They took the door apart, welded a plate inside to reinforce the area and repainted so it all looked like new. This was a non insurance repair that I paid for myself. But in August the crack reopened. I contacted Jeff and, without any hassle, he arranged to redo the repair at no charge. They did it in one day and it again looks like new. All the previous repaired and repainted areas also still look like new. I couldn't be more pleased with each and every one of my interactions and experiences with this business. Highly recommended!

This is the worst body shop in Illinois! I had a bumper issue (it has a few fasteners come out and…read moreit was dragging a bit) and asked them to detach it for me so I could reattach it later. The woman (Kathleen, who is absolutely awful) took the part off and snapped it in half and put it in my trunk like garbage, even though I specifically asked them to get the part back to me so I could reattach it. I asked for a refund for the $72 (1 hour of labor for 15 minutes of work) and she refused and lectured me on the phone for 10 minutes arguing with me. If they hadn't snapped it in half, I would've been able to spend $20 and reattach the bumper. However, now I have to spend $180 on the part and I'm already out $72 that they refuse to refund me. Go to Glenbard Auto Body in Lombard if you have time to drive a bit further!!! Don't waste your time or money here with these unprofessional people.

We picked it up yesterday, you can imagine my wife's excitement getting back her vehicle that she loves. The outside of the vehicle was perfect. We did not catch it right away as we were both happy, but on the way home we noticed that the passenger side's interior roof was all greasy - see the pictures. Not to mention a 1/2 eaten candy bar was left in one of the cup holders. My wife contacted them this morning & was very pleasant, when explained the situation to the rep, first there was silence & then the response was "So?" Not "I'm sorry to hear about this" or "How can we help?" or anything anyone that works with a customer would say. They told us the best they could do was for us to drop the vehicle off & it would take 1/2 a day as it has to go to the Detail Shop. She asked if she could drop it off on Friday & was told we are too busy on Fridays - Really? I work in the Customer Service world where I work with our clients in the automotive industry on a daily basis. If I responded to someone the way my wife was, my Supervisor would reprimand me for sure. Needless to say, we are not using this shop again, as we have never been treated so rudely by anyone. If you don't mind horrific customer service & don't mine being treated like shit, go there. Otherwise, seek elsewhere.

I looked up Miromax for PDR and figured I would trust them to fix my baby. Miroslav and his wife were excellent to deal with and everything was explained as to what needed to be done to restore it to new condition. I had several over-sized dents and two that were creased right on edges (which is hard to fix) being so close to the edge. I picked up my truck three days later and it looked like it did when I drove off the dealers lot! Miromax is truly an outstanding shop that was clean, organized, knowledgeable and trustworthy.
