Horrible Horrible Horrible customer service. I have been going to this location for years now. I have had a few incidents there but still chose to go back because of the convenience. The first time i went they told me I could only pay cash because they did not have a credit card machine but when i looked inside i noticed a lady paying with a card. I asked her and she confirmed. I dont know if the man helping me just wanted to pocket the money but it was very weird. This past week I went although they looked busy i did see a few employees standing around doing nothing. when i asked to get some help the lady was very rude and unprofessional. I recently noticed my tire go flat but it was still drive able. I drove to discount tires at first however they were closed. I frantically yelped for another place that could take a look and Regio's came up with great reviews. It was conveniently located down the street as well. I was greeted as soon as I pulled in and they took a look at my tire and were able to patch it up for only $6! They were quick and friendly. Also open past 6pm unlike other places. read more

Just one word, amazing! I live in Dallas but was visiting my sister in Arlington and needed some used tires on my car. Four weeks ago I had bought a used tire in Dallas at a place close by my house, one tire for $30 and it wore out in less than four weeks. Needless to say, I wasn't happy. Used yelp to find the closest used tire place to my sisters house and this little gem came up. Best customer service experience I've had in a long time. I got 2 almost new tires for $25 each minus the 15% yelp check in discount for a total of $42.50. I was expecting up to a 30 min wait based on the other reviews, but I was actually done in 15 minutes. Car drives great and I'll recommend this place to everyone I know. read more

This place is awesome! I have come twice now and both times have been extremely great experiences. If I was driving by this place and hadn't read the reviews, I probably wouldn't have let them work on my car but the whole crew is excellent. The first time I came, I was ready to replace my two rear tires, but they showed me all I needed was a couple plugs since each tire had a nail. The second time, I am replacing my two front tires. Their pricing is very fair and I never feel like they're trying to take advantage of me. The used tires they sold me look basically new! I would recommend this place to anyone I know. I would say the only down side is that they don't use nitrogen in their tires but their price point and customer service more than makes up for it. read more

I heard about this place from yelp. The reviews were good so I decided to give them a try. I was greeted right away by Miguel. Friendly and knowledgeable he set me up with exactly what I had been looking for... A decent set of tires for a great price. I actually upgraded as the prices were very low. Within minutes of agreeing his team had my truck on jacks, taking off the rims and mounting the new tires. As they worked on mounting the set, I went online to check out the reviews on this tire line. Great reviews and his prices were less than online AND he included mounting and balancing for less than the tire cost online. 20 minutes later I was on my way. Quick, clean, and professional. I called and they didn't carry new tires in the size I needed, however he did have 4 barely used tires in the size. I came by and sure enough they maybe had a couple of thousand miles on them, maybe. These are premium brand tires at a fraction of the the cost down at the big chain store. José had me in and out in just over 30 minutes. I would have paid several hundred more down the street and waited much longer. I count my blessings on this deal. I've had a few bad experiences at the big chain and have been praying for relief from those hypocrites. Thank you José. read more

Found this place on yelp. Only I thing can say is It is GREAT. My sister went to Regio to see about a bent rim. What unbelievable service. The employees are fantastic. Friendly and courteous. We drove up and they started looking at all four tires to see what needed to be done. They went to work immediately. Fixed all bent rims and tires were back on in a matter of minutes. Almost feel quilty for what they charged for their service. Folks be sure to tip these guys. Go see this small business they deserve all the business they can get. Spread the word Arlington and DFW. But with my good luck I found Regio Tire Shop, with in 2 mins they checked my tire n yes it had a nail.. It took them about 10 mins to fix it n I was on the go..They rock!!! When you're a women with car repairs, it's more frequent than not that attempts are made to take advantage. A routine Subaru dealer service was going to charge me $221 to replace a tire that they said had a nail that they couldn't patch. I called around and was introduced by A&B Muffler & Brake to Regio Tires down Cooper St. They are the BEST!! For $11 they repaired the tire under 30 minutes, and that's after they had to figure out after attempts checking out among 3 tires to find the "Right Rear" tire that the dealer told me had the nail. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate their affordable cost, patience, thoroughness, and efficient service!! I wish them all the success of a small family-owned business. I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. Eli was very helpful with finding replacement tires for me. Not only did he replace my tires, but fixed two valve stems on my rim at no charge, and balanced out my missing lug nuts. Turned out I had a leaky valve on my tire. I brought it in, and they took the tire off my car, diagnosed it, fixed it, and replaced it, all within five minutes of me arriving. They charged me five bucks for the valve, and I was on my way. The place looks a little run down, but these guys are seriously great. Amazing prices, fast service, and good people. read more
