I was looking to do an oil change and also to have my car oil filter changed. My mom suggested that I come here since we used to come to Brian's Auto all the time for car repairs. I came this past Monday, around 8:15 am. After I pulled my car in and parked, I was greeted by AC. After telling him what I was here for, he asked me if I was going to wait here for my car and I said I was. I just ended up sitting in the waiting room (I brought a book to read), which was a nice area. AC did take out my air filter and cabin filter to show me how dirty it was and asked if I wanted him to replace it. I ended up declining the offer (because my husband ended up doing this for me. We also ended up going to the dealership to purchase a cabin filter and also purchased the air filter on Amazon). Anyway, in a little less than 1 hour, I had my oil change done and oil filter replaced. The cost was going to be either $76 via credit card, but not including a 3% transaction fee or $70 cash. I ended up paying cash. The price itself is okay but maybe a little on the higher side, as compared to perhaps another auto shop but definitely much cheaper than going to the dealer. This level of honesty has continued; during a later visit, they even advised that while my brake pads would eventually need replacing, I still had time left on them.
