I ordered a cabinet that came in 2 months later than initially estimated. We finally received the cabinet and had it installed. The countertop fabricator accidentally lightly damaged one of the doors during countertop installation so I called rejuvenation to order a replacement door only to be told they do not sell parts and they refused to give me information on the manufacturer so i could order a new door. They also refused to let me speak to a supervisor. I would never order products from them again. read more

This is a review of their online store. Many years ago I came upon this place...when it was only lighting and some salvage stuff. Boy, it was great. 5 stars. Now, since it has been bought by Williams Sonoma...it is zero stars. I mean, I ordered a bathroom shelf two months ago. There was no mention on the website that it was out of stock. The date of delivery was to be one week after my order was placed. Well, when the date came and passed I looked back on line and found out it was back ordered. And delivery was expected in the first week of July. Nope. When the first week of July passed I checked back and the item - a simple glass and brass bathroom shelf - remained on back order. And the new delivery date had slipped to the second week of July. Nope. To this date it remains on back order and every few days the website changes the delivery date to...whatever. I called customer service and the clerk told me the item had just arrived and will be shipped immediately. I am not holding my breath! Terrible quality. Worse customer service. Bpiggt a pot for $150 (on sale), it came broken. It took 3 customer service reps to get them to finally agree to return it. They said they shio me a new one, but i had to take the pot to ups myself. So i did. They kept giving me updated arrival dates for the new pot, a week delay, another week, another, and then finally just said it was no longer in stock. I cannot believe the poor quality of the items at Rejuvenation. We bought 17 x $91 drawer pulls that were two tone (brass and oil rubbed bronze--Harlow pulls) . Every one of them has the finish rubbing or chipping off. I am beyond a year so I can't get anything in return. They are also just beyond 8 inches so you can only replace with more poor quality items from Rejuvenation. At a total expenditure of close to $3000 for pulls (our knobs were from here as well), I was shocked that there was no quality control. We will have to either keep the lousy pulls, patch the holds and refinish or buy more poor quality pulls. I can't believe the number of one star reviews. read more

This place is seriously garbage, they sold me a $160 adela teak hook rack that literally came unglued within a few months of using it (it's a towel rack). I called customer service and after waiting for 20 min I finally got a hold of their customer service and the guy was talking to me on his cell phone? It took another 40 minutes for the back and forth because his service was echoing so terribly only for him to lie and say they would send me the replacement and I could send it back once I received the replacement. Fast forward a month later and Rejuvenation STILL hasn't shipped it to me because they're waiting for me to send the defective item I paid for. That's ridiculous, they could easily have sent me the replacement item and I could have returned the defective one in the box the replacement came in. I shouldn't be expected to find/purchase a box to then go to fedex to ship/return a defective item when I'm really not confident they'll even replace it at this point. This is pathetic and money-grubby and I will never support a Williams Sonoma company again. If you're charging your customer's a premium, then you should provide premium customer service and not give them the run-around. Unbelievable. read more

This store gives me mixed feelings. I have spent a lot of money on the products but somehow I feel like they don't care if I do or don't shop there. The sales team will ask if you need help and walk you through the choices if you want. However, on the other hand the sales team will allow you to walk through the store and not bother you. Sort of 6 in one hand and half dozen in the other. When I made my last purchase it seemed like the sales lady was helpful to the point the sale was completed. When I arrived to pick up the lights, it was carry it yourself to the car. I know they have people on staff to help load but the sales lady didn't offer, matter of fact she stated there's your stuff and walked away. We will not purchase from her again if we return. The quality of the Salem lights is a little disappointing. The reason for the purchase was to purchase locally manufactured items, these were partially manufactured in Portland which was best we could do with the style we wanted. These are one noche up from made in China however the pricing is several noches up. The mirror is heavy. Make sure you follow the hanging instructions and please try to find a stud when hanging it. I'm very happy with it. Again, it's pricey so I expect good quality. This mirror fit the bill of quality and style. Overall, of my several trips to the store the last one was the worse. It all depends on the staff from day to day, which isn't how a business should be managed. read more

