After persistently asking for support, someone finally stepped in--but by then, the order had already been processed and was sent to the wrong location. To make matters worse, we're still not sure where the order actually went, and no one could give us a clear answer. We were simply trying to order business cards, and the lack of customer service and guidance made an already simple task extremely frustrating. This was one of the worst customer service experiences we've had. Would not recommend this location if you're looking for help or clear communication. Very disappointing.

It was $25 for them to take a look/diagnostic at my laptop. They were honest and said there was a good chance the damage may have gone to the motherboard. They told me they would give me a call on Monday. They did call me on Monday and said it was ready for pick up. They got my laptop up and running with a working mouse pad as well. I was so happy because I have had this laptop less than a year and I really needed it for school. It was $125 and their service was excellent.

I was taking aback by his direct and honest opinion. I love the direct customer service as opposed to big box stores and with the 90 day warranty I don't think I could go wrong. I opted for an external CD ROM reader and external mouse and everything came to more than half of what I would have spent for a new machine. I brought it home. Everything was in perfect working order and I am 100% satisfied. When he asked if I was an existing customer when he rang me up at the register I said yes for like 100 years and he said we have not been in business for 100 years and I said OK well then maybe 50 he says how about 35.
