Stopped in to check out their cake selections for a last minute celebration. Regent has always been consistent and TBH you can never really go wrong with an Asian bakery. The taro cake we decided had good flavor, not too sweet, and the cake had great texture. We also picked up some savory pastries that were really delicious. The cake prices seem higher than average, but to me the cost of everything is high these days.

It's been a while since I been to regent bakery but since I was in the area and was craving desserts, I stopped by. There wasn't any one else there so it was pretty quiet. It's also a small area so maybe 10 people max can fit. The lady who helped was nice, she separated things so that they don't squish together. I ended up getting: Cream puff --- yummy, I always love cream Puffs and this was definitely satisfied my cravings Egg tart -- decent. The crust was a cookie crust but it was fairly fragile. However sturdy enough to hold it's shape though. The egg part was pretty eggy, most places, they tend to just be sweet. Truffle hazelnut --- it's been a while since I had such a dry cake. The cake itself is pretty dry and the frosting on top was surprisingly dry as well. You do get the chocolate flavor though but man, definitely good if you have milk or something.

Easy parking with a lot. The store is clean and has a pretty good selection of Asian breads. The bread is so fluffy! Pineapple bun: good size, good crust on top, don't eat in the car!! Baked BBQ pork bun: good size, nice and fluffy, good amount of filling, just a little sweet for me

Pretty solid. I wasn't expecting much, but my pork floss bun was so addicting! $4 /bun but it was worth it since it's good.

This shop has been a go to place for all the celebrations in the family for past 1.5 years even though i live in Sammamish. Generally their quality is consistent. Today i ordered a fresh fruit cake for my birthday and Unfortunately the only thing good about the cake was the presentation. The fruits used were either sour or tasteless . Not a very GOOD START of the way to start the b"day celebrations due to poor quality of REGENT BAKERY. i Reckon i have to shift to other shops now .

Only got a matcha latte here, but I was very pleased with the flavor! The staff were friendly, and I'm inclined to return to try some of the baked goods. Will need to update my review when I try more items!

After stopping by Tofu 101, I had to swing in here for some Chinese baked goods! I always forget this bakery is next door. But I always step in after going next door. I stopped by Saturday around lunch time and it wasn't busy. I got: - pork sung bread (I like this places pork sung bread better than 85 degrees) - vanilla sponge cake (they had them behind the counter and they looked so good! and it was yummy!) - pineapple coconut bun - milk pudding bun I had the sponge cake and it was delicious! Everything from here I have bought has been great!

Needed a birthday cake same day - i called the store and the individual that picked up the phone was very helpful. They asked me how many I was looking to feed, gave me some options, and took payment over the phone to secure my cake. We went with the 8 inch mango moose cake which feeds 10-12. The cake was very fluffy and light and my friends enjoyed it. If I am ever in need of a birthday cake again - I would definitely come back to try other flavors.

So yummy! I love asian bakeries. We came at the end of the day and there was a good selection left - we had such a tough time choosing between all the sweet and savory pastries and cookies. The cakes also looked incredible. Got the Pork Sung Green Onion bread ($2.65 ish) and the Red Bean Mochi Bread (around the same price). The pork sung bread was absolutely delicious and stuffed with pork sung, and the mochi bread was full of red bean and gooey mochi. The bread was dense and super soft and squishy. Can't wait to come back and try more items!

Top to bottom: Black Forest cake ($8.40), Mango Mousse Cake ($8.40), Chocolate Mousse Cake ($8.40), and the Eclair ($8.40).