Gave them the details and measurements and everything is wrong in our order. ALL of the bulbs that were supposed to be LED were wrong. I've had two frustrating experiences with online purchases made in-store!! There appears to be minimal communication between the store and suppliers; for example, I recently ordered an item available on the website, only to get an email one week later stating my order was cancelled. Avoid this place! They will look for ANY excuse to keep your money should you try to return an item. I am working on a gut remodel of my kitchen and master bath, and have been trying samples of their hardware which is expensively priced compared to competitors of similar quality. I never installed a single piece, never dropped them or literally done anything other than carry them in the bag they came in and pulled them out once in a while to test with swatches in my space. But they refused a full refund and offered half in store credit, citing nicks that I've never seen. It truly felt like a scam. Not to mention that if that's all it takes to "nick" their hardware it really is not up to par in quality for the prices they charge. there are better brands with cheaper prices and lower lead content in their hardware. I ordered cabinet hardware for a project. The items were back ordered and took over 7 months to receive. Meanwhile my credit card used to purchase them was "charged" over 3 times. it was next to to get the holding of those funds removed from my credit card! I ordered extra bec it took so long to receive & then tried to return the extras (it had been over 30 days since I ordered them they said! si now they wont return them! We spent over $7,000 on hardware & never ending headaches and no one individual was ever empowered to do anything! I did not have a good experience at this store. You know when employees keep buzzing around avoiding eye contact so they don't have to help you. This is a place like that, if you don't look like the right customer or wear the expensive bag, they'll give you the no acknowledgement. I finally waved a person down and she had to get someone else to help me. If I had known it was gonna be that difficult, I would have just paid the extra cost on shipping. The store wasn't even busy, just one other customer in the store. Left a bad taste in my mouth. I finally ordered the item I wanted and when I went to pick it up, I had an easier time. I also ordered an item mailed to me which arrived fully broken but once I emailed them a photo of the item, it was re-ordered. Never got the re-order so I just cancelled, no biggie. I've been to Rejuvenation a few times. The first time I felt adequately greeted and acknowledged. The next few times, while I may have been acknowledged, my experience was very different. I felt a bit like Julia Robert's character in Pretty Woman the first time she visits the snobby boutique and is given the cold shoulder- judged and treated rudely. I was ignored and when I did ask a question, I felt like I was bothering the sales person, who was standing near the check-out counter talking to two other sales people. I made a purchase- over $250 but I suppose it wasn't enough to deserve appreciation or friendliness as it was from a sales shelf! I was about to say never mind mid-way through the transaction. I wish I had, because a few weeks after I made my purchase, I found the same thing for $50 less! I won't be going back. read more

This company's customer service is appalling!! In March of last year (2019), I bought 5 wall sconces (Graydon Double Wall Sconce) to go in our master bathroom. It came to over $1,800. Last month, I broke one of the two glass shades that come on each light. When I contacted customer service, they first told me I would have to purchase the ENTIRE wall sconce to get the replacement shade.... a price of $343. Then, after contacting the Customer Service dept. again, saying I must have misunderstood their representative, that surely I don't have to purchase the ENTIRE wall sconce, they changed their story to say they no longer carry this item at all! I had only purchased these 5 lights over a year ago! The man in the C/S dept. did say they could sell me a new sconce (that would not match the other 4) for a 30% discount. How gracious of them. I since found the same wall sconce at Lighting New York, and bought ONE replacement glass shade for approximately $40. When we arrived at the store after six days of being told our furniture "would arrive in the next few hours," and then when it didn't arrive, calling the delivery service multiple times for information and updates, the first thing Rejuvenation staff said to us was, "We are not UPS employees." "Sorry" can go a long way in repairing a frayed customer relationship. We never got that. And, although two employees, Lauren and Sarah, told us on the phone that we could get a refund, when we arrived in person, Michelle refused. I hope the Rejuvenation staff learns how to better satisfy its customers. We will not shop there again. read more

Finally I received a call and that was it. No communication after that. Anyway, I realised I will have to keep calling them to ensure delivery. So we wake up on a Sunday morning to our front gate security saying our furniture delivery was at the gate. We never received a window for delivery, so I was still in my pajamas. No big deal, at least I didn't have to wait all day. As they were unpackaging the tables, I look out the window and was shocked to see one of the delivery guys decided to take a piss on our wall! So instead of white glove delivery, we get piss dripping hand delivery?? That is so beyond disgusting. I would have allowed them to use the bathroom and WASH their hands if they had asked! I couldn't grab the phone fast enough to get a picture in action, but I have attached a picture of the disgusting pee stain. I realize individual people's actions are beyond the control of a company, but in these times especially, I'm astounded. On top of it all, the one table had huge scratches in it...so delivery not completed. UGH! On a side note, the manager of the hub reached out in concern and was very professional and assured me this is not the norm. He indicated that compensation would be given upon final delivery. I have used this company for years, but this past week broke the camel's back. In August (3 months ago) I ordered a cafe rod, cut to a specific length. I've ordered this exact product before, with no issues. After waiting close to three months, I finally received the notification that it had shipped and I eagerly awaited its delivery. UPS showed it would be delivered on Tuesday. On Wednesday when I realized it hadn't been delivered, I logged on to the UPS tracking site, where it said that the box had nothing in it and had been thrown away and that UPS had informed the shipper. I called Rejuvenation customer service, where they confirmed what I had already told them and explained to me that it must have been stolen after they shipped it. A cafe rod? Really? The customer service agent offered to replace it or refund our money but said because it's one of their most popular items and "it's custom made" that it would likely be another 2+ months for delivery. I asked for a refund to our cc (which we still haven't received), got online and ordered from another vendor and it arrived within the week. To be clear, this is a tubular piece of steel in 3/8" thickness that they simply cut to a customer's specs. They're not forging the steel by any means. It does NOT take almost 3 months to deliver that service. Read the other reviews. The parent company of Rejuvenation, Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn, West Elm, etc needs to do better. read more

