They are happy to work on "regular old bikes" regardless of where they were purchased. The technicians communicate well, they are resourceful, and they are conservative (i.e. they're not trying to upsell you; in fact they will talk you out of doing unneeded work). A minor downside is that their system only orders parts once a week, which can mean some delays if you need parts. The pricing seems very fair as well.

Weaponizing corporate return metrics to scare a customer out of speaking to a manager is completely unacceptable behavior.I kept my cool and walked away, but this store's management clearly needs to retrain their staff on how to treat members with basic respect. I have already filed formal complaints with corporate customer care and am currently looking into canceling my lifetime membership entirely.
