I tried to call the office on 6/24/2026 to ask if we can cancel our paid membership and start using the free membership. After my second call, Jody called back and told me that there's no record on the paper that says about the free membership. I contacted Quency to see if he can let the office know about the free membership. He said he left a note to the office. But I have never got a call back since then even after my 3rd call on 6/29/2026. So I called for the fourth time today 7/14/2026, hopefully it is the last time.

He said 1 1/2 to 2 hours. So that's $850 per hour. They want to fix my furnace. I told him to take a hike and I'll find somebody else to do it for less. These people are crooks.
