I wanted to take a minute to share about a great experience I recently had here in Southern California. I needed to take my brand new 2020 Tesla to an automotive body shop and I was extremely concerned. As a technology expert for many years, I knew I could not just take it to any place to save a few dollars. After consulting a few friends, I just decided to bite the bullet and take it to the dealership. However, Tesla gave me a referral for Renew Collision Center which turned out to be very close and convenient to the Burbank dealership. I was really nervous when I initially brought my car in. I really don't know much about automobiles beyond driving them and I did not want to be taken advantage of. However once I met David and his brothers, my fears vanished. They were super nice, knowledgable guys who assured me that they would get my car taken care of properly and on time. I had come first thing in the morning so that I could get my daughter to school on time and unfortunately there were no ride sharing options in the area at that hour. So we prepared to walk the short distance home when David insisted on giving us a lift. This made a strong impression on us. I immediately started getting automatic text messages from the Renew team through out the week, keeping me posted on their progress. Finally I received a text that my car was ready. They did a perfect job and I had absolutely no issues which is why the next time I needed a Tesla repair I called them directly. The second time around was even better, they had a complementary loaner available for clients who are not going through their insurance company so I was lucky enough to receive it for a few days. That Monday, they told me that I would have my car back before the weekend and I felt optimistic but a little skeptical. Again they exceeded my expectations and after continuing to update me through out the week via text message. They told me I could have my car at 3:00pm on Friday. I was thrilled. Again the car was restored to perfect condition, washed and detailed, and the team was as professional and friendly as ever. If you are a Tesla owner in the Southern California area, I highly recommend you take your vehicle to Renew Collision Center. You will thank me. read more

This was far and away the very best experience I've ever had with a body shop. The service was extremely courteous and professional. The entire transaction was completely smooth and they went above and beyond to provide excellent service. read more

This place is awesome. I was super bummed when my Tesla sustained damage in a parking lot but Renew made it a pleasant experience when it could have been a nightmare. Norik was amazing, super informative, kept me up to date every step of the way. He went above and beyond and also buffed out some scratches on my hood. My car came home just like new, not sure what they washed it in but it's never stayed so shiny and clean, even after the rain! Hopefully nothing else happens to my car but if it does I know straight where I'm heading. These guys are busy for a reason, they're worth the wait! read more

Overall good experience getting my Tesla Model 3 repaired, easy to communicate with and work with. The work was good, the repaired area looked as good as new no complaints. They seem real busy with tons of Tesla's being worked on in their garage, I'd definitely recommend them to other Tesla owners as they have the experience and deliver top notch service. read more

Tesla SC forward me to this body shop and it was awesome. David was really kind and honest on my tesla model 3 lower bumper damage. He saved my pocket, and this shop has certified by tesla. Normally what I had experienced with other tesla certified shop, they always tried to replace every piece of part even it's a minor damage, but he was not. He was very honesty and knowledgeable with model 3. Thank you for fix my car. Highly recommended, will refer my friends who have Tesla for sure! read more

I brought my Model 3 here through Tesla's Insurance. I dropped off the car and told them to take their time since there it was only a week out until Thanksgiving. I really wasn't expecting them to fix up the car before the holiday since they would have to wait for a few days for the required parts to arrive. Despite that, they were able to exceed my expectations. Not only were they speedy, they did an excellent job with the repairs. These guys are friendly, honest, hard-working professionals who kept me updated throughout the process. I did need to grab a couple of things from my car after dropping it off, and they let me in the shop without a problem during these covid times. Lastly, there is an Enterprise a couple of miles away (~7min drive). The Enterprise there was happy to come pick me up from the shop as well. All in all, a very solid experience and stress-free process. Bonus: One of them was happy enough to give me a recommendation for a local Armenian restaurant (Adana Restaurant) to check out as well! read more

I had the best experience at this boy shop. They are extremely friendly, provide updates regularly and complete the job in a timely manner and on the date they promised. I got into 2 accidents within 2 months and I took my car to them both times. I hope to not get in any more accidents, but if I do I'll definitely take my car there. Ask for Norik, he is the best!!! read more

Unbelievable service. Brought my car in for minor damage to my door and they were able to make an adjustment and get me back on the road in under an hour. You never want to have to get body work done on your car, but when you do this is the place to go. read more

Norik and his team were extremely friendly and went above and beyond with their customer service. My Tesla got rear-ended on the freeway and they made the repair process hassle-free. You can't tell there was dent before the fix! Would definitely recommend them. read more

There new location in Burbank almost turned the car over to me with paint imperfections and yesterday I realized that the blindside sensor no longer alerts me of a approaching car !!! I'm very disappointed, first thing I asked before I left it, can you make sure sensors and computer alerts are working perfect!!! After body repair!! They failed and took over a month for a simple back left side bumper ding. They don't know how to Calibrate sensors. And will just turn off the alerts on you car. read more

Listen, you're wasting your time trying to go somewhere other than to Renew, the service is IMPECCABLE, the client/customer support, off the charts, didn't know in this day and age, a business still cares this much, in a world where there is a lot of everything and no one gives a crap about anyone, you have these people doing it old school, communicating, explaining, showing, supporting... in a weird freaking way, knowing they exist, I don't care if my car needs fixing in the future, unlike a restaurant or say a bar, you wanna be their client and repeat going, but you know, it's a body shop! but it's THAT freaking good!!! read more

Good experience repairing my Tesla model 3. The employees I worked with were always responsive and everything got finished quick once the parts were in. Thank you! read more