Geez this company has gone downhill. I ordered a cabinet with shelves and drawers, chose the available listed hardware and waited. Delivery a month later...no hardware on the drawers and no holes drilled. I couldn't have installed any drawer pulls without doing my own drilling even if the hardware had been included separately. Returned the item and called customer support. Was given assurance that this was a real anomaly. Reordered the same item with guarantee that wouldn't happen again. I have spent $10,335.74 at Rejuvenation since October and I'd say each and every one of those dollars has produced a headache for me. Some things were just unlucky accidents that happen and others very much due to poor customer service. I cannot, in good faith, recommend Rejuvenation. At the price points they have, you can find equally good products in Portland and elsewhere. I experienced polite people returning emails or answering my calls, they just haven't produced results. I was finally was able to schedule my own delivery with the service they use, this was something Rejuvenation could have done weeks ago to resolve my issue. Rejuvenation eventually said it's an issue with COVID. Their delivery service, Ryder, told me today that they were just waiting on a separate order of mine - from a different company! I was also informed that at any time I could have asked to have a delivery of items made - no answer from Rejuvenation on why this wasn't asked for. This was not a COVID issue, this was a lack of follow-through and misinformation on behalf of Rejuvenation. Had I been told to contact the delivery people I could have had a bed weeks ago, a coffee table two months ago. As I said, people have been polite and seem like they want to help, they just don't. I was also told that I'd be called back and was not. I think you may fair better in-store but beware if you have to have something shipped. I called to ask for a shipping refund (they're offering free shipping on lighting on their website), and I got shuffled around until they told me that I was out of luck because I had already paid for shipping. I returned the other 2 in May 2020 (before the 30-day return window) and have STILL not been fully refunded for my items. I have called customer service multiple times and each time they confirm that I am still owed over $200 for the rest of my refund (they say how sorry they are), and explain that it was an error on their end when scanning in the returned items that did not trigger the rest of the refund. Every time I call I am assured the refund will go through the next week, and that individual promises to call me back to confirm. Nobody has called me back. My refund has not shown up. Unprofessional, unethical, incompetent, and a total waste of time and money. My first experience with Rejuvenation left me frequently asking, "Is this the most elaborate scam of all time? Does Williams Sonoma have any idea the kind of dumpster fire they've attached their brand to with Rejuvenation?" This story is much longer than this post, but I feel an obligation to at least summarize and warn others about this company and its employees. I ordered hardware from the Rejuvenation store in Manhattan in May, and received it about 6 weeks later. The hardware was in stock at the store, and I was told that the store would get a commission if I ordered it through an employee rather than online. I wish I had ordered online. Instead, I called and an employee, Michael Holmes, while initially friendly, placed me on hold intermittently for over an hour while he located 18 pieces of hardware. He said many of the packages were ripped open but it wasn't a big deal and that the order would arrive in 2 days. I never received an email confirmation, receipt, or tracking number. Days passed, and I reached out to Michael Holmes to inquire about the package and to get the receipt. Numerous requests were made for this and eventually in response, Michael Holmes personally texted my cell with a grainy photo of a print out on a desk inside the store, and a picture of the computer screen with my tracking number. I again asked for an email invoice, which he insisted he provided with those photos. When the package didn't arrive, I was concerned it was stolen (which is common in NYC). I, once again, reached out to Michael and was told another package would be sent, but was not given an invoice or tracking number. After a week went by without hearing from Rejuvenation, I contacted UPS to report the possible stolen package. UPS informed me that Rejuvenation did not put my name on the package even though the package was sent to a business, not my personal address, which Michael Holmes knew. I immediately informed him that I reported the missing package to UPS, and he indicated it was not a problem and that the replacement would be to me within 2-3 days. After a few days went by without hearing anything and not receiving a package, I again asked for a receipt, a tracking number, and whether the package was coming when promised. In response Michael Holmes texted me after 10 pm the text I attached in the photo. I realize this is just hardware, but after three weeks of getting the runaround, texted on my personal phone late at night, and being repeatedly dismissed after requesting something so basic as a receipt and tracking number for a purchase from a major company, for this employee to then say that I am to blame for not receiving my package because I filed a claim, when he never even put my name on the address, is just ridiculous. He never told me not to report this to UPS, and even if he did, I have an obligation to report a potential crime, regardless of what Rejuvenation says. I did eventually get the hardware after getting the main company's management team involved, but it never should have come to that. I don't think anyone was held accountable for this, and the company just keeps on jerking people around it seems based on these reviews. Do not use them, no matter how shiny the objects appear. I love coming here, employees are great, but they should really consider having smaller items that they don't have in the store be able to be shipped to the store for free pick up. They will offer to buy it for me at the store like they're doing me a favor, but there's still a $20 or $30 shipping fee so you can just do it online yourself easier with auto-fill. I'd understand if it was a big item, but usually the things I buy are not that large. I would easily spend more money here if they did an in free in-store pick up. read more

It's now been six months and my calls to customer service have each received a different answer. 1) Your items will be shipped 12/21 2) It's confirmed your items will be shipped 12/21 3) 12.28 - your items are in the warehouse and we will get them shipped 4) 12.29 - nope your items aren't at shipper or at our warehouse. We don't know where they are Each time the customer service rep states they will get back with a more accurate status and I have NEVER received a phone call. If you can, avoid purchasing from them.
