I gave them a third chance and that was a mistake. They didn't know what they were doing! The At&t guys that were already at the house had to tell them how to take the front door off! They also had to help us get the fridge in the kitchen because the movers couldn't do that either. They damaged the doorway on both sides leading into the living room. They also hung the front door wrong and we couldn't close it! I called immediately and told them what happened. They never called back or attempted to make it right. Never again. read more

Writing a second review because this company still has not fired their employees who smoke and deal marijuana at work. The belittling in their previous reply to me is very telling how you will be treated if you have an issue with this company. Unless you want workers moving your stuff while they're high off their asses and can barely drive or get stuff done because they're too busy smoking and trying to deal to other coworkers, don't use this company. The management team continues to lie about investigations and drug screenings, and has lied about letting these employees go. I have a list of the employees who smoke and/ or deal marijuana while on the clock that have not been fired. It is very easy to access the schedule line, and find out who is still working. No use in lying, it doesn't look good on you as a company. Andre, the manager, should be investigated for continuously covering for these employees and lying to me over the phone about drug screenings. My initial review: AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT!!!! Employs people who drink and smoke on the job and constantly show up late. Fired the one employee that was sober daily and would BIKE AND WALK to work over small mishaps that were poorly trained because his trainer was inadequate. Many drivers with damages daily, high on the job, rolling up in the truck and smoking at gas stations. When you call the office, you will be hung up on mid sentence. DO NOT use this company or work for this company. Edit after reply: this is not only about letting my Fiancée go. (Also, you were all aware we are engaged, and refusing to acknowledge that is childish.) It was about doing it under unclear reasoning and manipulation and lies from managers. We moved from a bottom floor 2-BR apartment in Huntsville to a bottom floor 2-BR in Conroe. In both locations, our two movers, Michael and Anthony, took exceptional care with every single box, item, and piece of furniture. They worked quickly and efficiently. Any piece of furniture was wrapped in plastic before loading, then blankets were used to protect them from bumping against each other in the truck. They delivered the boxes and furniture to any location we requested in the new apartment. They even kept storage pieces in a different location of the truck and then followed us to our storage unit at the complex to place them in there. NOTHING was damaged, dented, or scratched. Very late and ruined my furniture. My move was scheduled for 1 PM - 4 PM window and the moving team didn't show up until 6:30 PM. When the team showed up - the inside of the truck was covered in charcoal soot. The moving team/truck had just moved an old BBQ Pit (unbeknownst to me) in the previous customers move. Resulting in my furniture being covered in black stains and marks. The couches were white and are now ruined - awaiting settlement from them now. I truly don't recommend this company to anyone who expects their furniture to be treated with respect and care. Paid $500+ for them to ruin a $3000 couch...pure misery. read more

I used two men an a truck on December 9. They did a good job on moving my furniture BUT they took my entertainment center apart which had about 30 DVDs in it. When we got to my new location they put the enteratainment center back together but I forgot about the DVD. I also had some elctronic gear in a bag in the enterainterment cablinet. They STOLE my dvd collection and when I contacted them the told me the customer service from the facility would contact me. They never did. I called the local number and gave them my number and they said they would call me back. They never contacted me. While they did a good job moving the furniture but I never got my DVDs back. If you use these guys be sure to do a full inventory on the items that you are having them move. read more

The three young men who moved us, Tyler, Tyrone, and Cameron, were organized, polite, helpful, quick, and went over and above to accommodate our move. HORRIBLE! Our brand new house which was in such great condition was ruined in so many ways, our furniture & our stainless steel refrigerator. We contacted the owner, or general manager who has yet to rectify the damage they have caused. We let him know of the initial damage and we were sent a letter stating they'd pay a small portion of the damage the cast. We then after we got settled into our new home noticed even more damage they have done to our precious belongings. We contacted David to let him know. He said to create an additional claim with the added items and he would review. After following his direction he then sent a new letter with more the 1/2 the amount of the original amount he agreed to. We wouldn't recommend this company as your things will be damaged and you will not get back to them what you paid even if they were to be repaired. -Stainless steel fridge only a year old basically new with HUGE dents -All of our wood furniture completely nicked -Brand new wood plank flooring damaged and ripped up -Front entry door completely GASHED by them trying to force the fridge into the front door I have so many things here to list I just can't even go on. I am just so sadden by the poor business practices of this moving company. Beware of ALL franchise companies like this because there is no way to truly get anything rectified! We will be going to small claims court to pursue the remainder of the amount due that was placed in writing from the general manager. BEWARE! read more

