Max came to repair my 3 year old front load Maytag Washer which had a drain blockage and the washer door was locked due to water in the machine not draining. I had a code F9 E1 on the display panel. He brought all equipment needed, and within 2 hours cleared the blockage and cleaned out the filter, suctioned the water from the machine, and tested and reset my machine. It works like new again. While I initially thought his quote was high, he was competitive with other repair companies. It's the new normal and still cheaper than having the replace an appliance. Fought traffic, made it to the Henderson store around 5:30, missed my aunt (who I recently learned works there) by minutes, but found the exact washer/dryer tower I'd been eyeing--and it was on sale. Score. Mike in the showroom was great--friendly, helpful, easy to work with. Turns out they had exactly one electric unit available at the Craig warehouse. Even better. Paid up, grabbed my free basket, and was told I could pick it up before 7. So I battled rush hour across town... only to arrive at 6:15 and find the place closed at 6, with a freshly taped sign saying so. Not ideal. That said, the warehouse team came through. I walked to another door with humans behind it and explained the situation--that I was just passing through and not coming back anytime soon--and they helped get me loaded up anyway. Got a "for future reference..." (fair enough), but I appreciated them making it happen. Overall: great showroom experience, solid customer service when it counted, and I got a good deal at the perfect time. A hiccup in communication, but a good ending--and a story to go with it.

That was the last we heard from our salesman. The unit arrived two days after we purchased it as planned and the moving gentlemen saw the ink-ish stain which was in plain view. They did say they just uncovered the unit from the wrapping and clearly noticed it and brought it to my attention. Given the choice, we decided to keep the unit and wait to have it replaced and arranged for the following Tuesday. I had taken the day off for the first delivery and chose to take the day off for the replacement...my choice. Second delivery was perfect and the delivery gentlemen were equally as kind and respectful as the first team. Great job! Sad truth is that there was no contact from RC Willey and the salesman to inquire at all about our experience. This may not seem like much, but when it comes to purchasing large dollar items, you would think the commissioned sales team would earn their money, not just let the system take care of itself. And given that there are choices to be had tells me that RC Willey thinks that their products are exclusive. Could be so, but I will shop other stores before going back to the plethora of sales vultures at RC.

was very very satisfied with this service and would recommend this business to anyone! my samsung…read morebespoke washing machine and samsung dishwasher were both not working. andre was very professional and kind, he is very thorough in explaining how they work normally and the parts that werent working. they also work with oem parts which have a one year warranty. $50 for the consultation but since i went through which the service, it was waived. most places seem to have this but $50 was the cheapest option i found! he was really transparent about the problem with my washing machine, which was that he needed help taking down the stacked unit. many other companies would charge a lot for the manpower, which is true since even contracted companies with samsung would not deal with my stacked unit. luckily i had two guys in my family who could help, which is great. andres transparency was really nice and i dont know how many companies would have offered that option instead of trying to charge the additional manpower. it was $140 for the part, $180 for the labor. he let me know that the dishwasher job was actually relatively easy and that since my dad had already fixed another thing on it, he would likely be able to do it too. he showed me the name of the part and where to get it from! on service day he let me know his eta, and immediately got to work. he is fairly clean and works pretty quiet. andre got the job done in about 2 hours. the service was very professional and organized and i would gladly use them again!
