They suggested a few home health agencies, but all of them were unable to see my grandma until 3 days after she would discharge and that was too long for her to go without the exercises she would need in order to be able to acheive any level of independence again. A friend of mine got me in contact with Frank and he was able to communicate with the skilled nursing facility to get orders in in order to start care for my grandma on the day following her discharge, so she did not have any break in care. All of the staff that we worked with at HomeAssist were not just super professional, but were extremely kind, caring, and patient, especially when dealing with an older lady that is terrified of most things and her overbearing family (us) that were kind but were full of questions, concerns, and commentary amongst each other.
