When I arrived I filled out a form and was taken to my room and got my signature facial. The lady who did my facial was super friendly and did a great job, asking for my skin type and proceeding with the appropriate products. I am so grateful for Garrett and his team. They saved me. I received 2 iv infusions in 2 days. Garrett is so professional and helpful. He made sure I was comfortable the entire time I was there. First I want to say the staff is very friendly. You get in and out pretty quickly with no issues. It is for this reason that I am not giving them a 1. This is overshadowed by the poor management of the billing and general administration. 1. Nearly every month I would receive a past due bill from billing because when I paid via credit card in the office they did not communicate this to their billing department. I told them about this several times with no correction. 2. It is now November and I am getting bills from May of last year. I am literally having to spend hours reviewing these statements with my insurance company to verify that the charges are correct. Not to mention the additional time spent emailing back and forth with Tina from their billing department to figure out what is going on. This still hasn't been resolved. 3. Setting up and appointment shouldn't be a problem except during the time when they actually did not record on their end that they had a scheduled appointment with me. In an ironic twist, they want to charge me $50 for a missed appointment that they didn't even call to verify. I also told Tina that I no longer would be visiting the practice, but apparently, that piece was not communicated to anyone. I really wanted to like this place, but the amount of wasted time I have to deal with in order to resolve billing and administrative issues is not worth it. read more

This is not my first rodeo but every time it gets better and better and better. It's one of my first stops every time I visit LA and it always delivers 110%. This visit I first noticed it has DOUBLED in size. Awesome. I got 30 min in the new infrared sauna which I followed up with a 60 minute intense body stretching treatment with the most amazing Cesar. The first time I got a wax it was great but the second time it was not a good service and afterwards I remember thinking, yup not going back for a wax. The woman waxing me was friendly and made me feel comfortable but the service was not good. It took FOREVER, I was staring at the clock and could not believe I was in there for 40 minutes, that is insane. My favorite waxing place had me in & out in 15 max. Waxing in general isn't the most enjoyable thing so why would anyone want to drag it out? On top of that she was not meticulous, I went home thinking my lady parts better be pristine after being in there forever and there were missed spots. She just did not do a good service, it took way too long, she missed area, did tiny sections. I've had better, cheaper and more detailed waxes. Yes, it is very clean and comfortable, candles burning, no double dipping, etc but not worth it. I am curious about their facials I feel they would do great facials. read more
