Totally understood and left my keys with them to walk home. While I was still on the phone with the insurance adjuster by the CVS next door, he called me to tell me they fixed it. I couldn't believe it. I was so worried about how I was going to be able to rent a car to get to work the next day. It turns out it was a missing nut/bolt (don't know where it could've gone). It was dropped off at 7:30am and was pleasantly surprised by a 11:30 pick-up call. Bill's quote for a starter RR was about $450, being a very good price as it would have been several hundred dollars more from a RV center and would be several weeks before they could get to it. The kicker being that it didn't need a starter after all, it was just a wire from starter to relay that need to be replaced, saving me hundreds of dollars more. I was coming from Canada to get my tires/rims installed and even though they were short staffed that day, they fit me in promptly! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and also entertaining. They educated me a lot about the tires/rims and all the parts (lugs, etc.) Don't be turned off by this center being in a slightly sketchy part of town - they do a fantastic job with amazing prices.
