They never once told me there was a problem, and I've now found out that they failed to replace my oil cap--a plastic cap that is REQUIRED to be replaced at every oil change. This isn't optional, and any competent technician should know that. Because of their negligence, I'm now dealing with mechanical issues that could have been completely avoided. Now I'm stuck taking my car to a mechanic and spending God knows how much money fixing damage that never should have happened in the first place. All because Take 5 either didn't know what they were doing or didn't care enough to do it correctly. This is not a minor oversight. This is basic vehicle maintenance, and they failed--repeatedly.
