This place has gone completely downhill since the remodel and menu change -- what used to be a favorite is now a major disappointment. The service was downright rude; the server made us feel like an inconvenience just for being there, and we had to wave someone down just to be acknowledged. It has been awhile since we have had a meal at Cafe Sole'. In the past it was a favorite for drinks and a late lunch. On a recent Friday evening we had a very enjoyable experience here with another couple. We were greeted by a smiling wait staff and a very congenial owner/manager. The day's specials were explained in detail, the scallops and sole franchisee were a big hit, my wife thoroughly enjoyed her Black Cod in meso sauce. My dish of Portuguese octopus and shrimp over arugula was very yummy even if just a tad light on the octopus. Our meal concluded with a generous pair of complimentary deserts for sharing. Cafe Sole' has a summer special that runs Monday through Thursday (our visit was a Friday). We shall return. Next visit we will try the seasonal special! read more

Made me cry and my kids weren't stop talking about the "mean man". So disappointing. We were treated like we were hoodlums because I moved a table together to accommodate my party of 6. We went there around 5 pm on a Saturday with our four kids. The restaurant was fairly empty. We had come from the beach and had two jet lagged kids so we figured we would spare the restaurant from us and sit outside where no one else was sitting. When we asked to do that the waitress or host seemed overwhelmed, rolled her eyes and said it would be a couple minutes. My friend and I figured since she seemed bothered that we would move the lightweight tables for her and hopefully spare her the headache. She came out and said she would move them so we stopped. Then a late middle aged male came out and screamed at us in front of our kids and told us to leave and that we belonged at the McDonald's down the street. Now that im reading some other reviews here, the owner Moti responded to another negative comment on here saying that person is white trash and belongs at McDonalds so it very well have been the owner. I'm not sure what this guys problem is, our 4-7 year old kids were afraid of walking by next door after we ate somewhere else because they didn't want to see the "mean man" again. I'm very conflict adverse and have honestly never had anything close to this type of experience in my life. It was very easily the meanest anyone's ever been to me ever (above doesn't begin to explain it). I agree with the yelp review below that this place seems bothered by having customers unless maybe you're a regular (I had gotten that sense once before). Miss our old faves. Also the bartender was basically just hanging out with their friend on the other side of the bar so we were pretty much ignored. Took a while after sitting down to get our orders in because he was just chatting up his friend. Someone said that was the owner but why would the owner treat customers like that? It's truly unfortunate when a business owner responds to constructive customer criticism with hostility and derogatory remarks. In this case, being referred to as "white trash" simply for offering feedback on how the restaurant might improve is completely unacceptable. The experience itself wasn't terrible, but the owner's demeanor and treatment of patrons reveal a troubling pattern of disrespect--marked by narcissistic behavior and racially charged language. Alarming still is the fact that these remarks are made publicly and only edited after the realization that others can see them. One must wonder why any Caucasian customer would feel welcome in an establishment where such slurs are casually thrown around. Let this be a reminder: never judge a book by its cover. Cafe Sole used to be our go to for wraps, when we lived in the area, so we decided to swing in for lunch while our daughter was at a local camp. I understand businesses change to try to better themselves, but I would never correlate cafe sole and white table linens. So to swing in for a wrap to have on the beach, the vibe was all wrong. My husband and I each got different wraps, mine was incorrect so I had to go back and have them make what I originally ordered, but in the end, they were enjoyable. I do feel two wraps served with a bag of ruffles should not total $32, but I guess that's another thing we can blame on inflation. I do not see myself returning. read more

The server told me she would see and try what she can do for me and went to talk to the owner. We saw how rude he was to her. When she came back to the table she told us that she is sorry but that they are not able to switch side out but I can just order an extra side for $10! I have never been to a restaurant especially a nicer wanna be upscale restaurant that would not accommodate to food allergies! We decided to try this place on Christmas Eve. The staff is wonderful and work together to create a great experience. They had a deal that if you bought a dinner special you got 1/2 off on select bottles of wine. It was a great deal which we took advantage of. I ordered the Veal dish which was pounded very thin and it was burnt on one side. The owner came over and said he suggested something else because it would probably come out the same way. I then ordered the eggplant parm which was good. My hubby got the short rib special and he loved it. Others enjoyed a pizza and a fish dish. We were comped 2 desserts for the dinner issue which was very nice. I would love to come back and support this business. read more

We were visiting a near by beach and decided to go into this place for a late lunch. We called ahead as the party was on the larger side and most of us wanted lobster rolls. Well the ambiance was good. Looks like a nice Italian place on the inside. The service was great, the servers were really nice. The food was terrible. The lobster roll had imitation crab in the mix and had no flavor. Someone got a burger and it ended up being really soggy. The French onion soup was ok and probably the best were their fries. The food was on the pricier side and maybe they are known for their other meals but not what we had chosen. read more

