Online order was not ready, as informed. I was told, "You can always shop it yourself now you're here". Which I did and couldn't locate one item that was supposed to be in stock. "Yeah, we don't keep that one out. (Big sigh). I'll go and get it" I was then told I needed access to the email which it was purchased through, or the cashier couldn't release the products to me. After a back-and-forth, I was instructed to "just sign the phone". The store phone, not the individuals personal phone that seemed to be of greater importance, was grimy and utterly disgusting. I asked could the person just wipe or clean it first. "Everybody else uses it, what the problem ?" Errrrrrrm....exactly. Fortunately I have hand wipes in the car, as one does. I signed it. Grabbed my stuff. Exited. This entitled, lazy, obnoxious, 'ratchet', 'slore' of a girl is a perfect example of how the world is degenerating. Before I die, which is soon with any luck, I will continue my allegiance to Office Depot.

While sitting there I heard conversations about a range of free with a voucher to $40 and up to $80 for a simple electronic transmission of prints. The service took just over 25 minutes from walking in to registering, paying and then getting printed. The DISGRACE was the payment tablet actually asked for a tip of 15 to 25%. Really? The actual fingerprinting takes about 5 minutes and is transmitted electronically. That is the whole "service". Nearly ALL instances of getting fingerprints is a "requirement" for a job or volunteer situation. A tip, really? Not to mention that they have signed contracts with agencies for the exclusive and mandatory "service". So people cannot opt to go to RPD, SPD or the Sheriff's office where the fees are less than half the price and it would be illegal to accept a tip. I wonder if State regulators like the Nevada Gaming Control Board are aware that this business is soliciting tips from casino workers? Or if they share the tips with the agencies leadership?

I requested a home visit so I would have all the information that might be needed at hand. Within a few hours, owner Justin returned my call and said he would be at my home the next morning. He showed up on time, patiently listened to my non-tech explanation of our Outlook goals, and went right to work. With expert tech skills on his side and held breath on my side, and both of us occasionally crossing our fingers, Justin worked his magic and Outlook was configured for our needs (even better than it had been before) and I got all my Outlook folders back - YAY! The visit lasted two hours - about one hour was for the Outlook concern and the other hour was filled with small fixes and reorganizations that most 12-year-olds could manage but that I either did not know how to do or was afraid of the consequences if I tried.
