William and his coworker were very considerate with picking up our single piece of furniture, delivering it from the vendor to our home. They arrived at the vendor's early and the vendor released the furniture early thereby delivering it early. They were very careful with the furniture and our walls. Since we had two hours, they offered to shift our other furniture around. They asked if there was anything else they could help us with. And when we said yes, they joyfully moved another piece of furniture from my mom's house which was next door to our house. All that with 15 minutes to spare. They did an excellent service for us. just where should I began? Jacob and his team were awesome! They had me loaded and & unloaded in 4 hours (5 rooms). They took special care of my items (wrapping and taping) and the whole team deserve a BRAVO! They hit the ground running and evey one pulled their weight. Worst experience ever! I was told on the phone clock starts when the first piece of furniture is picked up, however when they arrived I was told it started when they arrived. After this the two guys were there to get 5 pieces of furniture and walked around with absolutely no sense of urgency. One guy is having to walk the other guy through how to hold the couch to get it into the truck ( it seriously not that hard and if I had a truck I would have done it myself) Oh and not to mention I was told they would be there between 9:30-10 and they would call when they were on the way. Well finally at 10:15 I called and asked what was going on and was told they were 20 minutes out (still didn't arrive until 10:50 so more than 20 minutes for sure) I called to express my concerns and frustrations with the owner and was told I would be called back no call back so I had to call again to get a call back, which pretty much seemed as if I was bothering him when I'm the one inconvenienced in this whole situation. Do I receive an "I'm sorry about not calling you back or I'm sorry for the service you received" no I was told well I have 25 years experience and it seems everything was fine. Should definitely not be named reliable movers and I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN read more

I used these movers on 4/4/14 and have never had such a bad experience in my life. They showed up 45 mins late, didn't apologize. They had the time already filled out as a start time and they hadn't even started, so I had to argue that. So much for "2 men and a truck". One man worked while the other one just waited at the truck and slide stuff around. If I hadn't helped, I would have been billed for a lot longer. They took breaks and didn't take that off their time. They damaged items and their company still hasn't returned calls to get it replaced/fixed. This place is the worst and I have placed notices with apartments, social media, and our company referral employee area to let others know of the bad service. read more

I have moved several times in my lifetime and I have never had any damage occur to my personal belongings like this company damaged my belongings! The movers were nice and fast; however, I ended up with more than 5 items damaged, including my large plasma television and a tear to my leather sofa! The movers then left behind several items at my previous home, which is hours away from where I moved!! UGH!!!! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. Do yourself a favor and choose a major moving company like a Mayflower mover....using a small company to make a move across the state did not work out for me!! read more

Beware. This is the worst movers I have ever been associated with, and I've moved around a lot. They were so bad that the credit card company I used to pay for their services refunded my money. And I tried talking with them directly to no avail. They damaged almost everything they moved for me, and all they did was take things from a storage unit and pack them onto a truck. Men arguing who was going to take furniture upstairs; refrigerator dinged up, plants demolished, asked for tip for each individual, and when asked about the damage to my furniture and refrigerator, the man in charge said if we complained it will come out of their paycheck. The men unprofessional and did not protect my possessions as they should have. The men were weak and whiney. I wanted strong, powerful men who took pride in their work. We LOVED THEM!!! We had 4 guys and 2 trucks and were able it get a 2700 sq ft house done in less then 5 hours. THEY WERE AWESOME!!! They were quick, efficient, professional, and hard working. We had to force them to take a 30 minute lunch break. Drew was a "beast" he moved all kinds of REALLY heavy stuff all my himself!!! Brandon was very professional and on the ball. Trevor (with allergy attack and all) kept working hard and helped take things apart that we did not expect (like refrigerator door not fitting through our door)! Anthony was steady and consistent and never stopped moving. These guys were very impressive and they showed up 30 minutes early, which we were THRILLED ABOUT!! We just needed help moving 6 pieces of furniture around our house and couldn't find anyone. We were furniture shopping on Monday night and they had people moving stuff so we asked who they used and they told us this company. I called Randy right then and he said 90/hour. We have been moving quite a bit lately and usually paid 45/hour, but needed it asap, so I agreed, thinking it wouldn't even take them an hour. They showed up unprepared with no straps, dollies or back braces and finished in 33 minutes and called Randy for the total. He said 2 hour minimum is 180. I was flabbergasted! He never mentioned a minimum to me and I even told him an hour or two tops. Needless to say, I did not tip them (they were not careful or professional, just seemed like hired laborers, NOT movers. I am usually very big on tipping, but I just couldn't give it to these guys). I would go with another company in town that will be upfront about their rates and workers. Or a company that is a real moving company. read more
