    it's just glued on and has actually separated after just a few months of use

    This place is seriously garbage, they sold me a $160 adela teak hook rack that literally came unglued within a few months of using it (it's a towel rack). I called customer service and after waiting for 20 min I finally got a hold of their customer service and the guy was talking to me on his cell phone? It took another 40 minutes for the back and forth because his service was echoing so terribly only for him to lie and say they would send me the replacement and I could send it back once I received the replacement. Fast forward a month later and Rejuvenation STILL hasn't shipped it to me because they're waiting for me to send the defective item I paid for. That's ridiculous, they could easily have sent me the replacement item and I could have returned the defective one in the box the replacement came in. I shouldn't be expected to find/purchase a box to then go to fedex to ship/return a defective item when I'm really not confident they'll even replace it at this point. This is pathetic and money-grubby and I will never support a Williams Sonoma company again. If you're charging your customer's a premium, then you should provide premium customer service and not give them the run-around. Unbelievable.

    This store gives me mixed feelings. I have spent a lot of money on the products but somehow I feel like they don't care if I do or don't shop there. The sales team will ask if you need help and walk you through the choices if you want. However, on the other hand the sales team will allow you to walk through the store and not bother you. Sort of 6 in one hand and half dozen in the other. When I made my last purchase it seemed like the sales lady was helpful to the point the sale was completed. When I arrived to pick up the lights, it was carry it yourself to the car. I know they have people on staff to help load but the sales lady didn't offer, matter of fact she stated there's your stuff and walked away. We will not purchase from her again if we return. The quality of the Salem lights is a little disappointing. The reason for the purchase was to purchase locally manufactured items, these were partially manufactured in Portland which was best we could do with the style we wanted. These are one noche up from made in China however the pricing is several noches up. The mirror is heavy. Make sure you follow the hanging instructions and please try to find a stud when hanging it. I'm very happy with it. Again, it's pricey so I expect good quality. This mirror fit the bill of quality and style. Overall, of my several trips to the store the last one was the worse. It all depends on the staff from day to day, which isn't how a business should be managed.

    This company's customer service is appalling!! In March of last year (2019), I bought 5 wall sconces (Graydon Double Wall Sconce) to go in our master bathroom. It came to over $1,800. Last month, I broke one of the two glass shades that come on each light. When I contacted customer service, they first told me I would have to purchase the ENTIRE wall sconce to get the replacement shade.... a price of $343. Then, after contacting the Customer Service dept. again, saying I must have misunderstood their representative, that surely I don't have to purchase the ENTIRE wall sconce, they changed their story to say they no longer carry this item at all! I had only purchased these 5 lights over a year ago! The man in the C/S dept. did say they could sell me a new sconce (that would not match the other 4) for a 30% discount. How gracious of them. I since found the same wall sconce at Lighting New York, and bought ONE replacement glass shade for approximately $40. Never will I purchase ANYTHING again from Rejuvenation after this experience!!

    Very cheap products. Light fixture with no ground that scratches easily and sooooo overpriced. Read the reviews... they're for real.

Really, I see two use cases for the store: 1. If something breaks in your old house, you can bring it in to show to them and see if they have a replacement. 2. If you have time to kill and want to get lost, you can wander around their giant maze of a store, looking at stuff. I'm not sure the store is organized enough to be useful for large projects. For example, if you wanted to get a full set of cabinet knobs, or multiple windows, you may or may not be able to find matching ones of them all. But if you want one of each to replace your current ones, sure! That said, staff has always been great. They do their best to help and know the store better than anyone. So if you're looking for something specific, it's worth it to ask. You can email in with pictures and they can look around for you. They accept returns for two weeks which is great because sometimes, no matter how many times you measured, what you got doesn't fit. Some of the descriptions on their website that really ring true: "we are mostly just a wacky junk store" "it may take many days to take a good rummage around" "we offer assorted collectibles, trinkets, whatnots, and whoziwhatsits" And be sure to look out for hippos of all kinds distributed through the store! The customer service and cashier argued back and forth about whether or not I even placed the order or was at the right store. I confirmed the information through the cashier while he was quite literally hacking up a lung. I can only assume how condescending the customer service people were with how the cashier was also sour to me. Eventually someone else came up to take the line and told me I could go back and they'd fulfill my order. Dumb and dummer were trying to redirect me to purchase a different bag of salt even though I'd already paid for what I wasn't getting. The system ace hardware was pretty stupid and this review isn't about how they couldn't fulfill my order, I don't blame the customer service people for the mix up because that was out of their control. When folks say it is cheaper at the big box corporations ~ for the most part everything needed is usually found here and a closer drive. The local neighborhood community relationship is what keeps us coming back here. Something different when the staff call you by name and say see ya next time. This place gives better service than most restaurants and do not expect a tip!
