The store has whole areas empty. I go in every Saturday morning and they are doing remodeling and updating. You have to hunt for the items you are looking for. If you ask for help the workers are just as confused as to where everything is. Not only have they moved the products - they have redefined what product belongs where. In example, the Rice a Roni is in a different row than the Noodle Roni where they used to be together. They have also removed the fish and deli counters and replaced them with all pre-packaged products. There are no longer small sizes of the deli items like Cole slaw and potato salad. You can no longer get thicker cuts of the deli meats. Once it is all done I am hoping it will be better but with the removal of the fish and deli counters it will never be as good as it once was.

Secondly, I would like to address the customer service experience. At the time of my visit, there appeared to be insufficient staffing, with only one chef and one cashier managing a high volume of customers. As a result: - There were approximately 20 customers waiting, and service was significantly delayed (around 20 minutes or more). - Several customers ahead of me were still waiting when a customer who ordered after me received her food first, despite placing a larger order. - My order was simple (four carne asada tacos and Mexican rice), yet it took longer than expected without clear communication. Additionally, I was informed that the grill was down, which contributed to the delay. While I understand that unexpected issues can occur, this was not communicated proactively, and there was no effort made to accommodate or compensate for the inconvenience.