Summary: DELICIOUS and adorable pastries!!! But definitely more of a splurge treat due to the prices I've gotten Doordash delivery from here twice (listed as Regent Bakery and Cafe - Bellevue instead of it's current name in the app) and it's never disappointed. I can't speak to the cafe service or ambiance though as I've only DoorDashed from here. The cakes are moist, supple, super flavorful, and just delicious! But they will also set you back ~$8-10 per pastry or slice of cake. My boyfriend got the Black Forest cake which he enjoyed and the Eclair which was HUGE I'm a huge cake girl so I got the Chocolate Mousse cake, Mango Mousse cake, Japanese Cheese Cake, and Pineapple Coconut Buns, which I think are my top favorites from the bakery. (I've also gotten the Hazelnut Truffle cake and Strawberry Mousse cake before which were SO GOOD too, though the Hazelnut Truffle cake fell short compared to the Chocolate Mousse cake). The cakes are so moist, flavorful, bouncy, like SO GOOD. The Pineapple Coconut Buns were good too, but admittedly not my favorite as I'm used to the ones without a crème filled center, though the crème they used was not too sweet which was amazing. Cake slices ran $8.40, pastries $7-9, and the Japanese Cheese Cake $23.15. Pros: * delicious pastries that are both tasty and aesthetically pleasing * felt like authentic Hong Kong baked goods Cons: * pricier side ($$$)

So glad I stumbled across this bakery! It's much better than the alternatives around town that add sugar to the top of their buns. The bread here is fresh and delicious. There are ample flavors between sweet, savory and some cakes. I haven't tried their drinks yet but will be back!

Parking ended up being a bit of a walk, which had me second-guessing the decision at first--but I'm glad I stuck with it. The moment I walked in, the space felt thoughtfully designed. The flow of the café is one of the best I've experienced--open, comfortable, and easy to navigate. As soon as the door opened, the barista greeted me right away. The counter is positioned close enough that you don't feel awkward hovering like in some cafés where the bar feels miles away. It immediately felt welcoming. I visited on a weekend during a slower period, but since the café sits right next to a college, I can imagine the line spilling out the door during peak hours. At quieter times though, the layout works well--there's enough space for a couple people to wait without crowding the entrance. I ordered a cortado and an almond croissant. The croissant came warmed, and the texture was spot on: fluffy, layered, and not overly greasy. The almond filling had a really nice balance--nutty with just enough sweetness and a hint of salt to round it out. I was told the pastries are made in-house, and it definitely shows. It tasted like something made with care. The cortado itself was solid--pretty classic, nothing overly fancy. One thoughtful touch I appreciated was that it came with sparkling water, which was great for cleansing the palate. The space itself is fairly spacious and works well if you want a quiet moment to sip your coffee. That said, most of the seating is high stools, so it doesn't really feel like the type of place to settle in and study for hours. Overall, I really enjoyed the atmosphere, service, and quality of the food. The one thing that caught me off guard was the price of the croissant at $6.50. It tasted great and I understand prices in this area tend to run higher, especially for house-made pastries--but it's a bit outside what I'd usually spend. So while I definitely think it's good, it might not become a regular stop for me simply due to location and budget. Still, a great find and a pleasant surprise during a routine coffee run. The earlier you come the more likely you will get to eat the delicious pastries, but if you come past 11 AM you likely won't find much. Their croissants are always on the menu, but many of their pastries are seasonally available so you have to come back. I haven't tried their sandwiches yet, but those pastries are amazing. The staff here are so nice too! Super tolerant as my indecision took over my brain seeing so many pastries! I think not having anyone behind me helped with that - a rare slow moment - because once the door opened I waved the white flag, asked them to pick me 3 of their favorites and off I went. The only problem with that is I can't recall the names of what I bought. The croissant, easy. The little puffy pastry with big sugar flakes and apricot that was very light? No clue except it was delicious.

After being recommended Bellden Cafe by a foodie friend for a quick meal, we headed over to get some takeout to eat during the game. Mr. Brioche ($11) - This sandwich starts with a rich toasted brioche bun, which is then slathered with some creamy and fatty aioli. A soft and tender, spiced breakfast patty is placed on top, charred just a tad to give some browning and develop flavor. Some eggs, cooked on the flat top in a circular mold which makes it perfectly conform to the size of the bun, is carefully placed on top of the meat, and then finally some swiss cheese cements the sweet vegetal microgreens atop. The bun is voluminous, especially noteworthy in height. The interior ingredients only reaches perhaps 1/3 the height of the bun, making it appear that the sandwich will be dry. But that's an impression soon deemed to be false, as there's more than enough moisture from the aioli and melted cheese to smooth things over. (4/5) I don't normally associate cafes, particularly ones that seem to lean more towards the drink side of things, to also serve good food. But overall, I came out pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food I ate. Bathrooms - Single unisex room.
