what a horrible experence i received from shane holcomb. i dropped off a vehicle for an alignment…read moreon tuesday 4-14 and the lady i handed the keys to (shane's wife) told me that the vehicle would no be aligned until tomorrow (4-15) and i told her that was fine. i called the next day around 4pm to check up on it and called left message no return calls, they pick up and put me on hold and the phone hangs up this happened twice and finally i get a hold of them and shane's wife tells me that the vehicle is next in line that was on 4/15 a/m and she told me it will be done the same day. well i called around 3pm to check to see if the vehicle is still on target to be aligned and again tryed calling again phone calls go into voicemail and of course no return calls. called the next day 4/16 and again calls go into voicemail, no returned calls back this went on all day me trying to see whats going on and i called today 4/17 and phone is immediatly picked up on the first ring and was shocked on the tone of voice of the person that answered (shane holcomb) and he sauy 'why do you keep blowing-up my phone?" boy did he unlesh his frustrations on me i had to tell him to calm down i'm a prevoius customer and i told him that your wife had told me that they will have my vehicle done on 4/16 and shane says "no she didn't!... i was standing right next to her." why would i lie i had a co-worker with me and he herd her say it as well. shane then tells me "man come pick up uyour truck and hangs the phone on me. really! and this is a co-owner of the business. what a disgrace to the company.