I was referred to Renew Collision Center by the Tesla service center in Burbank for my Model 3. I spoke with a number of body shops to get price comparisons. After I spoke with Norik, I knew that I was going to be using Renew's services and I'm very happy I did. I dropped my Model 3 off and got it back in about 10 days (two days before we had originally thought). The communication was professional, fun, and timely. Any time I called and spoke with the team, they knew exactly who I was and proceeded to provide me with any updates they had with my Model 3. They worked great with my insurance company and didn't have any "funny business" (I'm always hesitant about this with auto mechanics/repair shops). I will be using Renew's services for any other body work I need done to my Model 3. I'm very happy with their services and can't recommend them enough. read more

Renew is listed as an authorized Nissan repair shop, and with a solid 5-star rating at the time I thought I would bring them my GTR to look at an issue. A previous car owner had resprayed a tiny section of the fender and used a cheap clear coat on the fender and hood to blend, which over time was becoming very hazy and yellowing slightly. Norik and his team recommended color sanding the clear coat to see how much of a correction that would provide first, which ultimately proved more than adequate and the results are great. Honestly the clarity is now slightly better than the factory paint. They also touched up a rock chip while at it, and even clayed and waxed the whole car for me as a bonus. Couldn't be happier. read more

Horrible repair job this company did to a Tesla model Y, after multiple times we gave up on having it done right by them. If you care about quality this is not the place. I'll post up several pictures. read more

I strongly recommend Renew Collision Center because of their amazing service and perfectionism! Moreover, they have a life-time warranty as long as you remain the owner of the vehicle. If there is a rating greater than 5 stars, they definitely deserve the highest rating available. Norik provided impeccable service and great communication, keeping me updated at all times. I highly recommend Renew Collision Center for all your Auto Body repairs! read more

Renew collision is the best body shop I've ever went to. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly, they are not those type of shop who dumps unnecessary fix to the customers. Arthur from Renew offered me the most efficient solution to fix my Tesla model Y with very reasonable price. I'm so happy with their work and this is the shop I would take my car from now on. Highly recommended. read more

Took my Tesla here after an accident, Norik was super helpful and knowledgeable. He explained the process and even offered to schedule the rental car. Their prices are reasonable. Dropped my car off on a Monday and was able to pick it up on Wednesday. (most places says it would take a week to get it fixed) The team is friendly and i would highly recommend it to everyone! read more

The service every step of the way was absolutely phenomenal. I could hardly believe how great an experience it was in just every way. While I hope not to need to use their services again, at least I will know that dealing with a collision repair will be a great experience if I do need their services. I highly recommend them! read more

Unfortunately, my Tesla was rear-ended near East LA on my way to San Diego. I was not familiar with any auto collision repair shops in the area, so I looked on Yelp. Even though the accident Happened on a Saturday, a super friendly and helpful receptionist answered and quickly arranged for a tow truck. When we arrived at Renew, we were greeted by David, who was very helpful. Given that it was a Saturday, most rental car locations were closed. So, David offered to drive us to the Burbank airport, where he had reserved a rental car for us. Talk about SERVICE!!!!! David and Arthur kept in touch while I navigated the unpleasant insurance process. Ultimately, it was decided that my car was a total loss. So, while I can't speak to the quality of their work, I would still wholeheartedly recommend this shop. They took great care of me (and my 89 year old father!) during a very stressful time read more

The team was nothing short of professional, friendly and super helpful! Norik who was my advisor always made himself available and did a great job keeping in touch with me and explaining the process. My Tesla Model 3 was done as promised and was super clean when it was returned, in fact much cleaner than when I dropped it off. I'd for sure recommend Renew to friends and I actually already have! read more

I took my car here after an accident and they went above and beyond to take care of me. They gave me a loaner car which helped out a lot. My car came back looking like a brand new car and this is important, the paint was the exact same shade, unlike other body shops I've been to. They polished the car and returned it back to me like a new car. Thank you guys! read more

Great service all around! A very fair estimate and price, great quality work, and they worked with me on getting the car done faster than I expected! Little details such as plastic wrap to protect the seat and floor mats and a nice car wash after the repair was completed were a nice touch. Would 100% recommend for work on your Tesla or any vehicle. Two thumbs up! read more

My husband took his Honda Accord for headlight replacement and other body work. Norik and Anastasia were so professional. They went over the pricing part by part, and gave us an excellent price. They gave us a drop off time, and followed up with us through the process to let us know every step of the way. They contacted us and we're able to get the car back in Like New condition even sooner than promised. I can't say enough good things about Renew, they are friendly and make you feel like family. I recommend them to anyone that has any fender bender or body work needs. They are honest, professional, and really reasonably priced. My husband and I were so happy with car after the excellent body work and headlight replacement. Hands down the only body shop I would use again, and recommend to friends and family. read more

Very professional and quality service provided for car repairs. Highly recommended for car body work.

Amazing service! My car was hit in the parking lot with a bad scratch on my bumper. I brought it into Norik, and he did a great job buffing out/ painting the scratch without charge. He made an otherwise annoying day much more pleasant. Definitely recommend this company! read more

These guys are great. Tesla suggested I go get my car repaired by them and I'm really glad I did! They were extremely commutative and my car (that was rear ended twice) looks fantastic. I'm honestly recommending everyone to go here! read more

I was referred to RCC by Tesla for some minor bumper damange. From the 1st phone call to picking up the repaired car, David provided excellent service. Getting a quote was super-easy over the phone. I sent David some pictures and he was able to get me a quote the same afternoon. Drop-off was very efficient and they even had a loaner ready for me. While my car was in the shop I got updates via text on the status of my car. Best of all, they finished an entire day early. When I picked up the car, it was cleaned inside and out. They even had plastic wrapping around my steering wheel. Generally, when working with car shops, I'm a bit skeptical. However, David and his team were top notch. I highligh recommend them. read more
