He regretfully shared that his English was not good. No problem. Once he shared that, I got it. We used only a few words, but we were able to communicate just fine. I thought I would have to buy a tire replacement, but he pointed out that all I needed was a new inner tube. Didn't try to up sell me which I appreciated. Price was very reasonable too. He was thorough in his inspection of the bicycle and proceeded to show, then adjust little things to improve the bike... by adjusting the training wheels, the seat height and aligned the handle bars more. My daughter was ecstatic with the improvements. I had a great experience & will return if I have any other bike related issues.

The young man didn't push us to buy something there, instead saying that his job was to help us find what fit our needs, even if it was something we'd have to buy online. This business listed a product on their website with an incorrect description. I learned this after…read morepurchasing it & receiving a product with a specification that was not outlined in the link I initially ordered from. When I went to view the link that I had initially ordered from, which I saved screenshots of, it had been completely deleted. In an email, someone from this business justified the inaccuracy with the excuse that they were physically unable to change the inaccurate description to the accurate one before listing this item. Instead of admitting any fault whatsoever when confronted with their blatant error, the reps of this business gaslit me, said the product was described correctly, then changed their return policy to include "item must be in original packaging" despite absolutely zero mention of this on their website, despite the 'original' box not actually being original packaging. Rather than deal with utter twits with no professionalism, I'm going to reconfigure my bike to adapt to this incorrect part which I received through no fault of my own, which will now cost me money. This is a small-minded business run by small-minded people who do not care if they inconvenience you. I don't know if that's the status quo of this area, but personally I'd avoid.
