Trivia: True or False - the front door has a sign to use the back door inside of the chain link fence. No food in this place, but definitely full of tasteful ambiance. It's clean and nicely decorated with Irish fare. There are three large TVs with a variety of sports or movies playing. The wooden bar top looks new or really well taken care of. Or both. One bartender ran the whole place. He responded to most patrons by name so this is definitely a place with regulars. He treated us superb and never let our glasses fall to empty before asking if we wanted another. At one point the lady next to us raised her glass as a toast and when I raised my empty glass (because I had paid the bill and we were preparing to leave) she flipped us off. So that was humorous.

Just a fantastic Bloody Mary made by an experienced bartender. Quiet in here on a weekend morning. Had my doubts but was pleasantly surprised at the flavor and presentation. Service was quick and friendly. Mellow in here which was appreciated. Cheers.

I had a nice evening just sitting at the bar talking to a couple of locals about where to visit and where to hang out at. The bartender was attentive and even looked for a tshirt for me in the back because I desperately needed to have it! lol the beer was cold. What more could I ask for!

Good place! Great beer selections! Excellent pour of a pint of Guinness!!! Bartender very professional and attentive! I really enjoyed the nude sunbathing out back ;-)

Love this neighborhood bar. Bartenders are always friendly and accommodating. Music is not too loud and quite tasteful. 10-yr old port wine is only $8. They serve free soup. You can also bring any outside food. The bar does not smell of smoke and has clean bathrooms. They have a fire pit in the summer. It's a cozy place to hang out with friends to catch up and enjoy a bit of alcohol.

Nice dark hole in the wall with free food available in the corner of the bar. This place used to be called Cheechacko's but was changed when the bar was sold to the nephew of the previous owner's. This place is decidedly Irish with celtic designs and a countdown displaying the next St. Patrick's Day. Drinks are pretty reasonable, and the bar is filled with locals. It's a good, laid back time.

Ramos Gin Fizz made by Misha. So delicious!

Excellent little bar. Plenty of TVs to watch the game. Lots of beer options, but try the Irish coffee. Friendly staff. Free parking!

Cold drinks served fast in a dive-y, dark bar full of locals. What could be better?!?! Oh, the prices are great too. Love the place!

We ordered iced tea and it was good which some places serve water it's okay so i would have been happy only drinking water which I normally have a hard time doing. I started off with a cup of clam chowder especially when I am in a city that is by the ocean and know for seafood. It was a good cup of chowder (thinking it in a Boston accent). The bread was delicious. They had king salmon on the menu so I had to get it. It was fresh and had a great taste. My wife had the roasted chicken Dijon. She said the chicken was moist and had a good flavor. Our waiter was attentive and the place had a great view of the bay.

Ordered the halibut cheeks this week and could not have been more disappointed. Friend the same but with scallops. Why would you pan fry them in Asiago cheese? It makes no sense, over powered the delicate halibut cheeks and scallops let alone way overcooked them. Severely disappointed. Waiter and atmosphere and was great, not his fault. That being said, everything else here I have ever had is delicious. I would return here for sure but just don't order newish seafood cheese combo dishes. Drinks, ambiance, service, view all amazing per usual.

Peanut Farm is a sports grill that has been around for some time. The building has been through a few renovations with some additions to look like what it is today. It resembles a large log cabin. Peanut Farm is spacious and has several TV screens for sports viewing. There are also some pools tables near the bar. We grabbed a table that had a nice view of Campbell Creek through the window. Peanut Farm has a full menu that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. There was a page showcasing their appetizers and pizza selections. I got the Farm's Grilled Chicken with a cup of New England Clam Chowder. I was able to choose a couple of sides and had to try the corn fritters. I highly recommend them. We had a nice time here and it was a great way to wrap up my first trip to Alaska.

There's good selection of beer but we ordered some nachos that tasted like they bought some corn chips from Costco and put some stuff on it.
