to say All I asked was to Retro it back? Since all parties knew I had no contract I had no idea of wkly. payments. Nor did I have any idea was Renting. We drove from Fenton to get tires and rims for my husbands truck. What a deal! 1/3 less then anything locally, they had everything in stock and did it while we waited. It wasn't done in 30 minutes but we didn't expect it to be! They installed four new tires with rims, mounted, balanced and sensored in less then 2 hours. When we walked in they were BUSY! We were given great information from Joe, he knew what rims were available in the size we needed, didn't rush us and was very professional. The guys in the back were also very helpful and asked before installing covers over the 4 wheel drive locking hubs, making sure were had everything just the way we wanted. I will be making the hour drive to get tires for my daughters car and mine rather then shopping locally. Save some money and get great service, sounds like it's worth the drive to me! read more

I've been in sales for many years and these guys at this store tried the bait and switch on me and I walked out of the store after being told I could buy a set of wheels and tires for one price with a little more money down, then I was told if you buy these ones it's no money out of pocket, then when I said I didn't want those ones the manager told me I can't sell you the ones you originally wanted the sales guy gave you the wrong price, watch out for this place very sneaky read more

hate to give this guy a star but I have no choice that's the only way they had an ad on craigslist I asked him several times is that the final price out the door he kept saying yeah just come on down when I got there The person I asked for told me he wasn't there which is I know that's not true it's the same person I'm talking to I can tell by his voice when I asked him about the tires and wheels he quoted me $600 more than what I was quoted on the phone then I pulled out the ad and showed it to him he told me that's an old ad that sale it's over which was a lie they had just posted it in the morning and the guy barely spoke English I can tell he's a crook I would never go back there again they shouldn't let him operate a business I highly recommend no one to go there the place it's a dumb Unprofessional very dirty I went back home I said to myself let me call there again and asked about the same item he told me once again to come on down it was the same person then I told him why are you telling the people you have these wheels and tires which is a lie I told him who i was he hung up the phone And stop taking my calls. read more
