The owner and his team is THE best - nice, patient with questions, accommodating and whoa, THE best smoothies, protein drinks and Acai bowls - and, like the other reviews, all fresh and delicious fruits and vegetables. We have been here several times and it never disappoints! Their Acai bowls are amazing. Their smoothies are fantastic too with lots of great options. It's a great place to come with our school team after practice! Despite there being tons of girls ordering at once, they do a great job at managing the orders and getting everything made! Also the parking has always been easy for us with plenty of street parking out front. There are plenty of tables and nearby benches out front for seating. We're glad to have punch card now, as we'll definitely keep coming back! read more

Yummy! I have been here a few times and their smoothies are so bomb!! This time I got the açaí smoothie but substituted whey protein which they did no problem! Renovo offers an enticing array of drinks -- smoothies and juices, though they were out of juices the day we stopped by -- made to order, quality ingredients, friendly service. The location is also convenient, especially because it's not in the middle of everything. We parked right in front on the weekend and hopped on the freeway to get back to LA. Amazing Bowls and smoothies! I've literally gone here EVERYDAY that there open since I started working in the area. And today is my last day, the "owner" is literally the worst employee! He's EXTREMELY rude! I've been there many mornings where he's late and leaves his employees alone to deal with the morning rush! I can no longer go here and be treated like sht just because it's close and has great fruit, and one of the few places that has watermelon for the bowls. I don't know if he's prejudice but several times he's acted like I'm trying to steal watermelon cups I mean just petty and rude, considering I've been there daily! I will be driving to Ubatuba from this day on. And I will be writing more reviews on this place detailing my experience with this Asian guy who apparently doesn't like his life. This review is way overdue! Renovo has been my favorite smoothie shop on the Westside for seven years, and for many reasons; first, the smoothies are way lower in sugar than most all other smoothie shops and are actually healthful, filling and delicious. Second, the prices are super fair for everything on their menu, and the quality is supreme! Last but not least, the service is friendly, speedy, and kind, and the shop is always spotless! I'm so grateful to be back to working at the Watergarden, and being in walking distance to renovo is my favorite part read more

Sitting in my car...wind is howling through my windows...parking meter has about 4 minutes left -- but I don't care. At this exact moment there can be a tornado sweeping through town and I wouldn't blink an eye. I got my smoothie in my hands -- lips wrapped around the straw -- greedily sucking my Electric Tea Smoothie. Time in my parking meter is running low -- but I must finish this review -- this is how bomb this place is, it deserves praise and a nice 5 star Yelp rating. There can be a parking enforcement f*cker knocking on my window as we speak and I'd tell her to chill out and let me finish my review -- and my smoothie. I've frequented a lot of smoothie spots in my days -- I don't drink soda, or coffee, or a lot of adult drinks for that matter -- tea and smoothies and water is all I ever really drink -- so imagine my joy when I discovered a place that does tea smoothies! Maybe I live under a rock and this isn't too uncommon, but I had no idea smoothies can even sub tea in place of soy milk or almond milk or whatever you prefer in your smoothie. The moment I tasted this magical potion I knew tea and fruit is just a meant-to-be. Hot damn, this Electric Tea Smoothie with its pineapple and mango and lychee nectar and added green tea is seriously blowing my mind. It's almost a darn shame I've never had this before. Renovo, I thank you from the bottom of my tummy for introducing tea smoothies into my life. Renovo is a great place to stop by and get a juice or smoothie at. They use organic juices and a lot less sugar than the mass media smoothie places like jamba. The citrus smoothies are in general more to my liking and they are usually blended perfectly. There is more of a vitamin C taste than a candy taste, though that is what I do like. The service is quick and prompt and there are always people coming in and out. The prices are not too bad considering they are fresh and real fruit with less sugar. I'm a fan, and I'll likely be visiting often. read more

$8 for a large smoothie is a bit steep but hey, welcome to LA. I got The Gorilla and added banana. If you love green smoothies - this is the one for you. I was pleasantly surprised when they didn't charge me extra for the banana! The cashier was nice and my smoothie was made very quickly. This spot is a walk away from my work so I'll be here pretty often! read more

A cool health but shop we stumbled upon while walking! We love a great juice spot and ordered two smoothies from here plus homemade wellness shots which were so good. This location truly utilized flavorful fresh fruits at all times and the quality is excellent. Came here after the gym in the late afternoon and there were a few customers waiting for their drink. I order beach body and it tasted so good, if you like strawberry anything you'll like it. It tasted more grainy than smoothie I make at home because they use rice protein vs I use Whey protein at home but to me it was still good regardless. It was sweet but not too sweet and everything in it seem healthy and the calories seem reasonable for the small size. So all and all I like this place, the drink came out in like 2 minutes. What made the situation worse was the pricing. I was charged $15 per order, which didn't match what I was told over the phone, nor what's listed online or even on Yelp (where it shows around $10). When I politely questioned the discrepancy, the employee became argumentative and made the interaction uncomfortable. I paid, because that's not the issue--but being treated dismissively and feeling misled is. Pricing should be consistent and clearly communicated, and customers shouldn't feel like they're being taken advantage of for asking reasonable questions. Really disappointing experience from a place I used to enjoy.

I've been wanting to try Renovo for awhile now and finally got the opportunity earlier this week! That long wait and high expectations finally came to an end and I was fully satisfied! No let down here. I'm a big fan of smoothies but after really trying to cut back on my sugar intake and just eating and consuming more quality foods and less processed or inorganic items, I've found it's hard to find places that serve food or drinks up to my new standards. Renovo is that place. They serve delicious smoothies from only the finest, organic ingredients that contain less sugar, less calories and give you more of the goodness that your body needs. I came in on Monday at lunch time and was like a kid in a candy store, only instead of a bunch of candy it was a bunch of healthy, tasty smoothies to choose from. No matter what I chose I was a winner but that didn't make the decision any easier. I went with a large Hawaiian Summer: Pineapple, peach, soy milk and guava juice and all only 267 calories. All of their classic smoothies sounded tasty but this one stuck out and I liked the name the most so I went with it. A great decision if I do say so myself. My only knock on the place is the fact that they use soy milk in most of their smoothies and I try not to consume any soy products. However, if that's the only con then I can certainly live with that. Other than that I cannot wait to come back. I still haven't decided whether I'll try another classic smoothie, get the same one or build my own. We shall see! read more

I'm obsessed with this place!! Their smoothies are ridiculously good .. and organic and huge for the prices. Best deal for organic smoothies in Santa Monica. I love their tropical calm, and their Hawaiian sunset.. their Randy's Powerhouse is really good if you're in the mood for chocolate and banana. Oh and their Pina Colada is amazing ... I get it with a hint of lime sometimes... Love it. They do have some fun snacks in the fridge as well, some raw things, some lunch things, bars, chips that kind of thing. Nice variety generally but it changes as well. Great place to grab a smoothie and lunch. I always call ahead, so that when I get there, the smoothies are ready (I usually order two at a time) because sometimes at lunch theres a rush. But not lately because of the pandemic of course :( But it's important to support local businesses during this time! This is definitely a business I continue to support and highly recommend. Ordered the regular Randy's Powerhouse smoothie, which is a blend of raw chocolate, almond milk, bananas, and blended peanut butter. It's supposed to be a meal replacement and it's a little pricey.
