Ok.....I've been here several times from over am hour away and everything I've come here, the guys…read morewere patient and did everything to help a person out. Being a new rider can be an intimidating thing when trying to pick the safest gear you can but the guys here know what they sell and know what works best for each persona needs. February I purchased a top of the line Shoei neotec3 helmet with Sena Srl3 ( they installed free ) and it's been a fantastic helmet. Recently my helmet started getting harder and harder to close the modular portion as well as the shield. I called the guys at Speed Addicts and they said to come on down and they would check it out. After the long drive, I got here and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by smiling, friendly people. I explained my concern and immediately Tony and Alex started working on my issues. Within a few minutes they figured out my helmet needed a slight adjustment on the cam gears and just like that, my helmet was back to new condition as far as function. They wouldn't take money so the next best thing is to let everyone know how great the guys here are and how they live up to the reviews and videos online. Thank you Tony and Alex for helping keep me safe.

Easy to find and parking was not an issue, even with the lot shared with a car wash. The helmet…read morewall looks impressive, but the real issue is actual in-stock inventory. I came in expecting this shop to stand out by having common sizes ready to buy that day, but almost every helmet I wanted to try was not available in a medium, and the same thing happened with riding gear in common sizes. The inventory screen on the wall was a cool idea, but it felt more gimmicky than useful because it was not very intuitive and did not even bring up a keyboard when trying to search. I ended up needing an employee anyway. Once someone finally came over, he was helpful, answered questions, and helped me confirm sizing. The bigger problem was the store experience. Three employees were behind the counter when I walked in and no one greeted me. The motocross gear section was also messy, with random sizes and colors mixed together, and multiple items falling off hangers just from touching them. The dressing room was also weak: no mirror and not much privacy. Overall, decent visit, but not enough to bring me back. This place has potential, but service, organization, and better stock in common sizes would make a big difference.

Purchased a brand new white 2025 Ninja 500 ABS today and saved $1,300 thanks to OC Honda Kawasaki!…read moreI got tired of sifting through all the clapped out or overpriced Ninja 400s/500s on FB Marketplace and OfferUp. Didn't want to settle for a color I didn't want and would ultimately end up changing anyway which would cost me more money. Anyway, why the 1 star review? I walked in this morning and spoke to Dwayne, one of the salespeople (or manager?). Extremely dismissive, short, rude, and clearly very uninterested in engaging with a serious buyer. Seems like attitude is an issue here based on previous reviews. All good though! He told me to basically kick rocks and go back to Bert's so I did exactly that! Not even an hour later after speaking with Dwayne I purchased my Ninja 500 at a steal of a deal over at Bert's. Bro's KPIs and metrics must be SOLID this month to let a sale walk out at the last day of the month. This was my second time at Bert's and both experiences were awesome. Lots of toys to look at, awesome pricing, and more importantly, excellent and friendly service the moment you walk in. This would've been my go-to place if I ever needed service or parts, but I'd rather ride/drive elsewhere than put up with the bullshit here. Oh, and if you hate your job bro, try doing something else. Don't get mad that you have to do your job when customers walk in. You're literally in sales/retail.

Thank you! Original review: I'd been shopping for a new bike for a few months and just going through my options, dealing with all the dealers in SoCal, online, private party, etc. and recently visited OC Honda & Kawasaki and met with Dwayne. Dwayne is a very chill, calm and friendly (read as "relaxed") guy, and let me look around the showroom and ask him questions as needed. There was no weird stigma or "club" here, where you feel comfortable and are greeted as soon as you come in, and get to check out bikes as well as ask them to pull some out for you to sit on if you're curious about seating position, controls, etc. I left with no pressure, and checked out some other local competitors and then continued to research and figure out what I wanted over the course of another month. During this time, I called Dwayne and asked him questions and he was always helpful and friendly, walked me through his experiences as a seasoned rider on both street & dirt, and was never pushy -- I never felt rushed as I continued to check out all my options. Finally the time came to pick out a bike, and I called and Dwayne put me in touch with Philip, who was also just as kind and a very cool, patient, and helpful person -- one that you can tell really cared about the customer experience. Philip also got me a price out-the-door on a new bike by phone, and I was there later that day to check out the bike they'd priced out for me, currently held in their storage. These guys aren't on commission so you feel free to work with them on your timing, pricing, as well as delivering payment -- they took great care of me. Communication was top-notch from the team; even if Philip was out or off, Dwayne is able to man the texts coming in, and vice-versa, so I always felt confident in my decision and their service. The fact that they're just around the corner from me is the cherry on top. When I went to pick up my bike, I was treated with respect and kindness -- Dwayne took his time to walk me through all the new features (coming from an all-analog older bike), and set my rider modes up as well as guided me through quick-shift options and service. I was kept updated by Philip and the team here from day-one, and the shop is really nice with a ton of new bikes on the floor, some great sales, as well as a ton of helmets and gear - many gear options priced to go as new inventory comes in for the different seasons across all manufacturers. Had a great experience at Orange County Honda & Kawasaki; I got no-nonsense out-the-door pricing, easy and chill service, and a great attitude from the team, what more could you ask for? I'll be back for an Africa Twin when the time comes, thanks guys!

They have built my customer Turbo Harley Porsche Night Rod from the ground up, and improvised at every obstacle to create an amazing machine. They also installed the 330mm wide tire on this bike and it's always admired at every supercar or motorcycle event. Next they built my Naturally Aspirated Harley Night Rod Porsche, improvising with the ape hangers, rear view mirrors and heat shrinking around all cables and wires to creatively create a show quality product. They have also implemented wireless phone, charging holders, strategically. Next up, they will be applying their master craftsmanship to install digital temperature sensors, reading the oil and water temperatures across both my Harley bikes, especially the turbo bike. I recently added a carbon fiber, Ducati V4 S and I will continue to use this company as they have proven excellence in the field of motorcycle mechanic perfection.

After calling MTC and getting a diagnostic quote from Luke, I had my motorcycle towed to MTC, Luke said I would get a call with the results. After not hearing anything for 3 days, I went to the shop. I was told by the mechanic (Victor) the issue was multiple things. I then was told the ECM could could be the issue. I was told to have my motorcycle towed to my house while waiting for the part to arrive. When the part arrived, I called and spoke with Luke again. I asked to speak with Victor, instead of Victor coming to the phone, he relayed messages through Luke, who knew nothing. I checked my bike for any missing parts before returning to MTC. I found a cross threaded seat bolt, 3 missing batwing bolts, missing battery, and the new thottle by wire part Victor had me purchase was missing. When I got back to MTC Victor had to search for the parts among a collection of pieces & parts. He gave me what he thought might be my parts. I was told he couldn't find my battery, but tried to sell me a new one. I now have my motorcycle in worst condition than before taking it to MOTORCYCLE TIRE CENTER!
