It reduced to 25% off on Thursday mornings the last two times I was here, and now, today 4/23/26, the promotion is no longer. I'm glad this locally owned biz is doing well! The machines, the clean space and the ample folding stations sell themselves...you couldn't convince me that there is a better laundromat in Austin!

Just don't come hungry, because the vending machines are way way WAY overpriced. Like predatory levels of overpriced on some items, several dollars for a tiny bag of chips that would cost $0.50-$1.50 at a grocery store or convenience store is sold for up to $5.00 sometimes. Not sure if this if the owner's doing or if they are renting that space to a vending vendor, but it's really off-putting in a world filled with shrinflation and ever-present corporate corruption.

I'm so glad I did! I piled up all my clothes and winter coats at 50% off (hey I like a deal) to get caught up on all my dirty work laundry - and will keep on even once I'm back to full price. Their rates are a little high but I prefer quality at this point in my life. Even at full price, my blouses and pants will be $7-8 and specialty wool coats and fancy dresses about double tbbut I can live with that. My heavy winter coats came back looking almost brand new, despite the fact that they had been covered will pet fur and wool fuzz balls. I have the # of the delivery guy and can simply text him for pickup or questions (they have my card on file). I see there are not many current reviews and think this place is worth a second look. I'm relieved to have found a dependable cleaner. Update: months later I'm still using them and love their drop off/pick up service and quality cleaning.

Was told to pick them up on the following Tuesday and was provided a pink slip and told that I could pick them on Tuesday morning. I did not notice that the pink slip they provided, did not have a price . I showed up on Tuesday and they were not ready and I was told to return in the afternoon. I returned in the afternoon and was told that I owed 66.00! Wow! I asked how the price was determined, she replied they are all $20 plus tax. I questioned why the price was never written on my ticket and she could not give me an answer. I also asked why the short dress was the same price as the other two. She could not give me an answer. There was nothing special about these dresses and next time, I will wash them myself or find a more affordable and customer service friendly cleaners.

You stop by a laundromat in the area with a lot of other stuff that you want to eat or check out and then you get it taken care of. No problem there. Nothing but decent things to say about this place and it's not cheap but then not a lot of laundromats are these days anyway.
