I called Guaranteed (knowing that I was well out of their warranty period) and Kristen immediately identified it as a simple fix with a part I could come by and pick up and install myself for just a few bucks. It worked a treat for a couple more years, and I reluctantly called yet again. Once again, the owner did not give up and said she'd give me the same part again free as long as I promised to update them on whether it was successful or not. I ultimately (after experimentation) found that the freezer was just set a little too cold and that has mitigated the iced water line, so I returned the part to them unused. Needless to say, I've run out of stars to compliment them. I will purchase again without hesitation knowing that they will stand by their appliances, and charge reasonable rates to fix them if they have issues.

Cynthia at Clement's who schedules and confirms the appointments is very professional, and helpful. My service technician Jon was very knowledgeable about the repair needed, was able to fix the problem with a simple solution and ordering the necessary replacement part. We were able to boil it down to some miscommunication and ill-made assumptions. I made it clear that I don't think that they are inherently bad people but I was simply seeking open and transparent communication on processes and expectations. James was very kind to me and even though I had my frustrations with them, I'll never say Ramon and Bo were ever rude to me either. Customer service in reference to tone has always been 10/10 even with the fluctuation in the service. I get it, no one is perfect. It's the holiday season and I'll chalk it up to a brain fart so if you are visiting soon I'd recommend keeping things annotated on paper for reference. They left a door tag stating I had been missed and needed to call the number to reschedule. First of all what the hell!!?? I call the number immediately and I was rescheduled for Monday. This time no call, no show. Call Home Depot again and once again get them rescheduled for Thursday. Thursday morning I received a call from two men from FSA stating they were on their way to hook up my washer and dryer. Initially I thought oh great they're delivering my appliances. Then the men confirmed the washer and dryer were at my house already. Uuuummm excuse me sir!? NO! you're supposed to be delivering them. They hung up and called me back and stated my washer and dryer were still in their warehouse and I would need to call to reschedule delivery AGAIN. Are you freaking kidding me! That brings us to today.....still no appliances....Home Depot still took my money a month ago. At this point I have no choice but to report both Home Depot and FSA as fraudulent companies and file a chargeback on my cc. Unbelievable! If I could post this review with zero stars I would! Also Home Depot has been no help in getting these appliances. They simply state there's nothing they can do but to reschedule and hope and pray they actually get delivered. No other resolutions.
