I wish there was a regal up in the Antelope Valley but this is the one I frequent the most and I gotta say.... IMO it's one of the best in SoCal. It's very clean and no matter how big or small the crowd from the prior movie they are going in and making the sweep to ensure it's ready for the next showing. It's a nice size theater not too big but not small and it does have IMAX although I don't believe this one has RPX ( Regal Premium Experience). The thing I like the most about this location is the quality seating and picture/ sound that's delivered. I've been to some locations ( and different brands) where things seem like they may not be calibrated correctly or the technology needs an update. The seats here are superior to any other theater I've been to. The recline/pitch and the plushness ( not too soft or firm). My only negative about Regal and this is a general brand issue not this particular location although I will add it for visibility. The cost/benefits of the Regal Unlimited monthly subscription need to be revisited and adjusted. As someone who currently has all 3 of the major unlimited monthly memberships in SoCal ( AMC, Cinemark & Regal) there's things ya'll are doing better and worst. 1) remove the booking fee's in the app. 2) Upgrades to premium formats are not only too expensive in my opinion but other brands don't charge at all. 3) continue to keep the total movies truly unlimited. ( not 3-4 weekly like AMC). Keep up the great work Valencia Regal! read more

This theater is located in the valencia town center. It is small but the seats are great. They are reclinable and have a little table to eat (love that) we went to a later screening so it was not too busy. My little one went back out in the middle of the movie to grab another drink , he took quite a while. This Regal location has undergone a lot of nice upgrades since our last visit. The layout is still the same but almost everything seems new. The auditoriums are spacious and the recliners are super comfy -- the husband almost fell asleep during the movie! Definitely much cleaner overall. There's also now a bar area with a few high top tables. My only complaint is with moviegoers who just cannot stay off their phones. Sadly this happens at every theater and no one has found a way to manage it. We usually go to AMC Topanga because of the location within a much better mall and we do enjoy their "Dine-in Delivery to Seat". But we found the recliners at this Regal much nicer and it's closer to home. The staff was friendly. We may start coming here more often. read more

I have been taking advantage of this program for years, but only in the last few years has it been available at this theater. And this year they've expanded it to more days, more showtimes, so that even more of us can take advantage. I am so grateful. I was in the area and had time to kill, so I checked out the Regal theater in the Town Center in Valencia/Santa Clarita. It's located in a large outside shopping center with a free multi-story parking garage nearby so parking was easy peasy. Apparently this Regal was recently renovated since the beginning of 2025 so everything has been updated. First off, I don't know if it's just a weekend thing or not, but I was hella surprised to see that they had showtimes as early as 8AM! That's completely wild to me and I honestly can't think of any other theater I've been to that opens that early! High five for my fellow early birds who want to beat the crowds! Everything was clean when I went, from the auditoriums to the restrooms. Their lobby is pretty huge and has a big concession stand with the usual theater snacks. There's a bar in the middle of the theater, some arcade games in the back and a photo booth in the front so plenty to do if you're early. Screen/sound was perfect during the movie. There's 30 minutes of commercials after showtime so don't sweat making it on time (then again you have reserved seats, so the days of rushing to the theater are long over). Honestly, I was pretty impressed with this Regal. Top-notch moviegoing experience with a renovated theater. I'm not local so it's doubtful I'll be a regular, but next time I'm in the area I'm definitely going back to check out what's playing next! read more

We came to see the conjuring around 6 pm ~ish but for some odd reason every single time i try to pay w/my regal gift cards they seem to wanna work for me!!!! do better, regals!!!! yesterday, i also called the regal location in "canyon country" i called them twice seems to me no one answered the phone ever. i read the yelp reviews how they had bed bugs at their movie theaters so me and my friends and son drove to the regal in valencia instead bc that movie theater is way cleaner, we also prefer it way more!!!! their recliner chairs are sssssssoooooo comfy for us feels like we are at home everg single time. read more

