I was extremely disappointed in the customer service we received from a particular salesperson. She proceeded to tell my mother that a certain dress she tried on "covered her rolls". My mother has worked very hard and lost a lot of weight for my wedding, so having someone say this to her, needless to say, was unwarranted and unprofessional. My mother was obviously shaken by the comment for the remainder of the day. I will say there's definitely a lot smaller of a selection compared to the Charlotte location. Specifically in jewelry and purses.
