When researching various property management companies, Good Life's approach was the most straightforward and transparent with no long term commitments. After speaking with them multiple times with various questions, I was left with a feeling of assurance that I was in good hands. Being a first time landlord, I have no experience in knowing how to screen tenants, knowing the rules, etc., especially when my background is not in the real estate and rental business. Having a busy work schedule also means that I won't likely be able to attend to the tenant's needs in a timely manner. This is where Good Life fills in the gaps for me. The team at Good Life during the onboarding process has been super helpful and efficient in getting the property ready, whereas it would've taken me ages in trying to do it myself. I was assigned Andrei as my property manager and it's been a great start. He has been open, transparent, professional, and great to work with since the start. I recently had an online shopping shipment mis-delivered to my rental property, to which Andrei was instrumental in helping to coordinate the handoff between the tenant and me. Even though Andrei is my primary contact, I can see that they have great teamwork. On one weekend, I had a question to which I received an out-of-office note from him. But rest assured, another team member stepped in that day during his time off to help with my question. Good Life also has a great online portal for me to see all the documents and tax information. Their services have impressed me since the beginning, and I look forward to a great relationship moving forward. Keep up the great work, Good Life! I highly recommend them!

If there are issues or updates, they email, text, and/or send info via owner web portal. Savannah has been our point of contact at Good Life. She is the best! Very friendly and always follows up with our questions/requests. We've had a few repairs that our tenants needed. Chi (Maintenance coordinator) handled them smoothly and kept me informed. Again, great communication. Love the financial summary (and receipt) at end of year for our tax accountant. Documents are nicely arranged on the owner web portal. Love it. And...always like Steve's informative emails and YT videos on regulations and tips.

I have been extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by this HOA management…read morecompany. There is no user-friendly online portal that clearly shows account balances, monthly dues, special assessments, payment history, or outstanding amounts owed. This makes it unnecessarily difficult for homeowners, especially elderly residents, to manage their accounts accurately. My elderly aunt, who has mild dementia, has been trying to keep up with her HOA obligations but unfortunately missed some payments due to the lack of clear account information. When I contacted the company to understand what was owed and help resolve the account, I was met with very little patience, empathy, or willingness to explain the charges. Simple questions regarding the difference between regular monthly dues and special assessments were not clearly answered. An HOA management company should recognize that not all residents are financially savvy or technologically proficient, and some may have age-related challenges. A little compassion and clear communication would go a long way. Instead, the experience felt frustrating, confusing, and dismissive. I strongly encourage the company to improve its customer service training, provide a transparent online payment portal, and make a greater effort to assist elderly homeowners who are simply trying to understand and meet their obligations.

This company is supposed to be managing the condo development that I have lived at for five years…read more There are 230 units across 23 buildings and the place has become a dump ever since they took over management. The landscaping is quickly becoming a dirt lot. We pay over $5,000 a month for "security". That's a guy who drives by the property and thru the lot once a day, no boots on the ground. What a joke. My car has been vandalized and broken into twice. The kids run around in a gang of 10-15 and hang out right outside my living room windows all hours, screaming and throwing their trash right where they stand. They vandalize the property, the pool areas and anything else they find in tact. I have to stay in my bedroom with doors and windows closed to get any peace and quiet until 9-10pm when they finally go back to wherever their units are located.
