Horrible service and a complete waste of my time…read more I came in Friday for an estimate and agreed to return Monday for repairs after they ordered the parts. I left a $100 deposit. I arrived Monday at 2:00 PM and received zero updates about my vehicle. At 4:45 PM, I had to call them myself, only to be told the parts were wrong and I would need to leave my car overnight. It would have been nice to receive a call the moment they realized the parts were incorrect instead of me having to chase them down. They told me they would call when the car was ready. At 7:00 PM, I received a call to come pick it up. I assumed the repair was complete. When I arrived, the front desk employee started asking about my schedule and then mentioned they offer loaner cars while vehicles are in the shop. I asked directly, "So you didn't repair my car?" Only then was I told they "couldn't get to it." To make matters worse, I drove past the shop twice before picking it up and my car had not moved from where I originally parked it. The response I received was, "Sometimes things just don't work out like you want." That's not accountability. That's dismissal. I lost five hours of my day, my $100 deposit, and any trust I had in this business. Offering $50 off if I bring my car back is not a solution. A simple phone call when the issue first came up would have avoided all of this. I expect my $100 deposit to be refunded.

He brought it back and told them the issue, they checked the car and said there was no issue and charged $40 for that. I still kept hearing the clicking noise so I took it to the dealership and they said to never bring it back here ever again. They did everything wrong! The mechanic at the dealership said some pieces were upside down, some weren't fully connected and they added silicone into things they shouldn't have. Absolute worst place you can bring your car.
