Dr. Shah is an excellent dentist that is mindful of her patients' time and works quickly but carefully. She is also friendly and approachable to the point that I can ask her questions throughout the process and she is happy to explain. This can be a rare trait to find and is really appreciated. I can just tell she treats her staff well seeing how they interact and work together. Jill and Gabbie are friendly and professional hygienists that do a great job assisting Dr. Shah. Lastly I need to give a shout-out to Dolores at the front desk for her professionalism and patience with my payment and insurance related questions. EVERY SINGLE staff member- from the person who took my call, to the front office team, to the assistants and hygienists, to the dentists - is so kind, friendly, welcoming, and has a gentle manner. Such a positive environment and is great for dentist anxiety. I had to be seen for tooth pain and they got me in quickly. The dentists and assistants explain every step as they go, make the time to talk to you, and give you referrals and link you to a specialist prior to you leaving, if you need it. My dentist is Dr. Harbach, who is wonderful. I did see Dr. Bennett once due to an urgent issue, and he was also great. Really happy that I found this office, it's truly an amazing dentistry practice.

It's extremely important that pregnant women get routine cleanings during their pregnancy as they are at increased risk of gum disease. Dr Lee chooses to go against all major guidelines and enforce his own policy denying pregnant women important dental care that they need. I find this to be a red flag, if he's uncomfortable doing a basic cleaning for someone who's pregnant, I wonder if he is truly confident in his skills as a dentist overall.

I had to go into this office two days in a row for my son, and both visits were extremely…read morefrustrating and a complete waste of time. On the first visit, he was scheduled for treatment, but when we arrived, the treatment was not provided. Later that day, I received a call apologizing and was told he needed an exam before treatment. While inconvenient, I understood and agreed to come back the next day. During the second visit, the doctor then stated he may need to see a specialist and did not want to work on the tooth until we saw one. We followed that recommendation and saw the specialist, who was confused about why he was referred and confirmed there was nothing wrong with the tooth. Lollipop Doctor advised she would make a small retainer to replace the missing/chipped tooth so my son wouldn't have a visible gap. We were then sent upstairs for a 3D X-ray, but instead of my son receiving treatment, I was pulled aside and given a consultation about braces -- which we were never there for. I requested to speak with an office manager on March 24th and, to this date, I have never received a call back. However, the office continues to call me and text me about starting braces, which is extremely frustrating considering my concerns were never addressed. This entire experience felt disorganized, misleading, and more focused on selling orthodontic treatment than addressing my child's actual dental issue. Due to this experience, I will not be bringing any of my children back to this office.
