Tried to give this place a fair shot.. first time (about a month ago) the waitress was scattered and it took 25 minutes just to order.. food was good but service was not. She said she was one of two people and she had to work the take-outs too. So I went back this weekend and the waiter was so busy he took our order and got side tracked and didn't put it in. After about 20 minutes he stopped by our table and asked if he took our order... he completely admitted that he forgot - which I thought was good then maybe this time he wouldn't. However, after another 20 minutes I asked if he was going to bring our grandson the pizza to make? (The only pizza on the child's menu is a make your own pizza and kids love it-this is the whole reason we went back) he said, no, I put a cheese pizza in for you... then he said I'll change it and about 10 minutes later he brought my g-son a pizza to make - now we've had been there about 50 minutes... my g-son got his pizza hot and fresh, no other food was delivered with his pizza. 10 minutes later.. I got my order - it was cold - 5 minutes later my husband got his order - he said it was ok... then when he brought the ticket - much later (30 min)... he said he wouldn't charge us for the extra cheese pizza - which he never delivered ‍... will not go back... the place was busy and seems to do a better job at take-out, I guess!? read more

Don't waste your time nor your money! New to town and gave it try. Called up and told them we've never tried the place. Recommended we get Tony's pick! Suppose to have been their all meats pizza. Got home, pizza was dry with no sauce, little meat with 2 plus inches to the edge with nothing on it. Called up asked for the manager and the only thing they had to say was that it was pre made pizza and that's how they come. Horrible pizza, horrible service, could have gotten better pizza from dominos for 7:99 not a Sh!tty pizza and salad for 44$. FYI your manager never made any attempt to correct this issue and this is verbatim as to how she explained it to me. None the less we ordered from mcclains pizzeria and couldn't be happier. Great wine and pizza! Nice for a relaxed date night! Nice late night dinner option too! The crust is not too thick with many options... gluten free or cauliflower. The pizza is ok. We got both a normal pizza and the Detroit pizza. The Detroit pizza was doughy and the sauce a little sweet. The normal cheese pizza looked like a pizza from a major chain and really small for a 12 inch pizza. So eat here instead of a national chain, otherwise look at some of the other places. read more

The pizza from Reginelli's wasn't that good, especially compared to the two competitors in Mandeville that have been around for decades and have a proven track history of amazing food! I don't care what anyone states about how great their ingredients are, the ingredients from the two competitors are far superior! Also, Reginelli's Pizzeria is extremely high, in terms of price, for the quality of the food that you get! I would actually rather Pizza Hut pizza over this place. They also don't take criticism very well, either. I'd MUCH rather go to the two other pizzerias in Mandeville than to go back to this place!! read more

Well our waitress was very nice, but the pizza was too rich and the prices were way to high. for the garlic nots, (which weren't that good) they were 5 dollars for just 4 of them. THATS INSANE. my suggestions would be to lower the price of all items and to make the food quality better. read more

Ordered the Avocado & Asparagus salad for lunch today. All of the ingredients were super fresh and it tasted great. I have a lot of dietary restrictions so I asked them to remove some of the ingredients and substitute a different dressing. All was done as I requested. My only complaint was that they toss your salad in the dressing instead of putting it on the side and there was just way too much dressing. I'll definitely order this salad again but will remember to ask for the dressing on the side next time. read more

Yes I did see the price before paying online but one would think that a large pizza wouldn't be shy of 14". I ordered delivery from here thinking it would offer similar service to the ones on the Southshore, was I wrong. From order to delivery it took 1 hour and 15 mins. to have my ordered delivered. Sara, the manager, stated that was usual wait times which is unacceptable when other competitors will have it to you in half the time. I would second guess ordering from here unless you are on the South shore or are not hungry. read more

Me and my Family came to try it out for the first time tonight. It was 8:30 pm on a Sunday and it was busy. But we were seated right away because there was only 4 of us. The prices were good and the pizzas were so good. One of my daughters thought it was a little oily but I thought it was good. They pack on the toppings too. There sauce is a little light so if you like extra ask for it. They do charge a $1.50 extra for the sauce. But we really enjoyed it. read more

Completely blown away and impressed with our food! We had the Dream State sandwich, which was delicious from bread to toppings, with the perfect amount of dressing. Super tasty! The gumbo pizza was to die for. We loved the spicy shrimp and the tang from the pickled okra. The crust was also perfect. Excellent service from Sara Elizabeth as well. The first time I went to this Reginelli's location, the combo pizza was awesome. The second time I ordered the same pizza to go. I was told 30-25 minutes. I walked into that Reginelli's 20 minutes later and the place empty. I told the server who I was and what I ordered. Then I asked why they said 20- 25 minutes when they were so slow. The answer was " that's our standard response." So my pizza was sitting on the oven several minutes before I it there. When I finally got home with the pie, There was hardly any sauce on it and it had very little toppings. So my advice to Reginelli's is to work on the timing given to call in clients based on just how much business you actually have, and work on the consistency of the product. We have heard great things about Reginelli's in the city, so we were super excited to try it. It was not super crowded, which was great, but the service was very slow. This was at 12:30 in the afternoon, so not a crazy time. We could see our food sitting at the pickup spot for quite a while and finally told our waiter that it was sitting there. My husband ordered a muffuletta, which he said was awesome and I ordered the chicken pesto pizza, which was also good, but I guess because it had been sitting in the window for so long, was cold.... A man was lettering the door with the restaurant's name and the slogan "The Perfect Pizza" and it was: thin, crispy and chewy, with an appropriate amount of toppings, sauce and cheese. My friends and I came to Reginelli's Mandeville for a lunch meeting. This was our second visit to Reginelli's and it was ON POINT with the food! Angela (manager) was awesome, very thorough and accommodating regarding my Celiac Disease-related gluten-free and dairy-free needs. I had the Eggplant Reginelli and the Custom GFDF pizza. The Eggplant Reginelli was tender, flavorful, but not mushy and the marinara was an amazing dipping sauce accompaniment. The Custom Pizza was absolutely yummy. The GFDF pizza crust is the best that I have ever had in my life (and this is NOT an exaggeration); the perfect browning of the bottom and edges with a wonderful chewiness in the core. The toppings were all fresh and flavorful. The fact that Angela also used my GFDF cheese took the pizza experience over-the-top. My friend (who is not Celiac), who shared the pizza and appetizer with me, raved about how good the food was. My other friend loved her sandwich on the toasted Foccacia bread. Great service and wonderful staff that kept up with the demands of service. Very kid friendly place, we saw kids making their own pizzas while their parents enjoyed $10 bottles of wine on Wednesday. The Gumbo Pizza is really something to try if you've never had it, but can't go wrong with a Classic Combo.
