Got a 2014 Ford F-150, i love the truck but some things where a little off. Richard, the manager was a good salesman and ill give him that, i bought the truck with a cracked windshield and they replaced it free of charge! I was told that i would get a free oil change(truck had a change oil alert on dash when bought) by the lady in the office but once I called back they said they no longer do that.. BUT when you go for that 3 month inspection they do it for free! the one thing that upset me was the down payment.. i was told the down payment was 2400 BUT he actually meant 2400 Differed so it was actually 4500.. so my monthly payments are kinda insane BUT i do have a good paying job and in a position to afford it. summary- GOOD PLACE BUT READ THE CONTRACT AND TAKE IT TO A MECHANIC TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING.. cant help feeling gotted but hey its a dog eat dog world... people saying their car got towed are people who did not pay on time... read more

They have horrible customer service, lie to you about how good their cars are. They will not fix the repairs or say its your fault even when its written on their paperwork. the car we had had faulty airbags, bald tires and they wouldn't fix them. You have to pay to retrieve your items and you have to do it in "their" time. They are major scammers and blame you for switching insurance and having 1 day lag. Please read the fine print, and most vehicles insurance will not cover because of how old they are except for basic liability. STOLEN VEHICLE- the Fredericksburg location: Reggie leased me a stolen vehicle. After I got out of jail with a felony charge, I spoke with the regional manager, Royal, who told me that since they didn't report it stolen, it had nothing to do with them. The VIN on my contract is for a vehicle that was reported stolen in January and I signed my lease in February. They told me I would not get my money back and that I should have no issues with them. The company put a REPORTED STOLEN VEHICLE on my contract and let me pay almost $4000 including my insurance over two months, for me to get pulled over for plates and to end up in jail on a felony charge because the vehicle was still reported stolen. And yall think you don't OWE me at least my money back? Reporting the company to the DMV while my attorney reviews. This will not be swept under the rug. I called yesterday to make arrangements with Rodney, the GM. He was "in meetings" everytime I would call and is, once again, in a meeting now that I am here. They are treating me as if I defaulted on the loan. They're not rude, just simply uncooperative. If this is how they treat non-customers, imagine how uncooperative and invisible they are to paying customers. Judging on the physical condition of their office, it's clear to see they are fluent in neglect. While I'm waiting I can hear the laughter and cursing of the staff in the back of the office. I mean in this world you get what you pay for and for $500 down, no questions asked it seems like a good deal, but honestly just save your money and go to Toyota! My credit is a 540 and I was approved with 1500 down. The payments they are asking for, just ride the bus for a couple months and get a reliable car with no LIMITED miles! So let's be clear I signed a contract so that's on me,, when I had second thoughts I should have left. They defer your down payment along with your monthly so you could potentially pay over $400 biweekly. The 2017 Nissan Altima had over 100k, the passenger side bumper was held on by zip tie, the side panel and the hood 2 different colors and a bolt was holding on the side panel. Once I was taken outside and saw the damage Mr Rick said "I'll have to fix that"---when? I had previously owned a 2020 Blazer and was told I may need to humble myself to get into a vehicle. Humility has nothing to do with being safe. Once the car reached 70 it shook like an earthquake. The car was delivered and you could hear the brakes squeaky a mile away. The car had an expired inspection sticker on which means it hadn't passed in inspection since May of this year, the sticker was scraped off and temp tags placed on the unit. The young man who brought me the car did some recreational smoking in the car. I went to Byrider and got a reliable SUV and when the salesman saw the check engine light was on took it to the service department. The lady that reviewed my contract was nice. Before they say I let my insurance lapse I did and I was signing up for new insurance and they took the car. I bought a vehicle with $1700.00 down, on my way home the check engine and tire pressure light came home. First thing the following morning I called the dealership to let them know. Nick the salesman told me they had probably forgot to reset the computer when they serviced it. We discussed setting up an appointment for Friday to drop the car off to replace the windshield and pick up my registration sticker. Later that afternoon on my way into town (5 miles) my car began overheating, so I pulled over called the dealership and was told they could put in a service request. So the next day on my way to work the car completely over heated and left me stranded on the side of the road for hours, after sitting to let the car cool I managed to make it home. I called the dealership again and told. them to come get the car. They sent a towe truck to get it the next day, I was not given a rental. Picking up the vehicle was 10x worse, the front had wires hanging where the headlight should ve, only 1 headlight worked, no cover on fuse box, tires missing lug nuts and random sized lug nuts, the tires were still showing low pressure, the a/c no longer worked, the front bumper and fender on both sides coming off, the windshield had not been replaced and registration sticker had not been changed. I'm writing this review for a friend named Veronica. She purchased a vehicle with money down and after only 2 days, the vehicle broke down. The company said they were going to fix it, but after they had had the vehicle for a month (with many promises to have it back sooner), they finally stated that they couldn't return the vehicle because they actually never recovered the title from the prior owner. All the while they continued to demand the regular payments which turned out to be over $2000 at that point. So she was then promised from the owner of the company that she could pick another vehicle from any of their lots with nothing extra out of pocket, but when she did end up picking a vehicle, she was strong armed by the sales team to pay an additional down payment. Reluctantly, she paid the amount. After all, she is a single mom of two in the middle of summer and needed transportation. If this whole situation wasn't enough, they "recovered" (towed) the vehicle 1 day after her insurance lapsed. She had to pay a recovery fee of $300 to get it back. Even though she was up to date on her contracted payments. And just a few days ago, they towed again citing no insurance, but Veronica was able to