I even asked my point of contact about this exact issue and she assured me this wouldn't happen, but it did! As a busy mom with a young toddler, this is extremely disappointing given that I needed to arrange childcare for my appointment. I requested a refund on my package and wasn't even able to speak to a manager about the situation; they said they'd send an email to someone but there was no guarantee. So disappointing! The receptionist said it's 10 minutes into your appointment time so she won't be able to do your treatment but she can still do your consultation. I walked in 2 minutes later and she said she couldn't do it. I said I just got of the phone and they said I could so she went back to ask the nurse Erin if she could do it and she said no because her next client was going to be there in 15 minutes. The consultation I needed was one she had already given me. It would have taken 2 minutes. Needless to say I won't be returning.

The second plastic surgeon is also looking into whether the problems that Dr Cole's treatment caused can be corrected. If I could find a lawyer, I would sue him for malpractice.
