Gary was terrific - I brought the car in and they worked with me to get the front bumper fixed (with the other party's insurance taking care of it). Fast forward to Nov 2024, my new model S had some annoying panel gaps; I took it to Tesla to fix and when they did, they caused a bigger panel gap issue that actually made the front right door and right fender rub, and actually scratched the paint off...so instead of going back to tesla I thought give Renew a call. I spoke to Arthur and he and the team were so kind to let me bring it in to the San Fernando location and they fixed it the next day. A hit and run left some very minor scratches on my car. My insurance wanted me to determine whether it would be more than my deductible to fix. I walked into Renew and Norik immediately offered to take a look to help with the estimate. He determined that it was indeed minor and, to my surprise, offered to buff/polish it out free of charge. After 20 minutes, the car was like new. I offered to pay at least a tip, but he would not accept. I came in due to a minor repair of my bumper. Leo immediately came over to me and asked me what I needed. He wasted no time as he said they would take a look right away at what needed to be repaired. After only about 10 minutes Leo and Vache were able to take my car apart and inform me of what needed to be done. They were able to fix the problem within 5 minutes and within that time frame I had multiple workers checking in with me to make sure I was helped including the manager Arthur.