My family and I have used this company twice and referred many other friends and family. We have been burned in the past by cheap flyby-night companies- missing boxes, damaged furniture. Moving is so stressful! At least when we use Two Men and a Truck we have one less thing to worry about. Spend a few extra bucks and go with the pros. It ends up being the same once you calculate stress, damage and lost boxes! The workers are extremely professional. All my items arrived intact and in the rooms in which I had labeled them. Even the super heavy boxes of books were in my office on the third floor! My parents and great aunt have used them after my recommendation. These movers were the worst. They showed up in time, but very quickly started to complain about been tired. They broke a glass top from our dinning room, and broke two legs of our sofa. They took it for repair and it has been almost a month since we moved in and they haven't brought it back. As far as the glass table top, they refuse to pay for it, even though it was absolute negligence from the movers. We call and call and send emails and nothing. Showed up early and were polite. Everything is good so far. I walk the driver around, showing them what needs to be moved. Part of the load is in a barn so I show him the gravel road to be used so that he will not get stuck. I stress to him that it has been raining and that he must stay on the road. 15 minutes later, a knock at my door. Driver says "I have bad news" He explains that he felt like he needed to drive into the field to turn around because he thought the ground was to soft. Of course he got stuck immediately after leaving the road. (If I could include pictures here I would put one of his truck sunk up to the frame at the drivers front tire.) Approx. 2 hours later, the tow truck is gone and the mover doesn't want to drive back to the barn on the road now. He decides to carry the stuff 200 feet to his truck. (this adds time that they suddenly want to charge me for) Whatever, I agree just to keep things moving. Later that afternoon around 5 PM they finish up loading their truck. I explain to him that my wife and my son will lead them in her truck to the drop off location so it will be easier to find. Everyone agrees. Driver ask if my wife minds if they stop at the gas station store on the way so they can get a bite to eat. "No Problem" she has to get gas anyway. My wife pulls into the station and starts filling her truck. Movers parked in the parking lot of the station. My wife finishes getting gas and looks for the truck. It is no where to be seen now. Apparently, they were having mechanical problems and decided to just go back to their home location and swap trucks. They didn't have my wifes cell number so they didn't bother to get out of the truck and walk over and tell her where they were going. Fast forward to somewhere late in the evening between 9-11 PM. My cell phone rings and it is the driver saying he is having trouble finding the road to my place. We explain over the phone until he finds the road. This takes about 20 minutes. I gave him exact directions. (Drive down road until you come to a "Y". Take the road to the RIGHT.) Guess what.....My phone rings again about 20 minutes later. He starts explaining the house to me that is down the LEFT road. Now he has to back out down the road. He notices the right turn he should have taken but tells me he has decided to back up the extra 1/3 of a mile and just start over. (Ugh...Im still on the phone trying to get this guy where he needs to be). He finally, after a bit of arguing, makes it to the metal building they are suppose to put my shop tools inside. INSTEAD....These idiots set $30,000 dollars worth of shop and wood working tools OUTSIDE in the weather because who doesn't think that is a good idea. Not only that, they decide that it is not even important enough to call me and tell me they didn't put this stuff in the building even though they managed to call me about every other idiotic thing they could think of. They didn't just stack it either, they piled it in a pile out in the weather. Again, I would post pictures of this if possible. Now, after talking it over with the local and corporate offices, they have decided that their best course of action is to refuse to do anything at all. I would give them negative stars if possible. USE THESE IRRESPONSIBLE IDIOTS AT YOUR OWN RISK! Better yet, save the time and money and just throw your stuff out in the yard. read more

We moved things from our home into two places, condo and a storage unit, while we are building our new home. I went through and separated everything according to location and explained all to them, he clearly indicated he understood. When things were unloaded at storage I noticed them unloading things that shouldn't be there and had to keep checking, then things at condo that were wrong and important things not there, so another trip back to storage. But the worst was how I'm finding things in storage! A lot of things not in boxes that should be, loose things everywhere! A total mess in storage, like so many things were just thrown in. I'm afraid to see what it will look like when we move those things into our house when it is built! We've moved several times, around the country, and never had such a bad experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! The past couple years they have been a huge asset to our community walk event we host in The Woodlands. Awesome movers, I had problems with scheduling and they really went out of there way to get me my move in quickly. The movers they sent out were great. Super strong, super fast, those gentlemen made quick work out of all my furniture boxes. I've moved 6 times in the last decade, and 2 men and a truck did it faster than any other move. Which is incredible because I have the most stuff now versus back then, and I lived on the 4th floor of my apartment with a broken elevator. This place is a joke they quote you one price and it's something else when they are done. It cost me $800.00 more plus I had to have them get a van to for the stuff they weren't able to load I had to rent and storage and I had to load and store additional stuff they couldn't load. I requested a quote with a visual they told me they didn't do that I was trying to tell the lady about all the stuff I had and all she did was talk over me. They damaged my new dinning table chair, scratch my TV broke our thread mill cracked our glass coffee table they tore our new leather couches scratched our king size bed. They are horrible took 8 hours on a job that should have been 4 hours they had 3 guys one was useless. I had them store my stuff over night for a fee of 150 the next day they came out they were lost I told them directions he kept talking over me. They are haulers not movers. Worst mistake ever hiring this company. Stay away from this company.They have good reviews they ask you to call them to fix any problem so they can get reviews. I have gave them a bad review and no one hasn't even called me to see what happened. Bait and switch method by amateur movers. If I could give them zero stars I would. If you are considering using this company you might as well flush your money down the toilet I was quoted 4 to 6 hours to move a two bedroom (without kitchen appliances) to a house, 10 minutes away Two movers showed up at 8.30am and told me since we were located on a third floor and not a second floor, the move will take 7 hours. Since I didn't catch their mistake for the floor location on the estimate I said find. At 5.30pm, after one broken chandelier, one hole in a drywall and despite the help of a third guy to unload the truck they were still not done but "graciously" told me they were now officially off the clock and would not charge us for more than 9 hours !!!!!! They didn't finish the move until 7pm. I have been using moving companies for years and this is by far the most unprofessional a deceiving company I have ever seen. When I contacted their office to let them know what I thought about their services, all i got was a "thanks", not even an apology. If you decide to use their services, just double the hours of moving they are quoting you. read more
