I used to have issues with water bugs, spiders and rodents but Reliance Pest has taken care of our issues. We have been using Reliance Pest for over ten years and have very few issues with any of these pests. No service will be absolute because Virginia is humid and prone to pests. But now when I see a water bug, they are dead or dying and rodents are a thing of the past. Our technician is very knowledgeable and is willing to explain their procedures. Reliance also has updated their formulas and procedures to better serve their customers. This company did our termite inspection when we bought our home and gave us a coupon for complimentary extermination to be used within 30 days of moving in. So, we redeemed our coupon. I was very disappointed with the extermination. The guy who came out said that he exterminated the outside of our home and that there was no need to exterminate inside. I really don't think he did anything since it was "complimentary" because within a month of being exterminated, we started noticing roaches and ants in our home. We ended up calling another company who did a great job for us. It's too bad...reliance could have had my business. read more

The inspector that came to my home, Leo with over 20 years experience in the field was honest, nice, took his time explaining everything to me and thorough (he was awesome). His colleague Doug has over 25 years in the field too was super nice, honest, and also knew his stuff. All of the staff I came into contact with to include the owner Wayne stood behind the work and reputation of the company. I have definitely dealt with other companies in this field that were rip-offs that tried to take advantage of me. Reliance won't say something needs to be done if it doesn't need to be done. A friend suggested Reliance and wow are they good. They are very affordable, professional, and timely. They do what they say when they say it. I now use them for my house and my 7 rentals on a quarterly basis for rodent and insect control and inspection. Not expensive at all.
