Norik and the team at Renew Collision Center were great! The front of my Tesla was damaged from getting hit and Norik did a very thorough assessment of the damages. He was upfront that it would take time for the parts to be ordered so my expectations were set from the beginning. There was more damage found once they removed the bumper and had to order another part but I was not surprised by this since Norik communicated this to me from the beginning. It took some time to get my car back but that was due to the parts being ordered and the insurance signing off. In the end, it was worth it because my car came back better than new! It was perfect and clean. All the wait was worth it and Norik went above and beyond to deliver the car to me and he even took care of returning the rental car for me. I'm very happy with the results and the service. Thanks Norik and team! read more

These guys are the best! Most competitive quote I reviewed and did and amazing job fixing the paint and body on the trunk of my model 3. Will come back if more work is ever needed on my Tesla. read more

Gary, David and they're crew over there at ReNew Collision Center are masters at their craft. My Tesla needed 10k+ in bodywork and these guys magically made my car look as good as new. Better actually cuz they did a high quality detail and disinfection service before I arrived to pick up the vehicle. Thanks guys!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! read more

Long story short I got rear ended in my bmw 335i and i ended up choosing RENEW to repair the damage so when it was time to pick up my vehicle when I first saw it I couldn't notice that the paint job on my trunk was poorly done and there is a significant gap on the right side when the trunk is closed which wasn't there prior to the accident and so I was bothered by that because they said there was no underlying damage so if that was the case why is the trunk and the bumper not even on both sides so I'm pretty sure they lied to my face when they said there was no underlying damage and the trunk has scratches u could only see at certain angles in the light which it wasn't like that before and when I picked up my vehicle the gas gave was on empty and that struck me odd because I specifically put over a 1/4 of a tank so were they driving my vehicle around without my consent they never gave me explanation of what happened to my gas and why would give the customer their vehicle on a empty tank I mean really I barely had enough gas to make to the gas station very dishonest people who only care about there pockets and the customers satisfaction plus the manager insults me when I asked him how much it would to paint my whole vehicle and return he smirks and says why would you want to repaint that car like my car ain't shit very insulting but i can guarantee you if it was there car they would be acting totally different and they would absolutely want there's repaired like the way it was before an accident but when it came to my vehicle they could give 2 shits I would never take my vehicle here again and I would never recommend this place to anyone ever as matter of fact if someone asked about them I would deter at all cost from taking the vehicle there for repairs read more

Norik and his team did an amazing job with My brand new Tesla Model Y! They helped me navigate the frustrating process of having a third party insurance company paying for the damage. They updated me constantly while the car was being repaired, and Anastasia was great at answering my questions before repair and/or getting me to someone who could answer my question. My car looks absolutely wonderful (better than when I first got it) and it was given back to me much faster than anticipated! I highly recommend Renew Collision Center for your Tesla needs!! They are amazing! read more

Came in with a Tesla and they're one of the best shops nearby that is certified to repair teslas! The entire process went really smoothly and the vehicle was returned to me in better condition than it was before the collision. The entire staff is so friendly, professional, and honest, and they helped me and updated me throughout the entire process. They also fought for me to receive the insurance I was entitled to and advocated for me throughout the whole insurance process. Couldn't recommend them enough! :) read more

I've never written a review but I was very impressed with Renew and told Norik I'd let people know. Unfortunately this review has taken me far longer to write than Renew took to fix my Tesla. Their work was impeccable and Norik was excellent to work with. His knowledge was impressive and his customer service was outstanding. He kept me informed during the whole process and returned my car as good as new. I've already recommended this place to a few friends and I would recommend it to anyone. Great work. read more

I'm so glad I came across this place! The staff is polite, professional and very helpful from beginning to end. They stayed in contact with me and insurances. If your car needs body work, you can't go wrong bringing it to ReNew. These guys are very good at what they do. I've used them twice. I won't use anybody else. They kept me informed the whole time. Norik is the absolute best. But he's lost without Anastasia. Everyone I came in contact with there was warm, friendly and professional. I really can't recommend them enough. read more

Before i get to the review, a quick PSA -- never take your Tesla to a body shop that is not Tesla-certified. Telsa will not sell them many parts that you wil need and you will ultimately have to take it to a certified shop. They will try to tell you that they can get parts from elsewhere, but it is very unlikely. Ok on to the review. The rep who I dealt with was Norak and i will tell you he was pretty solid guy. He knew his stuff and was very communicative throughout the entire process. I would also he was pretty patient b/c there were times I was freaking out. He had his team start work on the car right away even though they didn't have all the parts yet. The work was really well done. Car looks brand new. Even though the job took a long time, I am convinced it would have taken longer if I took it elsewhere. If you are choosing between tesla body shops, Renew is a pretty good choice. read more

