Just had my kitchen counters, family room floor tile, and bathroom floor tile recrouted. They showed up exactly when they said and completed the job in a day. The kitchen counter tile looks like they were newly installed. I never saw them so while. The family room had pee stinks from dogs and now everything looks new as if they were just install. At first, we thought it would be a simple re-caulking job. When the first handyman came, he explained that there were some loose tiles (not broken) and that most likely we'd have to find new tile to replace those loose ones. After I found the tile to replace it with, a tile installer came and said that we should find someone to regrout the shower; he didn't think we needed to change the tile. We had a bath remodel expert come and he explained that we needed to change out the loose tiles, but would not guarantee the job would not get larger and more complicated once he started ripping the tile out. I was not interested in a big job since we have plans to remodel in the near future. Finally, I decided to give REGROUT SYSTEMS a call based on their reviews and expertise in these cases. I called and they came out to provide an estimate. I received the written estimate the next day. A few days later I contacted them for an appointment. They reached out a couple days later. Brian and ReGrout Systems had cleaned and sealed our master shower in 2012. They did a great job so when I decided to replace my shower enclosure with a frameless glass one, we knew that we wanted to have Brian and his team do the job again. We had the old enclosure removed, and there were areas where the grout had been horribly stained by standing water. Mostly in the areas where the shower frame had been plus the perimeter of the shower floor. He gave us a fair quote when he came out to look at it. Within a week, he came back and did cleaning, resealing and regrouting. He also had to fill in the holes where the shower frame had been drilled into the tile. In short, my shower now looks brand spanking new!!! This is a 20+ year old master shower. Thank goodness the tile is white and doesn't look at all dated since subway tiles and white tiles are coming back! This honestly saved me from a $20k reno on a bathroom that I don't really need. What I really appreciate about Brian is that when I asked him how often I should reseal the tile and grout, he told me about a product to use to keep the sealant on. This is not what another contractor told me...said that I should seal every couple of years. Because of this, I am now a huge fan of Brian and ReGrout System even though I had had a great experience with him before. I just really appreciate the sentiment that he's doing right by the customer. He has a customer for life, and I have a pretty big circle of friends and colleagues who will need this type of work done. We recently relocated to Mission Viejo and bought a home in which bleach products were used on colored grout which made all 3 showers look terrible. In addition, there were missing pieces of grout along the floor joints and water was getting under the shower floors. I reached out to Regret Systems and Brian came promptly for our appointment, explained what could be done, came prepared with color samples of grout so we could choose, and sent us an estimate that same day. We did have another regrouting and repair vendor come out for an estimate (one that has high reviews on Yelp as well) but he seemed completely oblivious and never sent an estimate. I was between tenants on a townhouse and needed the tile flooring and grout cleaned ASAP. Brian went out the same day to take a look at the job. We are doing a renovation of our home and the first thing we needed to address was the marble floors in the foyer, hall, powder room, laundry room, kitchen and dinette and the perimiter of our living and dining room. So it is an extensive area. We had it regrouted many years ago by someone else and it was a very poor job. The grout was actually popping out all over the place and the grout that was left was dirty and impossible to clean. We actually thought we may have to demo the whole thing and replace the floor. But we had Brian out to take a look and let us know what could be done. He said that he would be able to remove all the old grout, secure the tiles that were loose by injecting epoxy and regrout the whole floor so that it would look great. He was so knowledgeable about the floor and the job that would need to be done that he instilled confidence in us that we wouldn't have to replace the floor. Well, after the quick estimate he provided and upon our agreement, he scheduled us right away for the job. It took an entire week for him, Liam and Hugo to complete but let me tell you, it's AMAZING!!! It looks like a whole new floor and we haven't even had it polished yet but that will be next. We are waiting until a couple other projects in the house are completed so that we don't have to worry that other workers will damage it. Brian and crew were so professional, friendly and attentive to detail. We also had them regrout and color seal some areas in the master bath shower which also came out beautifully!!! We are so pleased that we chose Brian and Regrout Systems for this project. Brian Coakley, the owner responded to my request to have my deck flagstones regrouted. He checked everything and agreed to do it. He sent me an estimate and I hired him to do the work. Brian, Mike and Mike showed up on the day they said they would early. They started the work. After an hour he told me that because so many of the Flagstones were lose he would have to re-glue and then put in grout. They did a fabulous job. They seemed happy and energetic as they went along. They explained everything they did. They were done by 3:00. Cleaned everything up and told us it should be completely dry by the next day. The did a great job. My deck looks spectacular. I'm so happy because we have been trying to get this work done for over two years!!!. I had a shower stall that needed to be re-grouted and some tile replaced. Brian's crew came and in one day finished the job. It looks fabulous. I had a bad experience with a previously aforementioned company so I was a little bit leery. We have chronic problem with mold and he recommended a cleaner and sealant to maintain the tile.