I used to come here all the time but it's been a while and now that this regal has recliner seats it's gonna be my go to movie theater out here now. The inside is still getting renovated but the theater we were in had that brand new vibe still to it. The seats gave a good amount of reclining and there's a little tray attached to add your snacks and drinks. Went and saw wicked with my sister and niece, a must see if you like musicals and if you're familiar with wizard of oz. I had a very disappointing experience at the movie theater concession stand because of an employee who appeared to be a supervisor or manager. He is very tall, wears long sleeves, and carries a radio. Unfortunately, he came across as rude, arrogant, and unfriendly both to customers and employees. A previous time, when my daughter and I were ordering popcorn and drinks, he rushed us while we were ordering. He did not smile, was not welcoming, and made us feel uncomfortable. Today, I witnessed him speaking to a new crew member who was very friendly and smiling while helping customers. The supervisor asked the employee, "Why are you always smiling?" The employee politely answered, "I'm just happy." He then responded seriously, "There's nothing to be happy about." The way he said it felt rude, negative, and discouraging. After noticing that I looked upset by the interaction, he walked over near the cashier where I was paying and then followed near my direction afterward, almost like he wanted to show authority or intimidate. It made the experience even more uncomfortable. Customers should feel welcomed, and employees--especially new crew members--should be treated with respect and encouragement, not negativity. A supervisor or manager should lead by example with professionalism and kindness. Sadly, this person did the opposite. read more

While I still wish our family night had gone as planned for the kids' sake, I respect a manager who takes ownership of mistakes and acts quickly to make them right. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I bought tickets through Regal, showed up early, bought popcorn, snacks, and drinks with my kids, sat down, and was eventually told to get up and leave because Regal Valencia double-booked my seats to someone on Fandango. First time at this location... came since it was close to my friend's house. I was excited to see Sinners, soon as I got to my seat ...... I was disgusted. It was a mess. I couldn't tell if it was throw up under the seat or smeared food. I immediately went to customer service and requested a new seat. I told them exactly why, but he didn't seem to care. Hopefully they will clean it all up by the end of the night since they clearly did not clean it up earlier. So why 2 stars instead of 1? Only because the bartender was great! The renovation and improvements were worth the wait. Wide open layout creates a larger feel. Ticket purchases and seat selections available to purchase through the app or at the kiosk on site. Can't recommend this theater enough! Always clean. The staff is always helpful & friendly. The upgraded seats are super comfy and spacious. The recent renovations & upgrades made a HUGE difference. Sound is always clear and booming. Picture quality is great. I really appreciate when they adjust the black curtains to correctly match the aspect ratio for movies projected in the anamorphic "scope" format. The black curtains matting the image really give the colors on screen an extra pop. A lot of AMC theaters do not do this and instead always leave the curtains in the 16:9 aspect ratio, which leaves gray letterbox "bars" at the top and bottom of anamorphic movies, which is not much different from watching on TV at home. The 4DX theater really is a blast. I thought it was going to be a cheap gimmick, but that wasn't the case for me at all. I saw Twisters, Alien: Romulus, and Tron: Ares in 4DX and it was a blast! So many fun effects-- wind, fog, lightning, scents, vibration, motion. The IMAX theater was upgraded back in 2023. It contains an exceptionally huge screen (and I mean HUGE). It's a 70ft wide by 52-ft high 4:3 aspect ratio IMAX screen-- which is actually extremely rare for theaters to have. I believe there are only 3 others in LA county? Many other theaters claim to have IMAX, but they are actually 1.9:1 screens, not 4:3 like this one (which is a MUCH taller aspect ratio). The projected image is 1.9:1, so it doesn't fully fill the 4:3 screen, but it's still a really large, immersive image that you can't get in many other theaters. I really hope they install IMAX dual laser to fill the entire 4:3 screen at some point. With the recent renovations and upgrades, it's safe to say this is now my favorite movie theater. read more

Came here to watch Twisters early in the morning since I couldn't get a ticket in any other place. The 4DX theater was solid and I can confirm that all of the effects for 4DX are working. The theater and the bathroom were clean (maybe since it's 10am?). After the movie I walked around a little bit and found out the other wing was under construction. This makes sense because the theater look half brand new half old. I believe they have 2nd floor but might be under construction from the looks of it. I'm pretty happy with my 4DX experience. I have high hopes for this location in the future after renovation. read more

I've been coming to this location fur my whole life done I was a child (28 years) the prices have steadily increased. You can book online for convenience, they have selected seating and you can sign up for their rewards as well. I love that they have beer, wine, seltzer's available for adults, tons of crappy junk food, candy, slushees etc fur all! Movie quality is good, comfortable seats, usually cold bring a jacket. Great for a date, group event, family outing etc! Bring $$$ for the concessions. You can park in the parking structure and walk! The workers see very nice and try their best to keep the line moving and the theatres clean! read more

This is my local theatre and I travel to AMC in Porter Ranch most of the time because of how dirty this place gets. It's a really nice building and they recently did some renovation even, but for whatever reason, the bathrooms are pretty much always dirty and the hallways are filled with popcorn. I'm guessing it's a staffing volume issue, but there have even been times when I've been there and there hasn't been a large crowd + lots of staff, but still super messy hallways. Sticky floors in the theatre too. Just kind of makes me sad because this has potential to be a really nice spot...but it's just degrading by the day. I'd love to see improvement on the cleanliness front and, if so, I could be persuaded away from traveling to AMC for my movies. read more