What a truly great and amazing experience I had with Messrs. David and Arthur Tovmasyan at Renew Collision Center in Glendale CA. I would like to personally thank them and their team for making the entire experience a terrific one. From assisting with the car rental, filing the repair estimate with the insurance company, providing regular work updates of every process of the repair, making sure the work is impeccable and done on time, and washing and waxing the car afterwards. Thank you, David and Arthur, for overseeing the process, you are absolutely the BEST!!! I was recommended this place by a friend of mine after my car was hit. I was skeptical at first because I used to take to another place when I had car issues. I decided to use Renew collision this time around. My 2012 Lexus IS250 was hit during a hit and run when I was parked on the street and the entire driver side from bumper to bumper was damaged. After I made my insurance claim I took it to Renew Collision. I spoke with Gary. I believe he was either the manager or owner of the place. He made the process so easy. He assured me everything will be taken care of and I should not worry. After about a week I got the call that my car was ready. When I went to pick it up, I was ready to start inspecting the car to find things I did not like. When I saw my car it was like Showroom quality. They renewed my car just like their name stated. Everything was fine to perfection. I was thinking about selling my car and buying a new one prior to this incident but after seeing my car fixed, Renew gave me a brand new car back. Like I said before they made the process so easy. I literally dropped off my car by them, Gary said he will fix it, they called me about a week later and handed a showroom car to me. Going forward if anyone ever asks me if I know a car place I will only recommend this place. Friendly, polite, professional, due diligent, on time! Thank you for all the help and great work Renew Collision!!!!! read more

I have multiple Teslas and when I need them fixed I just go here. I don't even bother with the Tesla Service Center anymore. Norik is super knowledgeable, helpful, and patient when insurance companies are being difficult. So I was referred to this place by a friend of mine. I had gotten into an accident where I had gotten rear ended pretty badly. The back of my car was extremely squished in. So I took my car in and was greeted by David. Super awesome guy. He took care of everything from start to finish. Even handled everything with my insurance. I had my car back within 2 weeks. It was honestly a great experience. Highly recommended. read more

High trust factor and friendly staff. Had a terrific experience from beginning to end. They gave me the best estimate for my Tesla Y amongst 3 other shops in the area. Norik explained the work that needed to be done im courteous manner. They completed the work ahead of schedule. They stayed after normal business hours so that I can pick up my car. They did tremendous work. Looked better than new. Would come here again and I highly recommend to everyone!!! read more

I had a big deep scratch on my Tesla. Took it to Renew Collision on a Wednesday morning. Really needed my car back before the weekend. Gary said he would do his best to get it back by Friday evening even though they had to paint the whole trunk. Well to my surprise I was able to get it back on Thursday evening. Car looked fantastic and customer service was awesome. Highly recommend Renew Collision. read more

If I could give Renew Collision Center 10 stars I absolutely would! David and his team were incredibly friendly and helpful every step of the way, from the first call to picking up my car at the end. They took care of all the paperwork with the insurance, ordering the parts, and even helped me get set up with a rental while they worked on my car. All I really had to do was drop off it off and pick it up. The repairs themselves were done perfectly and very quickly! Car looked better than it did when it was brand new. The paint and parts are as good as original if not better and the best part is, they guarantee their repairs with a lifetime warranty. Also, throughout the whole time they were working on my car they would send me detailed updates every day, letting me know how the repairs are progressing and when I can expect to pick it up. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better job and better service. These guys are phenomenal! read more

Super quick service. The owners are very friendly and understanding. They are also extremely knowledgeable. For someone like me, zero clue in the auto industry, I was able to trust them off the bat! First place where I didn't need to constantly follow up :). Thanks guys! read more

I actually took my car here after coming from a few other body shops. They gave me the best price after shopping around for 3 weeks. Gary greeted me in a professional manner and helped me decide what's best for the damage. Very easy, fast, efficient, and professional service provided. I had an accident on the freeway in my Sonata and the entire backside of the car was ruined. A friend of mine highly recommended I go with Renew Collision Center in order to get my car fixed. Once I notified my insurance and passed on my request to have them fix my car, I was immediately taken care of. I spoke to David and Gary. Both were so wonderful to work with. They took care of the rest moving forward. From the insurance, the paperwork...from beginning to end. I can not begin to tell you how professional this company and team is! I was communicated about every step of the process and repair of my car. They provided me with realistic expectations, status updates and they followed through on everything. I literally had nothing to worry about because of how thorough and timely they operated. This tells you they have a huge amount of experience and expertise. This was my first time going to a body shop and I'm so glad they were recommended to me. I value a word of mouth recommendation. They were kind enough to drive my car back to my home in perfect condition. Also, I'd like to mention, that a couple of days after getting my car back, I accidentally closed my garage door on the backside of the bumper that they had just fixed, and I embarrassingly took it back, and they quickly fixed the small scratch. I am so thankful for the positive experience and I highly recommend this Renew Collision Center. Thank you Gary and David! read more
