Yikes. * The 4th session (the worst and last for me) was done by an inexperienced nurse who accidentally targeted my eyelid/eyelash area with the laser. * This caused significant pain, tearing, and irritation, and part of my eyelash was burned/cut off by mistake!!!!!. * Her reaction was unprofessional when I pointed it out. * I immediately reported the issue to reception. * I was later connected to a remote nurse/clinician via video call, but the response was dismissive and unhelpful, suggesting castor oil and saying it would regrow. (yay for me ;) 5 months I hardly got to regrow my lash) * No proper care, apology, or resolution was provided. * They contacted me twice afterward: the first time I was unavailable, and the second time the caller was speaking in a loud and aggressive manner, so I asked to be contacted another day as I was not willing to continue the conversation in that tone. * It has now been several months with no refund, no resolution, and no proper communication from the clinic management. I unfortunately only took a picture right after the incident. After that the eyelash fell out & only grew back several months after (with intense care) but I didn't take any photos during that time. Summary: Very inconsistent experience, not suitable for sensitive skin, and poor professionalism, skill level, and customer service throughout. I absolutely do not recommend.

Found this place after visiting their urgent care downstairs for another issue. Decided to start with laser hair removal on my underarms first. The treatment was very comfortable and the staff adjusted the rate to my comfort level and I was in and out in no time! The results were so amazing I have since done my legs and arms as well. After talking with one of ladies doing my laser treatment, I decided to try the Sculpsure body sculpting treatment as well. I've had 2 treatments so far on my abdomen and arms, can definitely see a difference. After researching multiple places online, they definitely offer the lowest price in LA. Dr. Stafford is the complete opposite. She takes her time to make sure that everything turns out good the first time rather than having to do things twice to correct. When it came to liquid rhinoplasty, she looked at my facial structure and chose the best filler for me. Previously I've had Botox on my masseter muscle and the doctor put a total of 80 units in one area. Dr. Stafford warned me about muscle atrophy and only used about 40 units total for my masseter muscle. She precisely injected into different areas of my face to contour and give me the look I wanted.
