The nice gentlemen who helped me switched out my tire in less than 20 minutes and gave me the exact price over the phone. This is my go to tire shop. I've gotten new and used tires here. I've had tire rotations, flats repaired, brake jobs, and an idler arm replaced. I usually do my own repairs but sometimes I don't have time to. I have no problem taking my cars here. I recently recommended that my daughter take her first car here for new tires. I had to work late so I couldn't meet her like I wanted to, so she went with her sister. They said that they made them both feel very comfortable and got her 4 new tires at a great price. read more

I have tires from Costco with some hazard miles credit in them, but after being put on hold by Costco, only to hear that their computers were down and there would be a several hour wait, I purchased a used tire for $35 from Rene's. Best Tire Shop in Riverside!!! It was my first time in Riverside and my tire popped. I visited 3 tire shops and called about 7 tired shops, none of which had the tire that I needed. Finally, I called Rene's and they had the tire I was looking for. On top of that, Andy gave us a ride back to the car and even helped us place the tire on to the car. We even went back to shop and got more assistance for the front tire. Overall, these gentlemen working at Rene's took very good care of us. Like everyone these days I searched yelp for a tire service/repair shop that could take a look at my front right tire. I arrived at 1:30 on Friday and was out before 2:00. When I drove in there were guys working on 3 cars and there was a car waiting in front of me. Within 10 minutes I was told to pull forward and one of the guys (I didn't get his name) asked what I needed. I said my front tire was flat and needed attention. He found two staples or nails and fixed my flat and checked the air in all tires. Price was very reasonable I gave him a tip. There was no lagging or sitting around, these guys were totally hopping. Originally sold me 3 used tires. One tire didn't actually hold air so I was late to work and forced to be in the same situation I was originally in before coming to them. I had to go back and ask for a refund and here's the good part - I was told "we don't give refunds, we check every tire for leaks". OBVIOUSLY THEY DON'T. Furthermore he didn't want to take responsibly for messing up and I had to fight to get a refund and explain to him that there was no way I would trust their tires after what happened. I told him I would take down my bad review (the angry one I drafted before this) as part of the "deal", so I did and I'm writing this one. I don't consider this a bad review, I consider this an honest one. He gets above the minimum stars for giving me my money back on 2 of the tires I purchased from him. read more

Went to get some used tires for the front two tires of my car. Service was quick (makes sense I went on a Monday afternoon) and tires were good. However, after, I noticed that my tires were out of balance on the highway because they forgot to balance them for me. As a tire shop, how do you forgot to balance tires after changing them? Honest place! I was down the street at California something or other and they were trying to charge me over $100 for one tire! They recommended Rene's because they sell used tires. SO GLAD THEY SENT ME HERE! I got 1 tire for $35 and just went ahead and got another since it was that much cheaper. I asked about new tires and they were $30 under California. While they were doing my tires, they noticed my brakes were JACKED UP. He suggested I go buy the brake pads and he would do them himself for $40....WOW! read more

Rene's Tire hooked my moms car up with four tires so quick and at the right time for the best price!!! I was sitting in a parking lot on the other side of town waiting for momz to get done with her dental appointment , eye noticed when dropping my marker on the ground our tire was almost all the way flat, so mom said here call Rene's they did 2 used tires 3 years ago and they might be able to help us. Sure enough got Adrian on the line took down our tire size and said come in before 6pm. We left Parkview Dental stopped at a gas station filled the flat tire enough to make it to Rene's Tire . Voila !!! Four used tires that look brand spanking new. When we drove away momz said wow the car is running smoother and the steering wheel isn't pulling any longer. Just got back from Rene's and this shop deserves all of the high praise you read here. I was looking for two used Michelin tires for my Accord EX so I wouldn't have to replace all four tires - and even though I had to wait a few days for a new shipment of tires to come in - I got exactly the matching Michelin tires with nearly matching wear. The bonus of course is the low prices and the fact that it literally took less than 15 minutes from the time I drove in, to removing, mounting, balancing and reinstalling two tires on my car.
