The same attention to detail and cleanliness is obvious in each treatment room. Each space is dedicated to one practitioner and is intimate not intimidating. The feeling is more bedroom than sterile treatment room. Gayleen and Christie are both amazing, they immediately make you feel relaxed and they are truly experts and patient focused. Go elsewhere! I purchased a package for laser hair removal with Dr. Shazia Hyder. She mentioned that I still had lots of hair even after 3 treatments (bikini, chin and neck). She decided to crank up the machine to get better results. I told her it was really painful, but she didn't listen. It hurt so bad I cried. I am not a newbie to laser hair removal and have never had such a terrible experience. She didn't apologize and if anything even seemed annoyed with me. So worth the splurge... Came here for mother/daughter massages and facials and just had to leave a rave review of this place. I was planning everything based off Yelp reviews on a Sunday and didn't expect to get a hold of anyone, but Rosina called me back pretty quickly and was able to answer all of my questions. The lobby area is so cute and very impressive (Brookside Facility). Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. We had Cosima (massage) and Hala (facial). Both of these ladies were super friendly and the massage was amazing and Oh the facial, now I'm so spoiled I can never go anywhere else. It's sooo worth the expense. We signed up for 6 micro-dermabrasions each and purchased skin products. I am on micro-dermabrasion 4 and I'm noticing improvements in my facial dark spots and improvement on my breakouts. Hala was able to give me a realistic expectations and I understand no miracles would happen but I can see benefits to my skin. SAVE YOUR MONEY I got a Groupon voucher for laser hair removal at this place because I've heard good things about it. But my experience wasn't the best. When the I went for a consultation I thought she knew what she was doing, but after 5 or 6 sessions I saw no difference in reduction whatsoever. It turns out this was a way to hustle people to spend more money there. I don't recommend going there therefore, I never will return in the future. All they do is cheat the clients into giving them money and keep their knowledge of hormones, will it work or not, and whether the person should or should not do it to themselves (if they have any). Just go where they people are honest to their clients and care for the patients' well being and how they will feel post treatment. read more

After a lengthy consultation on body scuplting I chose to do the ScupltSure procedure for $1600. I was told that within 4-8 weeks I could expect a 20% reduction of fat in each of the 2 areas that I paid to have worked on. Let me say, $1600 is a lot of money for me, which I made clear when meeting with the doctor. The SculptSure procedure was the most painful thing I've ever been through in my life. It was 34 minutes of feeling like someone was drilling into my bones. The worst part is there has been little to no difference at all in the areas that were treated and it's now been 7 weeks. Even at a 6 week follow up, the doctor agreed that there was no difference in one area and only a very small difference in the other. Their solution? Just keep waiting or pay to have more torturous sessions done. I feel like I have completely thrown $1600 down the toilet and there was no remorse or even an offer to have the torture repeated at a cheaper price. If anyone decides to do this - make sure to ask 'what if I get no results' because I'm sure kicking myself for not asking that now. read more

I don't really write reviews often, but I have to share my experience. First of all, if I could leave 100 starts, I would. I started coming here for laser hair removal after a friend recommended their service. I've had laser before and didn't see much results, so I was skeptical. I still remember my first visit in 2018. Dr. Hyder was very thorough, asked questions and even took pictures of my face to track progress. After the third visit I saw major results. I did a package of 6 medium sessions for my face and I was very pleased. After some time, I have returned and purchased another package of 6 medium sessions for my face. I recommend coming here. Be realistic about your expectations. It may be a little pricey, but it's worth it. The Dr is patient, knowledgeable and realistic, and a major bonus, she's super kind and gentle. The receptionist is ALWAYS so friendly and accommodating. I was able to call and leave a message regarding an appointment request in the evening and my call was returned in the morning and was able to schedule same day. If you're considering any of their services, do it. The office itself is clean and very serene. My last visit was about two weeks ago and they are taking the proper measures during this pandemic which makes me feel safe. Its so peaceful as you walk in. The front desk is welcoming. Im having an acne treatment done with Hala who is amazing at what she does. Ive had Micro dermabrasion treatments with her and now acne sessions. Shes very informative and explains how each step is done and what will happen/changes in your skin. Renaissance MD staff are rude and unhelpful. I had an appointment for laser hair removal. I have never had laser hair removal before. When I first made my appointment the staff never said to me that I needed to shave before my appointment. They basically made the appointment and never said anything to me about what I needed to do before my appointment. Then they called me the day before to confirm my appointment. I asked if I had to do a skin patch test because my mother had to do a skin patch test at Renaissance MD at her first appointment. They told me that I didn't have to do the skin patch test because of their new laser. My mother was treated with the same laser they have now and had to do a skin patch test. The staff talked to me like I was stupid and didn't know what I was talking about. Then they told me I could do laser the same day as my consultation. But again didn't tell me to make sure I was prepared for my appointment. I called back and asked what I need to do before my appointment. They told me that I needed to shave the area that was getting the laser at but that was it. I asked them why no one had told me that I needed to shave the day before. And they blamed it on the intern. Which they also did when my mother had her first appointment there. (They told her over the phone she didn't have to have a skin patch test. Then when she went to her appointment they told her she had to have the skin patch test done) The staff shouldn't be blaming interns when it is their responsibility to help patients. I asked to talk to the doctor, they told me she doesn't talk to patients on the phone. I wanted to talk to the doctor about why I was cancelling my appointment. I have met the doctor before and I think she is a great doctor. But I will not be a patient here because her staff are mean, rude, and inconsiderate. They also never told my mother to shave the day before either. My mother has had a hard time scheduling her appointments because the staff are so difficult to work with. She is also not coming back to Renaissance MD. I can't help a doctor that won't get on the phone and talk to me. read more
