He made us pay him in full, said that he would come back anytime to cut the weeds if it grew more than 4" (as required by the city). A few months later, he came back only because we needed to get our palm trees cleaned. After he took our money, we asked him about the weeds that were growing more than 4". He then proceeded to half-spray some weed killer, and said he would be back that week to finish the job. We told him that we were trying to sell the house and that we would need everything nice and clean. He said no problem and took off. Since then, we've tried calling numerous times and he would never answer his phone. He just sends us straight to voicemail now. One star, because he completely left us hanging! He only cared about taking our money upfront.

It started as a job for my neighbors, as there was a huge dead pine on the property line that hung over our side as well. They came out the next morning, which didnt allow me to move anything from underneath it. They were prepared and said they would handle it and we found a great solutions. They were incredibly fast and efficient. They cleaned up well and made sure everyone was happy. Then they ended up trimming my palm trees. We made a deal for the 2 tallest ones and he said it'd be about 20 minutes. By the time I went to the bank, he was climbing down and had cleaned up all of them.