secure proper insurance as requested. They then changed their mind to a contract payment of 1 day late as their justification on towing the vehicle. So they requested then, another recovery fee along with the past due amount and the current due amount which all came up to $900. Veronica was trying to set up a payment arrangement with them, but they terminated the contract after 3 days (one of which they were closed). By the time she got a hold of someone one the third day, they stated that the contract was terminated and the car was already back on the lot for sale. They said if she wanted to recover the vehicle, she would have to pay the $900 before anyone bought the vehicle to reinstate the contract. All in all, I've been with her through every step and having purchased vehicles before, I will say that this is the most unprofessional business I have ever come across. Unfortunately Veronica has been sorely taken advantage of with the promise that they are accommodating to those that don't have the credit score to go to a reputable car lot. At first these people come off as a knight in shining armor, ready to help you get in a vehicle you so desperately need. *When sometime seems too good to be true, run away!* I can get passed the minor blemishes of the vehicle, but it's the customer service that sucks butt. After you sign and drive off you are no longer a priority so they feel they can be rude to you all they want. You are required to have full coverage (obvs.) but they have a big list of companies they don't accept. Also after about 3 weeks of having this car, our insurance kicked us off because the car has a salvage title... What!? When we were there looking at the car, my husband asked TWICE, "is the title clean", Ricardo told us YES. So I called and let the WONDERFUL customer service rep know this.. I forgot her name but she is usually the one who answers when making payments, and she was a real piece of work. Long story short... They don't care to help you once you drive off. You maybe run a day or so late on your payment and they are ready to go repo the vehicle. Also if it does happened to get reposed... DO NOT let them fool you into paying $300 or $350 to get your personal belongings back. They will not show you any policies in writing, and they will be complete a-holes with you. You only need to pay $50 to get any personal belongings out.. And make sure all your stuff is there before you take off... If not file a police report. Will try and say the only reason why previous customers wrote bad review is because they didn't pay which completely untrue. Most adults will understand it is like a lease of some sort, however they do not treat it as such when it comes to them trying to get more money out of you. They tell in one sentence that car belongs to them but then turn around and say you owe them the remaining balance even with the car not being registered on your name. They try to defraud your insurance if you have an accident and demand your deductible before they even give your insurance an estimate. It WOULD be a good thing for people with not so good credit however it's always some that's trying to get over in people. And to have the recovery people pull up and come all the way into your property and almost aggressively approach you. They need to be careful with that. BUYER BEWARE! They're selling salvaged tilted vehicles and going bankrupt! Taking advantage of folks and not running reputable dealership and not a member of the BBB! The vending machine is empty & they're charging almost 10 times the amount of the blue book value to lease! It's been 7 months and my contract stated they were going to replace my radio within 2 weeks of signing. They lied and said my tires were brand new, to find a flat bald tire with no tire iron or jack to change the spare, & the spare was flat, also. Since then, the vehicle was towed 2 days after my payment was due (every 2 weeks). I had contacted them 3 times 2 weeks prior to let them know I was no longer able to make payments on the due date (due to my 7 year old patient passing away) and if I can change my due date, I was told; no, it would cost $500 to change the dates,  just pay the late fees, then that I could make partial payments, by 3 different people. So when I called about why my car was towed, first statement was that I haven't kept my car insurance, lie #1, then falsely accused me of not contacting them, because that I wasn't able to pay on the dates "No record of you saying that in my file", until I stated on the 29th you were contacted and she read out loud the whole conversation, of my situation that I just stated, SMH. The only way to get me off the phone was to lie and give a fake phone number to their corporate office whom she claimed "flagged my account, for non payment". After being on hold for about 17 minutes, with no music, ( 1-800-484-9211), I googled the number and it's some warehouse in China! The person who claimed to be the "manager" was so unprofessional and said, "Just give me the key and I'm not going back and forth arguing about the radio never working!" I was charged $50 to collect my personal belongings, however because I didn't have change they kept $60 and said it's going to my "balance owed"...why would I have a balance, if you got the car 2 days after my payment was due? He explained he was doing me a favor because they charge "$300 recovery fee", even though I'm not recovering the car! Everything about this company is run illegally! There's a bogus website that has never been updated and I wasn't able to make payments, only going there or calling on the phone which always took 15 minutes or more. They "claim" there's a $6.50 charge to use your credit card that isn't posted anywhere, but I wasn't charged that fee when I gave my down payment, paying with my card! The location where I got the vehicle is still on the website and on Facebook, however it's been closed & was directed to go the Fredricksburd Rd, where I was met with animosity, ignorance and zero charisma! Not once was there ever an offer to work with me or suggestion to trade the 2008 Ford Escape for a smaller vehicle to lower my payments. He stated in a comment from my daughter's review of the company that he did and wasn't going to because of her review. That I purchased the car for my daughter and another lie was stated by this "manager" was that all my payments were always late and I was rude whenever I spoke to anyone there, that's trying to defame my character and anyone who knows me, knows I don't talk to anyone like that. I will match your energy, so if you're being rude and belittling, so will I. You can't ignore the fact that every time I made a payment, I questioned when was my radio going to get fixed and say I'm being talking rude, when you don't want to address the fact that the company voided the lease back in February, when the 14 days were up and the radio is still stuck on am station and I can't turn it off or the volume down and you had me sign that it would be fixed!