Went to see Avatar at this theater recently. The next morning realized I didn't have my wallet. Prior to contacting my credit card companies, I attempted to call the theater. Once I was connected the message requested me to enter a code. I then tried to be connected to the Sherman Oaks theater and I was consistently disconnected. I decided to contact my credit cards and put a hold and cancelation on all our cards. A friend of mine went to the theater for me and my wallet was in lost and found. Had I been able to speak to an employee I would have avoided the headache of not having the of my credit cards; especially during the holidays. I iam a member of Regal, but I guarantee you I will not be renewing that membership when it expires. At least with AMC I am able to easily contact a live employee. read more

First of all, if you can help it do not buy tickets on the regal website we were super overcharged and you need to pay a surcharge fee thank God my friend asked me how much tickets were seeing as though I paid $52 for 2 tix then we happen to go to concessions before we went to the movies to get a popcorn and I asked the cashier how much tickets were and basically it should've been $27 for two adult tickets to see IMAX movie. They did probably give us a refund and then we issued our tickets for the lower price. I did sign up for the regal free membership and want to get popcorn, popcorn was nine dollars I then told the cashier I was a member (which I feel good customer service. He probably should've asked ) my popcorn price was then reduced to $4. I short I would not return here especially for an IMAX movie, because IMAX 2-D movie was not giving IMAX. There's too many other theaters that are updated to sit at a theater where you need to get up every time someone walks by you meaning that their isles in the seats were very compact. Open the Oppenheimer was good, but definitely will go to another theater this week to watch it and be fully relaxed especially it being a three hour movie and being scrunched in the seats for that long -- we almost left. read more

However, there's still room for improvement for cleanliness in the bathrooms and occasional popcorn mess by the chairs. I absolutely love the renovated theater and the new reclining seats! The extra row space was such a pleasant surprise--definitely my favorite part. When someone needs to leave mid-movie or arrives late, there's no need to shuffle around or stand up. There's plenty of room for them to pass by without disturbing anyone. As someone on the shorter side, I also really appreciate the seating in the very back. The height and spacing are perfect for me--comfortable and with a great view! I've already been here four times this summer, and I can honestly say... I LOVE IT. To me, this is luxury. My family and I also enjoy how easy it is to buy tickets, check in, and grab popcorn. It all adds to a stress-free movie night. I'll definitely keep coming back to enjoy the comfort and convenience of the newly renovated Regal Valencia! read more

Amazing experience with the Screen X, although it can use some improvements as the side screens get pixelated and blurry at times due to the fact that the image is not being projected to a screen, but it definitely made the movie more injoyable. The theater rooms and bathrooms were very clean and well maintained, and the staff was very friendly. The price for snacks is a little high, but it's totally worth it. I also like the fact that they have some IPA can beers for sale at the snack bar that you can buy and enjoy during the movie. I love the concept of having the movie cross over to the sides. Always have the best experience at Regal Edward's in Valencia! ... This is my 2cd time watching in 4DX. Today we saw Beetlejuice in 4DX and it was super cool! Brought back a lot of memories and the story line was so good! Watching in 4DX is so worth it! It was so much fun and you actually feel like you are part of the film! Kids love it and every adult can feel just like a kid again! You will want to make sure you keep your drinks in the cup holder and or hold onto them firmly, that goes for your popcorn and treats as well ! Depending on what film you are watching in 4DX just know your seats will shake and move along with the action! Great experience! Highly recommend trying it out! read more

I was impressed with the complex. I described it to my wife as a Movie Mall! The place is huge and the lay out layout is nice. The common area and theater was clean. Checking in with the uae of the app was easy. The restroom closest to our theater was closed the entire time we were there. We didn't have anything from the snack bar, since we had dinner before the movie. The seats were comfortable. I'm glad the sound was adjusted prior to the movie started. It was too loud which distorted the dialogue. My wife and even my son thought the same thing. So it just wasn't me. I can't say that viewing the movie in ScreenX had any enhanced visual experience to the movie. We were sitting near the back and near center of the, so I thought my peripheral vision would have played a bigger part in the experience. But it didn't seem so for me. It seems like the workers are in la la land or have never worked a day in their life. They don't know how to problem solve without calling a manager, the managers take forever and don't apologize or even offer a sentence. Everyone here is absolutely rude and SLOW. We had to go to a later showing on a week night. Super frustrating. I will be calling them to make sure they fix this.
