I called ~8 different places to get a quote and specifically said it's a length alteration for a chiffon bridesmaid dress with two layers. The range of prices I got quoted was $50-80. When I called here, they told me it starts at $19 but can go up to the $40s. With that info, i brought my dress here since it was the best price - even though this place was a bit far from my house. The customer service was excellent, dress was altered within a week, alteration was perfect. However, when I went to pay, the total was $86. I was a bit taken a back since the price was extremely different from what I was quoted. When I brought that up, the girl working was apologetic and let me know she will pass this info off to the owner. Tony called me back the next day to apologize for the misinformation and made it right by refunding me a portion of the cost. I really appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and understanding.

We didn't realize until days later that the sash was damaged. I called the cleaners to let her know but she acted surprised and said she was not aware of the damage. She did offer to fix the sash but at that point we no longer trusted her. This was a very disappointing experience.

When I asked the lady to check the pricing I paid last time, she tells me dismissively that I never brought it in. I know I have never gone anywhere else. But she was so dismissive that their system is so top notch, it would never be wrong. I was pretty upset about the price change and being so dismissive. I'll never come here again. I will need to find a new local cleaner.

So who knows if my pants are ever going to be found. She claimed I only took one pant to get hemmed however, the ticket shows (copy original on waist and length). And she was very hesitant to try and help me and kept insisting that there was only one piece so my answer to that was (how can you copy an original on length and waist size if there is nothing attached?) it clearly says, copy original. If you are planning to come here, make sure people are doing their job properly because it seams like they are careless. For one, the guy at the front desk really should have put two pants. He should have been more detailed but it seams like he was in a rush. If you guys don't want your clothes lost, I suggest not to come here. This post will not come down unless this is resolved. I basically have to wait until August 27th to know if they are going to reimburse me or even return my pants. I asked her if she could check her video camera and that she would check. It was already around 10:30 PM when we started searching for a laundromat that was open late. We found Arrow Coin Laundry, loaded up the car, and got there a little after 11:00 PM. Unfortunately, the doors had already been locked, and we thought we were out of luck. Then Maria, the manager, came out, listened to our situation, and was kind enough to let us in since we only needed to dry our clothes. Thanks to her kindness, we were able to get everything dried instead of waking up to moldy, smelly clothes the next morning. On top of that, the laundromat was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and all the machines we used worked great. It's obvious the staff takes pride in keeping the place in excellent condition. A huge thank you to Maria for going above and beyond. Great customer service like that is hard to find these days. If you ever need a clean, reliable laundromat with people who genuinely care, this is the place to go. Highly recommended! Day creek has been my regular dry cleaner for over 2 years- and with good reason! They do a fantastic job with both cleaning and tailoring. I had to chase for answers and still received no resolution. It's extremely frustrating to trust a business with your clothing only for it to go missing, and then to feel like they don't care enough to follow up. At this point, it seems they've lost my item and haven't taken responsibility. I would strongly caution anyone considering this place -- if you value your clothing and your time, look elsewhere.

Both boots look amazing, they cleaned them, fixed the broken heels and soles, added new zippers. They're so sturdy and I missed them so so so much!!! All around beyond satisfied. Workers were very kind, services were exceptional. It was $91 to get 2 pairs of boots fixed, 1 pair of fabric pants hemmed, and 1 coat, 1 sweater, 1 tie, and 1 dress dry cleaned. I knew I didn't need to buy new boots or throw them away when I could get two pairs fixed for less than/roughly the same amount as getting one new pair and I am so happy!!!! If you can't tell they were/are some of my favorite boots :)
