His steak was a little fibrous, not a great cut, and certainly not similar to steak frites that I've had in France! I had the recommended red wine, and it was fine. As we did in 2017, we also climbed Devils Tower. And we built up an appetite. Driving in we saw the sign "Best Bison Burgers..." and that sounded good... shortly after climbing, we were welcomed by Jonah and seated and ordering. We had worked up an appetite... about 15 minutes later the three of us had enjoyed 5 bison cheeseburgers, with house made chips, and extra pickles.
