My intuition said to not let them do the shirt and second guessed myself. As you can see in the photos the stitching is terrible on the jeans and a heavy patch was sewn on the shirt. This is a training issue. Do NOT allow them to mend anything for you. I have seen good work and this is not it. Shame on management and the ownership for not taking better care of their staff who are trying to service customers. When leadership is off the whole system is as well. I'm sure whoever is doing their seeing would welcome better skill. So needless to say I refused to pay for the garments and am disputing the original charge on my card for the jeans. He did a full sole on my goodyear-welted dress shoes and replaced the heel block as well. Nice job on the stitching, the burnishing on the edge of the new sole blends in perfectly, and he even gave it a swipe with some leather dye. I brought a broken belt and a pair of nice (but worn) boots. They repaired them in a timely fashion and held them until I was able to pick them up. My boots are Luchesse's (which are certainly a nice brand). These guys made em look almost as good as new, and they've seen work, dogs biting them up, and pretty much any other thing you can imagine. I never thought a pair of boots more than 5 years old could look so good! These guys are quality craftsmen and they take care of you. I'm very pleased with how the boots turned out. I'll be returning here if necessary. Highly recommend this place. Fair price as well.
