After consulting with Nico and viewing her work I felt completely at ease and safe in her hands. Nico took me through each step of the process and made sure I was comfortable. She explained how it would look after the initial application, over the next several days, how to maintain my brows, and what the final outcome will look like. Nico is a doll! She has been leaving some clients with a botched micro blading, uneven, unfinished, damaged eyebrows, and is failing at contacting them back for their refund. I had to have mines laser removed a month after she did mines. Some are too nervous to speak up however some did in fact file online complaints against her. There are several cases. She leaves clients undone so she can request for them to book a second appointment. At times she freestyle her drawing and doesn't use the line technique. Her freestyle leaves clients with uneven eyebrows. Here in pics one eyebrow is round and the other goes up higher. One is also thicker than the other. Instead of trying to resolve the matter, she persist on bashing clients so that they may not want to return to her. She showed no remorse towards what she's done. A complaint with the state of NEW YORK will be filed for these damages. Her damages has to be first removed for another artist to do the micro blading properly. She also refusing to reimburse me after several messages to her office. Most are scared to step forward. Check out other reviews online

There were two women working and people were coming by regularly, but I got four services done so I knew I would wait. I waited about ten minutes before I was led into the back area for the Brazilian wax. The space was larger than I expected and clean, I was able to place my bag on a chair and undress privately to get prepared. They laid down paper over where I needed to lay and powdered me prior to starting. She checked for what I wanted before starting and let me know that they never double dip. I haven't had a wax in about six months and she had me cleaned up completely in 15 minutes. I also did eyebrow threading, tinting, and eyelash extensions. All went very smoothly and she was concerned about my comfort and if I liked it. I absolutely love how everything came out! Definitely will be back in six weeks. And will update with a photo.