Cafe Sole has started offering breakfast, and though I have yet to eat it I did peruse the menu. I absolutely love that they offer an eggs Benedict with zoodles (rather than an English muffin) for those of us watching our carbs. I have not seen that anywhere. On my recent lunch visit, the owner made our bar drinks himself and was extremely cordial, talking with us about upcoming menu additions and changes. My friend and I sat outside and shared a wonderful garlic bread with house-made ricotta, and one of the soups of that day, a lentil split pea. Delicious. Cafe Sole in Jupiter is a very good choice for dinner. The menu has many different choices, and the food is all made fresh. I had the garbanzo bean soup and the Greek Pasta dish. I just had an interesting interaction at this establishment. I ordered a side of rice and beans, a sole salad with extra chicken and no croutons (as I have a gluten allergy). I have NEVER had an issue with take out here. I got my order and there were croutons and blue cheese dressing. No biggie, I'll remove the croutons. I drove back to ask for the balsamic dressing and was told, "This is normally 75 cents, but I'll give it to you today and then CHARGE YOU FOR IT NEXT TIME". Charge me for it NEXT TIME? If a customer comes back into your establishment to ask for something, shouldn't you ask if you made a MISTAKE? I told her there was no balsamic dressing and she proceeds to tell me it was in there. Ma'am you gave me blue cheese dressing. How are you going to mess up my order and then try to charge me for it and ALSO tell me I'm lying? I know the customer isn't always right but it's a 75 cent salad dressing. DONT act like it's coming out of your paycheck. I also asked for silverware and she proceeds to tell me it's in the box. Such a great little local spot. Came in for lunch on a whim after driving over from the other coast for my bachelorette trip. My mom and I got lunch, (not pictured because it was so delicious we forgot to take a photo) we had the lobster roll, and the Caribbean chicken wrap! Amazing! While we were there Mo the owner came over and asked how it was, and we told him it was wonderful! He invited us to come for dinner while we were in town for my trip, so we booked a 6pm reservation for Friday! When we arrived they treated us so nicely, and Mo greeted us with a lovely glass of Prosecco for me and all of my girls. We were also treated to dessert! I love a good story. Twenty something years ago Cafe Sole opened in West Palm Beach a few blocks from us. We loved the place and the owners. Times changed and the moved to a new location in Juno Beach. We returned a couple times but it was a bit far so stopped going. Last night my wife said let's go for dinner. We were welcomed by the new owner. WOW what a transformation. Full menu and a full bar. The place is no longer like a quick bite luncheonette. He was great and explained the transformation. I loved the menu and the service was great. Can't go five stars as my seafood paella slightly missed the mark. My caeser salad was very good and my wife's shrimp tacos also good. I loved the variety on the menu and can't wait to return. read more

DO NOT GO HERE About 2 years ago I went here with my family, I used to go here every Sunday for lunch and it became a tradition in our family, but one day we sat outside and moved 2 tables together because we had a lot of people, the owner quickly runs outside and starts yelling at us and kicked us out. (Mind you, this restaurant is not fancy and they had put all 5 of my family members at a small square table) everyone outside who saw it was SHOCKED. Spent time with one of my besties today and she is also a restaurant owner in Jupiter (Romeo & Juliette's). We had a late #christmasbrunch (2020) and caught up. The food was amazing. We had the pancakes with berries for our appetizer. She had the maple syrup and butter and I had the whipped cream and berries. We both had the same egg white omelet with spinach, tomatoes, onions and provolone cheese with avocado on top (and they did not skimp on that) for the main course! For a nice touch, the owner, Moti (short for "motivation") was our server. We liked how he was in the trenches with the rest of his crew! They have lots of vegetarian options. Hopefully, I can coax the owner into ordering some vegan cheeses too. :) I will be a repeat offender. xo read more

Excellent little spot in Juno Beach! So glad we stopped in. Food was tasty and fresh with some international choices that we tried and were very good. Service and friendliness were very much appreciated. They are welcoming and all the staff were focused on really putting in a lot of effort into making our dining experience pleasing. We will be back and put this gem on our frequent "go to" place. A special note to the owners: I would recommend placing a neon "Open" light in the front window because we almost didn't park and go in because it looked dark from the outside and thought you were closed. First off, these are the best pancakes in town and the owner, Moe, is the best host. We come here at least every other week for the buttermilk pancakes. There is a great combo with an omelette or scrambled eggs and home fries with bacon or sausage. You can also add bottomless mimosas! I also am obsessed with their hummus, pizza and Philly cheese steak. My husband loves the burger. I found the short rib to be a game changer. The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere, the staff and owner are super friendly and the food has always been really good. In fact, the dinner experience was so good this past Friday, our group decided to come back for dinner again the following night. All of all entrees and deserts were perfect!
